Nestled in Washington, this attractive house for $529 per night is a great choice for your next break. Spectacular ocean view home in Arch Cape, across the street from beach on a quiet, private residential street that fronts the beach and beach access. Ocean landing is across the street and 4 houses down from ocean access. We have always received high ratings on cleanliness, and now we have adopted the recommended, enhanced disinfectant cleaning for Covid-19. Much detail has been put into decorating and designing 'Ocean Landing' to make it an unforgettable experience. New quartz countertops in Kitchen and bath. Arch Cape has a two mile stretch of secluded beach with lots of tide pools, beachcombing, kite-flying, and bon-fires at sunset. You are close enough to enjoy the fun, restaurants, and shopping in Cannon Beach and still have your own quiet beach. Our coastal house, 'Ocean Landing', has a 20 foot high wall of windows facing the ocean and beach. You can relax in the beautifully appointed , yet cozy second story living room with your family and friends and watch the ocean waves roll in.......or head out the door onto the deck off the living area where you can make dinner on the BBQ and sip a glass of wine or read your favorite book. The living/dining, kitchen, bedroom with video game area and bathroom with skylight are all on the upper level and provide stunning views of the ocean, Castle Rock and forest/mountains. The kids will love grabbing some of the many beach toys, kites, and boogie boards provided and building sandcastles on the beach, collecting shells, exploring tide pools, or renting beach bikes in nearby Cannon Beach. You can also enjoy an Xbox 360 Kinect video game or other family games in the evening in a game area next to the living room. New workout bike in the garage. We provide a library of DVDs, books, family games, cards, puzzles, and video games. Have a bon-fire on the beach... we provide the beach chairs, flashlight, picnic blanket, picnic basket and marshmellow sticks! Professional Exercise bike available. Our beach house features all the comforts of home, such as Flat screen TVs, wi-fi 5-G internet access, IPOD docking and CD player, video game player, hairdryers, well stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, spices, blender, coffee maker (both a 12 cup and a Keurig single cup), coffee grinder, microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher and much more. We also have a high chair, security gate and play-n-pack for the little ones. It is truly a 'home away from home'. The living area is spacious and tastefully decorated and the beds are comfortable and feature high quality linen for your comfort. The laundry room is upstairs and has a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. The house is immaculately cleaned before you arrive. We supply all linens, endless towels, table linen, paper goods, soap, cleaning supplies, basic spices, first aid kit, flashlight, alarm clocks, and much more. Please, no smoking, no pets. Mike and Deb's "Oceans Landing" was everything they promised: spotless, roomy, incredible mattresses, fully equipped kitchen. We needed to change our reservation and they made that process as friendly and as easy as I could have imagined. Everyone who stayed at the house (5 adults including me) had the exact same good feelings and glowing descriptions of the house. Deb and Mike, thanks for everything. Michael Higgins

We had a family birthday celebration at the house and had a good time. The main floor is laid out well to accommodate groups of people and you have a lovely ocean view from all the windows. Beach Access is just up the street and if the tide is low, you can walk around to Hug Point, which is a beautiful spot. The hosts are great to work with. The only thing I would say is to pay attention to the photos regarding beds available. In the room with the bunk beds, there is just the bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a single on the top, not the two sets of bed shown in the Rooms and Beds section. Also the twin bed in Bedroom 2 is a rollaway that really only accommodates a child. Just FYI when planning...

Great environment for a friends’ reunion! Spectacular views of nearby beach. The home was well supplied and furnished. We really enjoyed the fireplace! It will be easy to recommend this home to others.

Breathtaking views, clean and well taken care of house. Private beach, peace and tranquility. Only a few miles from many sights and places to visit, but safe area to stay off the beaten path with ultimate privacy. 100% would recommend to anyone interested in going to Cannon Beach. We wanted to be in Cannon Beach, but this was SO much better.

This was the perfect house for a girl's weekend! Plenty of space (loved the deck) and great beach access. Good location for Cannon Beach shopping too. We'd definitely stay here again.

The beach house we stayed in was perfect for our family. Behind the house was a lush forest of trees thick enough to block the highway traffic. Tall windows along the stairs framed the trees inside the home. In front of the house was a spectacular view of the ocean. The home was decorated in a cute and comfortable coastal way. Everything about the home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, with all the amenities needed for cooking. We enjoyed using the outside grill, though we probably seasoned the neighbor’s property more than our burgers in the strong breeze! The deck offered another comfortable place to enjoy the view of the ocean. Windows were large and well placed, allowing for plenty of light. The ceiling fan helped stir up Nature’s air-conditioning. We found each room smartly decorated and a welcome retreat at the end of long, fun days. The bathrooms were luxurious in size and function. Little touches like extra soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms shouldn’t have come as a surprise. It felt like we were visiting family, and our relatives were looking out for us. We loved every moment of staying in this beautiful home and our adventures on the beach. We highly recommend this property – just not the week we plan to visit again! The one thing we meant to do but didn’t was sign the guest book.

We had a great time! Misty morning and sunny afternoon walks on the beach, sitting and enjoying the view from the deck (including watching the whales),crabbing, kayaking, visits to Cannon Beach and Seaside were a few of our activities. The house worked great for our families (from Michigan, Wisconsin, California). Family memories were made. We hope to return next year! Thank you, Mike and Deb, for sharing your wonderful beach home.

Our group of ladies had a wonderful weekend. The house is beautiful, very clean, and very well stocked. The beds were all comfortable. The beach path was nearby, although a bit rocky for some of us 60 year olds, but the beach is beautiful and we were able to walk to the waterfall during low tide. The owners were super easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Check-in and communication was easy and efficient. The home is in a wonderful location- secluded yet a quick drive to stores, etc. We loved walking on the beach - so close and less crowded - amazing sunsets! Beds were comfy and kitchen well equipped.

We loved our stay at Arch Cape. Everything was as expected except confusion about the lock box being on the front door instead of on the wall. The directions said front door and our friends weren't sure that they were at the right house! And just a bit of difficulty getting it back on. I was surprised to find only one bedroom upstairs and assumed there would be maybe 2 or 3 with the others downstairs. However, the beds were very comfortable. And everything was nicely appointed and clean. Not once did we say "Darn...I wish we would have brought...." : ) The beach was perfect...easy to get to and secluded but with a just a few other folks on it.

Just a beautiful property. Everyone said they would book it again. Glad there there was a bedroom on the living floor, because we had a couple of gals with knee issues. Making going up and down the stairs a problem if the bedrooms were all on lower level. Thank you so much for having this lovely home available.

We had a wonderful time over an extended weekend with friends at Ocean Landing. The house met all our needs. The kids loved the bunk beds and spending time on the beach exploring during low tide. We all had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the view. We're already talking about making it a yearly summer trip as the house and location have all we need to have a fun time at the coast!

Ocean Landing was exactly as described. The size and location was perfect for us to celebrate my 70th birthday. The kitchen was fully stocked. The linens and towels were exceptional quality. The home is easy access for touring the coast both heading north and heading south. The views from the large windows were breathtaking. We sat at the table eating meals and playing games. So much fun. And then to the living room to relax by the gas fireplace. Our most favorite part was our daily walks on Arch Cape beach. By far the best beach of all the ones we visited. We did both morning and evening walks. Our 16 year old grandson ran on the beach 7 miles everyday and now wants to move to Oregon. We would definitely stay there again.

When we weren’t able to make it to the coast for our planned vacation (because of an unexpected snow storm!) the hosts were very accommodating and did what they could to help us out. They were very kind and responsive.

I had such an amazing stay in this wonderful home! I loved the natural light coming in the large front windows —even in February! Amazing ocean view. The gas fireplace was warm and easy to use with automatic shut off. The decor was cozy and very comfortable. Great kitchen with all you need. Comfortable beds and warm blankets! The check in process was beyond easy and the owner is very kind. I have already looked to see other dates that I could stay again with family or friends!

We had an amazing 5 days full of love and family. The house was warm and cozy and was a perfect house for my family. The view was spectacular and access to the beach was a piece of cake. We had all the conveniences of home as we came together Thanksgiving.

We had a great time during our stay. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the tv had a variety of viewing options (channels and streaming services). Mike and Deb were communicative and check in/out were easy. Lovely beach with close access and beautiful ocean views.

We so enjoyed our stay at your home. The house is tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and has a well- stocked kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the ocean view. The house was perfect for five old retired school teachers😊

We had a great time. The weather was amazing and the house was very comfortable.

Upon arriving my husband went to use the bathroom and found the upstairs toilet cogged by the previous tenants. He had to find a plunger and unclog the toilet, not quite the way you want to start your vacation. We emailed the owner and they said they would talk to the cleaners to make sure it didn't happen again. Later that evening I went to take a shower and found someone else's hair all over the shower wall and floor, yuck. There was no more than eight squares of toilet paper in the downstairs bathroom, and the dishwasher was full of dishes that needed to be put away. I again emailed the owner and never heard anything back. I don't think that much was cleaned prior to our arrival.
We did a door and window check upon arriving and found the back door unlocked and there is a broken window latch on the downstairs bathroom window.
Not everything was bad though, the house is in a wonderful location, just four houses down from beach access. The beach was quiet and clean; the sunsets were amazing. We saw two bald eagles eating breakfast one the beach one morning, what a treat! The house is close to everything, it made day trips super easy.

Very nice place. Clean and well stocked. Bring your own coffee and tea though. Lots of room for a big family gathering or a friends getaway. Everything seemed to work great. And the location was perfect for all the different beaches and activities. Definitely will keep this place in mind for future visits.

Mike and Debbie's Ocean Landing is a beautiful and well appointed house, well equipped and supplied, clean and and perfect for our family gathering. This is our second time there and it was even better than the first time. Having the beach across the street is fabulous for boogie boards, digging in the sand, beach soccer, searching tide pools, collecting sand dollars, beach fires, long walks/runs, and it is so quiet there with very few people on the beach. Also convenient to other beaches, Seaside, Cannon Beach and Manzanita, hikes in the nearby state parks, etc. We love it!

Beautiful home and stress free booking experience. We received communication immediately once we booked out stay and this place had everything imaginable for a relaxing stay. There isn’t anything the renters overlooked, from a fully stocked kitchen that was perfect for family meals, games, music and entertainment and perfect location for a beach stroll anytime of day.
