Entspricht weder den Bildern noch den guten Bewertungen

Sehr zentrale Lage, dennoch ruhig.

1. Nicht die auf Bildern angezeigte Wohnung 2. Sehr kleines Bad, das muffig riecht 3. Billige Möbel, die teilweise schon kaputt sind 4. Auf den oberen Schränken wird nicht geputzt. Dort liegen benutze Wattestäbchen und festgeklebte Eistüten 5. Die Rollos im Schlafzimmer sind kaputt. 1 lässt sich gar nicht bewegen, das andere lässt sich nur zu 3/4 schließen 6. Das Bett ist super unbequem. Die Matratze ist so dünn, dass man gefühlt auf dem blanken Lattenrost schläft. Schultern und Hüfte können nicht einsinken und uns tut alles weh. 7. Man bekommt keinen Schlüssel für das Haustor, sondern nur für die Wohnungstür. Man muss also jedes mal anrufen, damit der Summer die Tür öffnet. 8. Geschirr und Besteck sind sehr spärlich vorhanden. Preis Leistung stimmen für mich hier nicht. Wir kommen nicht wieder und empfehlen auch nicht weiter.

Very good

Overall it was ok and easy access. Apartment had a large bathroom and enough towels for everyone.

There was no airconditioner. It was realy hot. We had reserved and paid for 2 cars, but there was no space for the second car. Luckely we could park it behind the first car.

Nice flat, I would recommend.

Nice apartmant close to the metroline, well equipped.

The floor is a bit noisy, but the flat was above our expectations.

Great location close to metro station, shops and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and except heating, very practical. Beds was comfortable, even the sofa. Well equipped kitchen.

Heating in apartemnt 4 was working very strange. Sometimes heaters was totally cold, sometimes very hot, there wasnt state between. Moreover apartment 4 have absolutely no controls for setting heating level. Ligtbulbs require urgent replacement, in apartment was little bit dark with all lights on. Noises from nearby pub or dirnk bar.

it was comfortable but the room was dirty and there were dirty dishes in the washer. The bind was broken/stuck. They

the heating of both the room and the water in the bathroom was nice, and the beds were comfortable.

Got there and was surprised to see the outside looked like a dirty abandoned factory. It felt especially shady at night (just like the rest of the neighbourhood). But the problems didn’t end there. The apartment looked nice enough but was completely different from the pictures (clearly embellished for the website) One of the window binds was broken, and since it was on the ground floor it was dangerous to leave our things without it being fixed. We called the number on the check in email and they let me know they were gonna call the lady from the apartment complex so she could send someone to fix it, without telling me when that would be, meaning that we would have to wait for news and waste time from our vacation. I had to fix it myself by climbing on the window. The room was also unkept and untidy. There were dirty dishes in the washer. There was a spiderweb on the wall and under the bed it looked disgusting. They should have checked the room before we arrived to make sure everything was working fine (the broken bind) and to make sure it was clean. Overall, not very pleasant considering the price.

The facility is poor. The heater in the bathroom and kitchen are covered with dust. There is few kitchenwares eg no wine glass. Also , it is next to a cafe, so there is always a group of people outside smoking.

Big clean apartment very close to metro station

Very good location, very close to u-bahn station, close to an authentic pizzeria and a big interspar. Very big apartment, clean, equipped with all you need. Comfortable beds.

A lot of birocracy before staying there, we had to register ourselves, the host sent us kilometric messages about how we should mention the exact arriving hour, although there was self checkin (in the arrival day they said to mention aproximate time though). The lighting was very bad. It was a bit cold in the apartment, but there was an additional electric heater available to use.

The location was great.

Location is great, near ubahn, bakeries and big store spar.

As we were cooking, I missed some pots. There was only one big pot and one pan. Hard to cook for 4 with just two pieces.

Superb

The apartment is spacious and clean, well equipped for a vacation stay. Distance to subway is 5-7 minutes, then 4 stops to Karlsplatz, so around 20 minutes to city center. Plenty of supermarket and other stores in the neighborhood. Warm, wifi, tv is fine. Stay was ok!

Check out is at 10am, service lady showed up at 9. Highly recommended to add more ammenities to the kitchen, like salt, sugar, condiments and possibly water, tea. We've seen complements at so many other accommodation, it will make a great stay.

Entering was really well organized, good transport communications nearby. The kitchen was with all the necessary things in it. 95% clean (for the 5% in the cons :) ). The rooms were big enough and they really can accommodate 10 persons (4+4+2 persons).

We were three families and needed 3 separate rooms, but one of the rooms is stuck between one bed room and the bathroom, so if you want to go outside either you have to pass from the bedroom of others or from the bathroom/WC, which is from my point of view inconvenient. Plus the mentioned room is separated from the bathroom with a door with blurred window and a 3-4cm gap to the floor, so it is easy to hear what happens in the WC/bathroom. 5% not clean - there was something inside the oven spilt and not well cleaned, which caused smoke, every time we turned on the oven.

Great location for Vienna

Very good location, close to underground and parking. Confort, quiet and clean. It is our second stay at the same address, we will surely come back.

Pleasant stay, "the important things" were fine, and only some nuisances

The apartment was as described in the photos (the rooms, terrace, etc.), it was clean. Although it was not a surprise because we already knew the neighborhood from previous years, the location of the apartment was good with good communications with Metro and Train (you can get in less than five minutes walking to the metro station, and from there in 15 minutes in the city center), and many supermarkets also in less than five minutes walking

There were a few things that were not working and that we reported (the large burner in the cooktop was not working & the shades in one of the rooms were not working either, so we could not have privacy while sleeping, and the light awakens the ones sleeping in that room). The host said it was going to address them right away but never come (despite we stayed in the apartment for 12 days). There were also shortage of hangers/plates/knives, we did not have a frying pane, we had to buy a few things. Also there was a lack of things like toilet paper, shower gel, soap, dish-soap, etc. For one or two days maybe was enough, but for six persons 12 days was not even near, so we had to buy all these stuff.

Great place

Large apartment, very clean inside (large toilets) there is a grocery store, public transportation is available nearby, very much enjoyed staying there.

A bit noisy at night because of a bar located nearby, other than that it was wonderful there,thank you.

The Entrance to the parking is very narrow, is not safe at all if you are driving alone. You need to be very careful while driving. There is no oven in the apartment, it will be better if they put oven.
