Helemaal goed voor de doorreis

Prima hotel voor een nacht. We hadden een afspraak in Perchtoldsdorf. Dit was redelijk in de buurt.

Ennyiért Bécs mellett nagyon jó választás.

Nagyon tiszta, kényelmes, és tágas szoba. Ingyenes parkolás a hotel előtt. Kedves személyzet. Jó reggelivel. Könnyű bejelentkezés. Bécs könnyen megközelíthető.

A hotel with character, charm, friendly staff and all you need for a short stay

For me this was all about location and facilities. There is a great restaurant attached, the staff are really friendly and helpful . A great place to stay for a few days.

My only critique would be that the air-conditioning was not really effective and made it difficult to sleep during the summer heat.

We arrived @ 15.00 on Saturday to find reception had closed @ 11.00 am and would have expected a Hotel of this size to have a reception at this time of day. Room was not serviced on the Sunday

We really enjoyed our visit and plans to visit again, thanks to the ladies at the desk for all their assistance!!

The staff was friendly and attentive to our need’s. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was excellent, will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we come here 🌻😊

The hotel is good. provided standard level in almost all services

Accessibility, parking, easy checking in, clean, view

No tissues in the room only toilet paper in bathroom, no slippers, no complimentary water, breakfast acceptable.

Very good for travel workers.

Great breakfast and spacefull rooms. Also enough parking place. Calm location , good for work. Restaurant just next too hotel. Nice people at place.

The hotel is a very good value for your money

Everything was according to my expectations: bed comfortable, room quiet and clean, breakfast delicious

Far from city centre, but we knew it would take us some walk to get to the heart of Wien.

Everything. Judging by the reviews, I was expecting to be good, but to be honest, the place exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfy, silent and the check in was a straight forward job. Arrived late at around 11pm, used the code to open the secure box, grabbed the key for the room and voilà, job done. Totally recommended!

Great rest and good value

Easy to drive to location from the autobahn after Balkan trips, a lot of private parking, view on the fields(queit!), contactless check-in, spacious room, very clean, great bathroom, beds and linens. Vending machines on the floor for drinks. Good breakfast. Overall, a well-maintained family hotel (it is not small, though, at all)with a restaurant that is reasonably priced and a nice have after long trips.

the only thing was absense of fridges (I expect a mini-fridge in a 4-star hotels), that made it impossible for us to recharge our fridge bag "battaries" - so we had to eat the food for kids meant for the further long road.

Good location, great hotel and amazing staff

Big clean and comfortable room. Big bed inside the room wth TV, additional room with sofa. Free parking. Very nice staff :) in 10-15 minutes walking distance there is metro station. Check-in is done in a very clever way, so there was no reasons to wait on reception once arrived.

Wi-fi internet could be better. The first day it was fine, but the next day signal was lost all the time, so it was almost not possible to use the internet

Perfect place to discover Vienna

We had arrived earlier than the check-in started, so we left our car in the hotel's free parking place. 10 mins walk to the nearest U6 underground station, from where you can able to reach almost everything in Vienna. Hotel's neighbourhood is quiet, we slept very well. The room was excellent, with a big and confy bed, and the bathroom was very big and clean.

The breakfast was the weak point. There was an average breakfast. Bread was extra dry.

Locked hotel with no one at reception at 18h on a Tuesday.

It is unimaginable that a 4 star hotel doesn't have anyone at reception at 18h on a Tuesday so you can not even enter the hotel without getting your key card. Also the safe where you are supose to get your key card (since there is no one at reception), so you can enter the hotel and your room, does not accept the code so you have to walk to the adjacent restaurant to get your key. The message taped to the faulty safe, where it is written to go and get the key in the restaurant, is only written in German. Other than the loud guests (poor room sound insulation) at night, the rest of the stay was fine. WiFi password didn't work on my mobile phone. Didn't test on other devices. Reserved payment in advance when i reserved the stay is stil pending on my debit card even though i paid again in full at checkout.
