About this condo rental
Located in Key West, this attractive condo for $702 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers. NO EXCEPTIONS Our beautiful waterfront condos have a range of room types to suite your every need. Whether you want a suite for two or a penthouse for up to twelve guests you will enjoy your stay at Pelican Landing. If traveling with a boat, the facility is boat accessible by powerboat only, because a fixed bridge offers only an 18-foot clearance. The marina offers 16 boat slips accommodating vessels up to 45 feet with a 13-foot beam. Clean your catch at the dock’s fish cleaning station available to all our guests. Then take a few steps to the open-air poolside grill and learn the meaning of fresh fish. Pelican Landing is a short walk to a marina where world-class fishing and scuba charters can be engaged. After spending some time on the water, you might want to enjoy the charms of Old Town and Duval Street. Luckily, a quick bicycle ride is all it takes. Our facility is located just one short mile the Duval Street area. Across the street from Pelican Landing is Bayview Park where you can play tennis, shoot hoops, or just hang out. Retreats (for 6 – 8 people) feature two bedrooms and two private baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two queen beds, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a dining area. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, blender, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and breakfast bar. Living room and one bedroom has sliding glass doors which open onto a private balcony overlooking the water. Other room features are central A/C, ceiling fans, large walk-in closets, cable TV in living room and bedrooms, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and beach towels. Pelican Landing’s heated swimming pool is surrounded by a sundeck. There is a minimum stay requirement on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season. One boat slip is included with this Retreat. Each Retreat can only accommodate one boat; no exceptions. Trailer parking is not available on property. Trailer parking and additional boat slips are available across the harbor at the City of Key West Marina. Please contact the dock master’s office to make arrangements for trailer storage and/or additional boat slips at Families are welcomed in our vacation rentals. Student groups are not permitted. Our minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old. Everyone in your party must be 25 years old to check in unless accompanied by a parent. No Birthday Bachelor or Bachelorette parties. No Pets

There was an issue with the unit we were staying in. She had called to let me know that the maintenance man was coming, she was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me. The unit it self wasn’t clean. When we moved the blankets on the beds there was other peoples hair. I went to get water out of the fridge door and there was black mold, also the fridge was so old it took a day to get drinks cold. There wasn’t hot water in one bathroom and the throw pillows on the couch had holes in them.

I stayed here for four days with my husband, brother and mom. The apartment was roomy and sectioned off, giving privacy to everyone. The surroundings are a bit noisy being near a highway and the fire station, but a noisemaker made sleep possible. The apartment was overall clean, but the floor definitely could use a deep clean as our socks/feet turned dark after a few minutes of walking around. The water pressure was great. There was no need to rent a car since Uber/Lyft picked up from this location with no problem. We got locked out at one point but the management sent someone right away to get us in, as well as replacing the lock next day. Very helpful!

Wonderful place, great view of the water and beautiful boats. Very roomy for a family of 6. Everything is just a walk or golfcart ride away. Property is just blocks from the hustle of Duval street, but a great golfcart ride to all the shops, bars and restaurants.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay just minutes from the center of town in Key West this is it. This nicely appointed 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is set on a marina where pelicans and other sea life are seen daily. Ubers arrive in less than 1 minute to take you where you need to go. The owner is great and very responsive if you contact her. There is also a beautiful salt water pool on this property.

We loved our 4 night stay! The owner let me know when it was ready, which was earlier than expected. The condo was very clean. Having a view of the marina and water was wonderful! There is a quaint restaurant /bar just below and around the corner that has good food and drinks. We rented a golf cart which was great getting to all of our desired destinations. The only downside was that the area of the condo is a little noisy with traffic and at night the live music from below, but I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Pelican Landing in Key West. The condo was spacious with a great, spacious balcony overlooking the marina. Good location and relatively close, an easy walk to the seaport and other areas in downtown Key West.

Pros: The location was perfect. The size of the condo for 6 was perfect. It says sleeps 8, but don’t think that possible unless small kids in mix. Checkin / out smooth and easy. Equipt with everything you need for your stay. Nice start of coffee, trash bags, detergent. Kitchen was nicely renovated. Location is perfect- out of rat race of town and quiet, and perfect water setting. Little Mexican restaurant next to building was a highlight- great, reasonably priced food w live music that had all sorts of charter boats, tiki sunset tours ect going in/ out. Loved every morning at 8 am marina played national anthem.
Cons: Building is DISGUSTING. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a LONG time. Elevator has grime and filthy. Parking very tight and tough if building full bc wouldn’t let u park in garage yet garage empty. The condo kitchen was updated but everything else looks like no update since 70s. Hodge-podge of mismatched furniture which is so simple to fix. You’re getting good rent, put in matched, updated furnishings!!!! Nothing comfortable. Beds were like bricks, and in room w 2 doubles, springs could be felt thru mattress so my two sons slept w sheets out on couches. Bottom of barrel linens, comforters, pillows and blankets. No one was able to sleep at night due to discomfort and my husband’s back was horrible after trip. Master bathroom had a layer of mold around tub on tiles. Gross!!!!
If we had to spend any more time in room, we would have sought other accommodations. Very much need to gut and restart because the location is gorgeous and perfect.
Pool outdated and I freezing cold- no heat so not a single person seen in pool after one attempt.
Do some updates and you have a million dollar property. But as is, thumbs down. Plenty of other locations for the $$$.

The toilets ran, the washer latch kept sticking and the facility was under construction. The property manager did an excellent job communicating and informed us of the construction prior to our arrival. It would have been nice if the workers had been cleaning as they went. Lots of debris in the parking lot and walkways and they had the elevator completely shut down when we were checking out which we were not aware was being repaired. Overall positive experience but could be cleaner and updated.

Jaime was very helpful. Parking on the property was a little tight, but readily available. Kids enjoyed the pool. We don’t have boat, but they have slips for those that do. I found that incredible. The property was very clean, and they texted me when the condo was ready early.

This is an okay place for a group who wants to get away on a fishing trip. The unit was okay. The unit was clean and had the bare essentials but nothing else - not even an extra trash bag so make sure to take additional ones if you are staying for longer than a few days. The unit as well as the property needs to be updated. Pool area was okay - but needs to be better maintained and painted. Location was okay - close enough to Duval St and Mallory Square - but you do need to drive - not walking distance. Did not have any issues with customer service. I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and maintenance found and turned into the office and they called and let me know and mailed it back to me - everything in tact.

My family rented several units for the reunion, there were 43 of us! Some units were better maintained then others, the lesser maintained had holes in the walls,torn carpet,especially the stairways, missing slats in the verticals,ceilings partially repainted to cover water leakage, using non matching paint, but worst of all the front balcony facing the street(on the fourth floor units)were scary due to the crumbling of material & the being uneven in certain spots(that's a law suit waiting to happen).The view was great,location was good, ideal for boaters with the dock,slips,cleaning station accessibility. The pool & tiki area with two gas grills were where we spent a lot of our time together. The management company personnel were great, especially Ashley.These units are individually owned & its up to the owners to maintain their unit it's not the property management team. They maintain the grounds,amenities,outside bathrooms,trash,etc.Those areas were great,it was just some units were in some disrepair & that's the responsibility of the owner. All in all we had a great time together, which was the most important aspect, we were all just a door or a floor away.
