Located in Miramar Beach, this attractive house for $543 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to paradise! This 3 bedroom 2 bath beach cottage is located in the wonderful Maravilla Resort! You will experience all the comforts of home while staying in this beautifully decorated "Beachy Bugalow". There is a king size bed in the master suite with a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a double size bed. The living room has plenty of room for seating and also has a pull out sleeper sofa for extra accommodations. The living room and all bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and there is a gas grill on the back patio for cookouts. The dining area has seating for six and there is an outdoor dining table that seats four. There are two bar stools at the kitchen island which provides additional seating. The home has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. We know your pets are part of your family too so we do allow dogs! Beachy Bungalow is located on the north end of the resort but is a short stroll to the beach (three tenths of a mile to be exact). The house has a wagon to help you get your gear to the beach. You also have the option to park closer to the beach access if you need to. You have two complimentary beach chairs and one umbrella (March 15 - October 30th) when you step foot in the sand. There are two community pools and hot tubs within the resort. Maravilla also offers tennis courts, basketball goals, a shuffleboard court and a small fitness area. There is a walking/running/bike trail along Scenic Gulf Dr. that attracts many especially in the morning hours. Maravilla is conveniently located in a prime area for all activities in Destin and the surrounding area! There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Shopping, golf, and much much more are right around the corner!! This neighborhood does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises. Per the HOA renters are not allowed to rent golf carts and keep them in the neighborhood. In lieu of a damage deposit, a $99.00 fee is added to every reservation for damage insurance. This policy covers the guest up to $1500. Fee will show up on payment page as an admin fee. Important Message: When booking this property it is imperative that you tell us a little bit about yourself and the party that is traveling with you. We will not honor your reservation without this information. If you are booking a pet friendly home/condo please specify what type of pet you would like to bring (breed and size).

We stayed for 5 days and were able to bring our girls (dogs). The house was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and it is a great location in a gated condo community. We had 4 adults, and the beach chair situation was less than ideal and the guy running it is rude. 2 chairs and an umbrella are available with the rental but you have to rent 2 more chairs and an umbrella if you have 4 people. The cost of daily rental is $50. We opted to drive the short distance to the public beach and use our own chairs and our beach tent for free, as he would.not let us set up our tent behind the rental chairs. That didn't mess up our trip as we are pretty felxible, but it would have been good to know. We would definitely stay again!

The house was a perfect place for my family. It was very clean and comfortable. The seating in the living room was perfect for all of us to spend together in the quiet times and my grandchild had plenty of room to play. The property is beautiful and the beach access was very easy to come and go. The manager of the property was vey quick to respond to questions and resolve any issues. It was a great experience.

This was my husband and I second time staying here and will be our last. The property was clean and as stated in listing but the neighbors are awful. The neighbors next door who are permanent residents watch you and everything your doing.There are rules to this neighborhood and if they feel your doing something outside their neighborhood rules they will confront you and be very rude. It’s not a vacation stay for families.

Cute house! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Nice walk to the beach. If you don’t want to walk, you can drive your car to the front of the resort to greatly shorten your walk. Nice pools and several areas to rinse off after staying on the gorgeous beach. Would recommend!!

The property location was great. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishes/etc. You just need the groceries. The gated community is quiet and other residents and guests were friendly. The host is really responsive and helpful if you have any issues or questions. 10/10 would stay again.

This is a great house and location! Clean, well-decorated and owner/manager maximizes the space with smart arrangement and up-to-date decor. Easy access to beach. Ice maker in front of Miravilla saves a trip to the store! Nice sidewalks in neighborhood for enjoyable walks.

We had a great time at this location. The place was very clean, easy to find, and located in the middle of everything we needed or wanted to see. Check-in and check-out was a simple process. We would highly recommend this location to someone with multiple family members and children.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It is very well laid out and great proximity to the beach, dining, and shopping. The furnishing and amenities are all you would expect. Our only complaint is that the management company does not provide any extra trash bags. small thing, but disappointing in a property of this level.

The weather was perfect this time of year. This is an adorable house to rent. I love the fact that we were able to bring our dogs with us. We cooked and used the kitchen a lot. The linens on the beds were clean. There house felt roomy for us. You want to drive your car to the condos that are closer to the beach so you don’t have to walk so far. You do have to cross the street to get to the beach. I love this neighborhood. It is cute and very clean.

We had a great, great time. We would stay again. If I could change anything it would be the pet instructions. I have a service dog that would not wonder or bother anyone and the day before we checked out someone complained about my service dog not being on a leash in the house property. The person kept raising their voice about my dog not being on a leash, and took pictures of my dog and I as well as my license plate. Even though it felt like he or her was invading my privacy I stayed calmed and my service dog and I went back into the house. Besides this small incident we had a great time and we would stay again. To the owners, thank you for everything and the cleanliness of their property.

We had a great vacation and everything about the house was perfect. It was clean, very nice, and had everything we needed. We loved that it is at the end of street and very quiet. The beach wasn’t very far away but we did choose to drive closer to the beach since the heat was so bad for walking. The beach was nice but only complaint is one of the beach chair set up guys was very rude to me. I chose not to use the beach chair/umbrella provided after that. We just took the chairs from the house and didn’t bother with the other ones. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Upon arrival, the property was clean, decorated beautifully and had everything that we needed. The beach is too far to walk to but you can park at the main building and walk across the street to the beach. The property location is central to restaurants, grocery stores, outlet mall. I highly recommend this property, especially if you have pets. We will definitely stay here the next time that we are in Destin.

The house was perfect for us! We didn't mind the walk to the beach, but we had 3 teens and 2 adults in our group, so it wasn't a big deal. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need in order to cook (although we did our share of takeout). Everything was fantastic!

Stayed here for a couple nights after flying into VPS. Good location, with the heat we just drove our car closer to the beach but still in the resort property. Then it was a quick walk over with umbrellas and chairs available. Beach is amazing, white sand and clear water. Two pools, basketball courts, and tennis. Grills available if you want to. We used the grill at the property. I would rent it again. There were eight of us and it worked out great.

The location was great, very clean upon arrival. Access to the beach was a very short drive and the pool access was within walking distance. Lots of things to do and places to eat that was within a few miles. We would definitely stay here again.
