Gerne wieder!

Extrem nette Leute! Wir waren wegen Wings for Life Lauf da und dürften etwas später auschecken. Die Lage ist ideal, etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Stephansdom. Tram Station 5 Minuten entfernt. Zentral und trozdem ruhig.

Wand vor dem Zimmerfenster , dadurch kein Tageslicht im Zimmer. Wir waren aber ständig unterwegs, hat uns nicht so sehr gestört

Tesisteki çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldular.Oda temiz ve sıcaktı.Sıcak su vardı.Konumu güzel heryere yakın.Bagajlarımızı check out saatinden sonra bıraktık hiç sorun olmadı.

Sıcak su kahve yada çay olabilirdi.

Very happy overall with our great value stay.

Quite a convenient location for a great price. We were about a 20 minute walk to city centre. Room was spacious and clean and staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Lack of lobby facilities. Kettle was dirty and couldn’t use it as there were bits in the water no matter how many times we rinsed it out. Shower was slightly mouldy.

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi, yürüyerek her yere ulaştık. Geç bir saatte giriş yapmamıza rağmen resepsiyonda sorun olmadı. Çarşaflar, yastıklar, banyo çok temizdi.

Very poor

It was clean.

The staff were not very hospitable. The location is not where you really stay, they make you walk like 5 minutes to a different place where you get to stay. People working there are not really polite.

It was okay ,it was challenging for me because most of the people cannot communicate on English but that is part fun of

The hotel is 10 mins walk from the U band,there are buses around the area.There are Resturants and Spar nearby.My room is small but has a huge shower room it shoud be excellent if they will refurbished the room .The are 2 vending machines on site for coffee and snacks which is a GREAT idea.

The receptionist Larisa should have been more approachable when I am asking questions about transportation.There is no 24hr reception and it was located on another building .The TV on my room is not working and that trere should be atleast one English chanel to watch after whole day of sight seeing.

Disappointing 😞

Nothing much! Room very basic & luck lustre. We had to stay in a different building from the Pension, had to ask for more pillows & towels! Not very good value for money, quite a walk to the central city even though it said the city was close.

Shower was a struggle, the sink leaked so had to put towels on the floor!

Special mention to you Ms. Doris for being trustworthy. She sent me an email about the eyeglasses that she found after we left.If she didnt sent me message i almost forgot or dont remember anything about the eyeglasses. So Ms. DORIS and Staff thank you so much for a job welldone and for taking care of all your guest. Keep up the good work.

Great location, definitely recommend it!

Location is great, close to city center and many restaurants and bars. It's a perfect choice especially if you want to visit the main attractions in the city. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The room was pretty cold, there was one radiator that didn't really heat up (but this was not a problem at night because the bed covers were really thick and warm). Also, the wi-fi signal in the room was pretty bad and almost impossible to use.

Cheap and central

I told reception and the cleaners/ staff I didn't want anyone entering my room and they tried to enter while I was asleep 4-5 times (2 different staff members) over a 3 day period. Was very unsettling to have someone randomly try to enter your room for no reason, all towels and sheet were clean so why they were trying to enter I don't know. Would not stay there again.

Fine for one night, can be improved on for a longer stay

It's exactly what you pay for, a nicely sized room just outside of the city center. The bed was comfortable, and as I only stay here for one night it was alright. I only interacted with one staff member, and he was nice and accommodating. Still, I would not pick this hotel for a longer stay.

A couple of things could've been improved on: - the wifi was really bad in the room, they recommended sitting in the coffee corner but that's not really preferable when you i.e. want to facetime with family, so as not to disturb other people - there's no fridge, so it's impossible to keep perishables cold which is a bummer - there were no little extras: i.e. there was a kettle in the room, but no complimentary instant coffee/tea, no shower gel/shampoo in the room in case you forget yours. Not a huge problem, but a pity
