It was warm and welcoming
The dining
Although the breakfast was brilliant the food on an evening was not vey good we dined the first night if it had been good we would have eaten there the nights were there

I loved all the extra touches like various tea’s and hot chocolate sachets! The mugs were a good size, a slip mat in the bath and a bottle of proper milk in the fridge! This hotel should be 5 star especially with the complimentary drink in the bar plus discount in the restaurant! Breakfast was ordered and cooked fresh! Location was amazing for central London! Highly recommend and we will never use another hotel now when staying in London thank you
Nothing, everything was superb and our 3 nights there went too quickly.

Posizione ottima e ben collegata.

The roof top room was lovely, the balloons and petals for our anniversary was amazing. Really lovely to sit outside in middle of London. Drinks well priced and discount for a guest was an added bonus. Bathroom was nice, bath could of been bigger but lovely extra touches like the bath salts. Breakfast was really nice.. slightly hetic and slow staff but food was really yummy. Nice coffee from machine as well.
We went out for a night in London so didn't get in till late. Went to bed in morning I found what looked like dry blood on the sheet... wasn't ours so must of already been on the sheet ??. Shame doesn't have parking aswell local carpark charged us £54 from 3pm- 11am

El desayuno, el ambiente en general del hotel, el tamaño de la habitación, que estaba más o menos céntrico.
La cama era demasiado suave, no había mucho qué hacer en los alrededores del hotel.

Location..
Strong Smell of fish at dining time in the evening .. Turned us off of having a drink in the bar..
No back bacon at breakfast? Streaky bacon is not in my opinion true English fayre?
I even bought back back on and asked Peter to ask chef to prepare it for me chit that was a no..
Peter as miserable as sin! Not a people person…
Front desk great…

i liked it all but my experience would have even better with a big shower instead of a bath

This hotel is in an excellent location. Close to many of the attractions and close to 2 tube stations. It is also fairly quiet at night which is a bonus. The room was nice. Comfortable and provided us with all that we needed.
Not as good as it used to be pre-Covid. Nice little touches such as the free bottles of beer in the fridge are no longer provided. Instead you get a discount at the bar. The hotel was closed for a refurb but style wise it is a mess. It tries to combine old traditional London pub with modern industrial look. Doesn't work at all. And we went to the cocktail lounge on the lower ground floor at 10ish on a Saturday night. It was closed!

great location, in easy walking distance to Tower of London and other attractions, 2 mins walk to the underground, and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

The accommodation was good
the restaurant did not have at least half of the menu available. This was very disappointing it left a very very limited choice. The marathon was blamed for this but I feel that is a poor excuse as the marathon was not a surprise

Location to City London, nice restaurant open on a Sunday night with good choice of food, at a very reasonable cost
breakfast, a significant number of the freshly cooked options were not available but full English served was excellent as were all the other breakfast items
