The location of the apartment was fantastic; great view of Nemo Science museum and short walk to the central area of Amsterdam. I would certainly enjoy a return visit to the city and the apartment!
The apartment was more spacious than I had imagined it would be and the kitchen was well equipped. We all found the beds very comfortable.
It would have been useful to have operating instructions for the oven and dishwasher.

The key information on the key activation block and the website/mail were not in sync. The mail & website said check in time 2:00PM but the key mentioned it will be activated at 3:00PM
The apartment was far from what the pictures showed. I feel cheated and would never recommend these to anyone.
The apartments in the pictures are no where close to what we were given.
Our apartment was an unkept old apartment with dirty floors, dirty carpet, sofa, dinning chairs :( with very old furniture.
I wish you post real stuff on booking platforms so people do not feel cheated. I paid 672 euros for 2 nights for that apartment which is not even worth 50 percent of that money.
Amsterdam was the last city we stayed in on our long trip and was the worst experience ever because of the apartment.

Nothing
Electric Keys, not everyone could use on their phone, the stairs were dangerous, the lift was a joke so slow, not enough toilet roll or clean towels, no mop, shower leaked through ceiling. No air con in main living space, windows screwed shut - H&S hazzard, rotten kitchen unable to use any utensils or cook, dishwasher smelt of fish, 1 mirror in upstairs bathroom when a group of 6 were staying, no other mirrors! Cleaner tried to come in early on the day of checkout. This was a trip for my girlfriends 50th and the apartment completely ruined it, the plan was to have meals together and breakfast together enjoying the views but we just had to get up and leave everyday for the whole day, we are not students and that's what the apartments seem to be for, that needs to be reflective on the booking pages for this apartment, it wasn't cheap and it certainly isn't a 4 star, 2 at the most.

The bed was really uncomfortable.

the property was large and nicely furnished, it was close walking distance to the main centre.
the sofa bed was not prepared although there was 4 of us staying

Location. Near Nemo Science Museum. The check-in system, digital keys ( if your phone isn't charge or if you don't have internet access it will be a problem to get in.
Not so clean ( I found a dirty towel, molded kettle, sticky table)
Windows in the living room do not open, so is a molded smell also in the room.
The toilet is in separate room other than the showers.
The payment system was not through booking.com

reasonably comfy bed
half basement room felt like we were underground
generally shabby with poor quality fittings
no ventilation or air conditioner
no microwave despite being advertised
flooring was cracked
bathroom was cramped
shower with a curtain that was tricky not to flood the room
large table for four occupied too much space hence little room for suitcases
difficult to find given the provided information
the app system for gaining access is awkward
advertising photographs were nothing like the room we were given.

Excellent location opposite the Science Museum (a hit with the children) and the Maritime Museum. Walking distance from Central Station.
The living area is large and spacious with a great view. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable!

Location was great, 15 min walk from the central station and good location for exploring the old town. Really easy check in via digital keys. Apartment was comfy and had everything we needed.
Could hear other apartments quite easily but expected from traditional houses. There was no coffee but no way a deal breaker.

Curtains were stained

The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to watch Netflix on the TV.
The apartment we had wasn't the one shown in the picture, the apartment was still nice it was just a surprise that it was completely different.

The location was great. Near Amsterdam Central.
Not enough lights in kitchen. The door to balcony was locked. Booked for 6 adults, not enough bedding .

Digital keys easy for checkin and check out and good location.
Upon arrival to the apartment, the keys were digital which made checking in a lot easier. Unfortunately we walked into our allocated apartment and it was filthy. As a group of 4 young girls, it was quite scary to walk into a place that appeared to be occupied. There were towels on the floor, cigarettes on the floor, the beds were not made, worn boxer pants, blood on the sheets, rubbish everywhere, pubes in the sink, empty drinks bottles lying in the kitchen, pillows and sheets just left on the sofa, weed, tobacco and joint residues on the tables and all of the mugs and glasses had just been left in the sink. The room strongly stunk of smoke. It quite clearly states on your amenities that this is a smoke free apartment, one of the main reasons we booked it. Whoever was in the room had ruined the place. I called reception straight away and within 30 minutes luckily they were able to change our room. We already had to wait around for a 2pm check-in, which if we had paid more to check in earlier, would have had to wait around anyway for this to be rectified, this was all down to a house keeping 'mess up'.
Unfortunately the first night the room above us was making a lot of noise, playing music loudly on a speaker and stomping around. I understand that people are away and trying to enjoy themselves, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt, however this went on from 3am to 5am. Four of us were kept awake all night and I had no other option to call the 24/7 reception to complain. They shortly sent someone round to knock, the music stopped for all of 30 seconds and carried on until around 6.30am-7am.
We had exactly the same issue the following evening, I called reception again to complain about more loud music and stomping around at 4:53am, which had been going on already for an hour or so, they said they would send someone round.

The location is ok; 5 min walk to bus stop, 10-15 min to Centraal, grocery store and tourist sights. This property is not well-suited for renting/guests.!!! Access to the apartment within the building is physically challenging and thus annoying and it lacks proper signage to find the unit inside. The apartment, while clean, smells like rotten fish, even after spraying lysol. The bed is only accessible for 1 adult. The sink blocks the toilet, so one must side-shimmy between the two to sit down and to stand up...one has to contort their body...think of how your ankles, knees, hips, and back would feel if you were trying to do squats on a diagonal vertical plane...it IS injury inducing. This was an issue every day, every time(!) and we're both fit, athletic, under 6' and not overweight. The shelf above the half-sink blocks the sink making it difficult to shave or even wash your face. The very small shower area has an unweighted curtain that drifts inward once the water is turned on ie. the curtain sticks to your body, gross. Nothing stops the water from spreading across the bathroom floor, not even the small bath mat they provide. There is not an adequate solution, like a couple towel bars, for drying towels. The bathroom outlet didn't carry enough current to power the hairdryer, phones or computer. The armoir/closet is actually a cheap shallow pantry type cupboard -- it is not deep enough to hang clothes - and there is no where to set open luggage, no luggage rack, and no dresser --- not practical at all for travelers. The silverware is stored at shin height. Only one side of bed has a table....since there is a step into the bathroom, one may want access to a pair of glasses or a lamp but there's nowhere to set either if you're sleeping against a wall. There is a tiny courtyard in front of the unit where people smoke and this smoke filters directly into the unit.

Spacious apartment with nice temperature control. Very close to the Amsterdam center. The kitchen was nicely complected, with everything for cooking and eating.
The apartment wasn't very clean, a bit dusty. Lights in the kitchen were dimm. We were a group of four friends, the two beds each had a blanket, but for the couch there was only one blanket (for an extra blanket we were asked 10 euros).

The apartments where nice very big and the beds were very comfortable. But we couldn't get the sofa bed out in the livingroom. The floor did look a bit dirty but I weren't to bothered about that. The location was good only 10/15 minutes walk to the dam square. You don't see no staff it's all self serviced so you receive keys in email and they activate at your check in time. I did ask for early check in as we arrived an hour before the official check in time but was told it was not available so ended up standing outside for half an hour as we had loads of luggage. But overall good place ro stay if in a large group.
They said an earlier check in wasn't available so stood in the street for half an hour.

great location and view over the harbour, spacious and clean.
for an apartment of 5 people it would have been handy to leave some cleaning products for the toilet and shower area.

Very spacious, nice kitchen, short walk to downtown and Centraal train station.
Check in was a bit of a hassle, with every single guest needing to add their ID and info (as opposed to the usual where just the main guest needs to do so) and the link sent for this didn't work well. But, overall no big deal.
