Ελλειψεις στις λεπτομέρειες για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. ήμασταν 4 ενήλικες με 2 παιδιά. Είχε 4 πετσέτες μπάνιου και 2 προσώπου, τα μαξιλάρια και τα μονά παπλώματα ήταν 4, δεν υπήρχαν στην κουζίνα βασικά πράγματα για προετοιμασία ενός σνακ ή καφέ όταν ταξιδεύεις οικογενειακώς (ζάχαρη, αλάτι, σφουγγαράκι να πλύνεις ενα πιάτο). Ένα εμφιαλωμένο νερό γιατί δεν είσαι σε θέση την πρώτη μέρα να γνωρίζεις αν το νερό είναι πόσιμο. Για μια παρέα δεν αποτελούν πρόβλημα ενδεχομένως, αλλά για εμάς, θα έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ακόμη καλύτερη. Η καθαριότητα ήταν οκ, ούτε τέλεια, ούτε ενοχλητική, σκουπίσαμε κ λίγο επειδή θέλαμε.

Happy customer

Spacious, comfortable, quiet, full kitchen facilities, 5min walk to St Stephens.

M ight be a good idea to let guests know that they need to find the door on the left at the entrance on ground level within a couple of mins otherwise it locks again. We just couldn't open it, probably took too long to find it, another resident helped us. Perhaps an 'entrance sign' at the door. Was a little dark when we arrived and we couldn't quickly work out where entrance was :).

The worst apartment, owner, and experience ever! Make sure you never visit this unpleasant place!

Its location

I recently had a really bad experience at Stephan’s apartment that I want to warn everyone about. This place was a nightmare, and I strongly advise you to avoid it at all costs. I want to be honest and straightforward about the terrible things I encountered during my stay. First and foremost, the air conditioning didn't work at all. We asked the people in charge to fix it, but they completely ignored us. They didn't respond to any of our attempts to contact them, which was incredibly frustrating. It seemed like they didn't care about our comfort or happiness. The owner of the apartment was even worse. Whenever we tried to call him, he never answered. It was like he didn't want to deal with any of our concerns. This kind of behavior is irresponsible and unacceptable. A good homeowner should be available to help their tenants. On top of all that, the couch in the apartment had a really bad smell. It made the whole place stink, and it was almost impossible to enjoy our stay there. We told the people in charge about it, but they didn't take it seriously. It was clear that they didn't care about our experience at all. To make matters worse, we accidentally left a valuable ring on the table when we left and noticed that on our way to the train station; which prevented us from coming back to the apartment. We contacted the owner about it hoping they would find it, but they denied it was left there even when me and my family members were all certain we’ve seen it. It felt like they were being dishonest and trying to avoid taking responsibility. Overall, this apartment was a complete disaster. The broken air conditioning, the unresponsive owner, the smelly couch, and the disappearance of our ring all made it the worst place I've ever stayed in. I urge you to stay far away from this apartment to save yourself from the frustration and disappointment I went through.

Exceptional

Excellent location, just a hop, skip, and a jump from Stephansdome. Conveniently located 5 min from U1 underground as well as ca. 10min from the CAT. Great restaurants around the area. I was dreading having to pick up the keys at another location but then on the day of my arrival, the self check in to the flat was implemented which saved me time.

No complaints. Initially, the check in and pick up of the keys from another location was annoying but that changed after the self check in onside was implemented.

Only positive is location.

Location was superb. Spacious apartment.

Old Building. Creaking beds. Some of the equipment like dryer, microwave didnt work. Reception is far from where key has to be picked.

Superb location, right in the Inner cetre of the city, great connections!

Perfect location, 5min walk to Stephans plaz! Nice, spatious rooms, really great place to stay!

It has almost no daylight, but this really did not matter to us at all since we were out during the day.

Great place, great location!

Excellent location, nice apartment with spacious rooms, very friendly and kind people. Supermarkets are like 5 minutes walk from the property, kitchen with big fridge and coffee machine as well as all necessary utensils are provided. Asked for cot beds and highchairs for my babies and they had everything there. Small problem with the heating and as soon as I texted them i had a very kind person at the property within 20 minutes and fixed it immediately. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if to visit Vienna in the future.

The elevator is small and had to carry two strollers and two babies as well as luggages multiple times but much better than nothing.

Fantastic base for exploring the Christmas Markets

The property was very clean, spacious, well equipped, safe and warm. Check in was easy and we were met and shown our apartment. It was located a moments walk from the main centre and made accessing everything super easy. We caught the CAT train from the airport and walked to the apartment in 10 minutes. There are lots of restaurants nearby and would recommend Da Capo and Porterhouse for their cosy atmosphere, although would suggest booking as they were both busy. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Vienna.

Exceptional

The managers were very kind in helping us rearrange the trip twice in exceptional circumstances despite us having a non-refundable prepayment. We first booked before covid and had to rearrange the trip for one year later and then two years later. The apartment was very good and in a perfect central location. The staff were excellent on arrival and provided plenty of useful information. We are very grateful.

Great place, absolutely we'll be back

We loved the location and space in the apartament. It Was very clean, easy contact with owners, comfortable beds and kitchen. There is Washing machine. It is very quiet location althou it's directly in towncenter and it has got lift in the boulding! I'll be back if we visit Vienna again :-D

Great location but overall disappointing

The location was excellent and our room was quite, spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment layout was great. Restaurants and shops were all within easy walking distance. We were allocated a two bedroom apartment (Top 5) instead of the one bedroom apartment (Top 8) originally booked so appreciated the extra space

Things to improve: - Need lo leave more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for a weeks stay - While the apartment had a washing machine there was no laundry detergent - There should be more than 1 set of keys considering the apartment can take up to 6 people, and it’s easy to get locked out (and in) as someone kept double locking (with a key) the ground floor main entry door requiring a key to enter and exit! This makes things interesting as the check-out requirements are to leave the keys in the apartment! - The door issue in my view is also a potential fire safety hazard as in the event of an emergency and with the ground floor entry door deadlocked you would need the key to exit the building. - The check in experience - we had to wait 45 mins in the cold for someone to arrive with the keys even though we agreed the time of arrival upfront - So when considering the high price for the stay we were in the end disappointed.

Wonderful location in the heart of Vienna! Big apartment with lots of space. Big beds.

We had to wait an extra hour for check in and didn’t have a very responsive contact person during our stay. But everything else was perfect.
