Beautiful view; steps from the beach!
Appliances all worked.
Negatives:
No hand soap was provided.
No paper towels on site.
Mattresses were quite uncomfortable, and the king bed’s bottom sheet would NOT stay on the mattress!
Listing stated a hot tub was one of the amenities but there wasn’t one.
Parking was an issue; not enough space.
And no trash bags were provided other than the ones already in the cans.

The owner was gracious and easily available via text messenger during our pre planning. We especially loved that we were able to bring our pup. He’s an integral part of our family and it is wonderful to have owners who understand that.
There is a bit of a street noise issue from the second bedroom (which by the way has its own bathroom 😊).
Other than that it’s quite nice and we’ll definitely plan for a stay in the future.

You pull right up to the front door of the condo, two steps and you're in- so convenient. The over sized deck was fantastic. We really enjoyed being right on the beach which was family friendly and uncrowded. The master bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean with lots of amenities. There were lots of fun seafood restaurants in the area. Best part, our wonderful dogs were able to join us!

To say this place is awesome would be an understatement! We spent 10 wonderful days here and it was just like home. We won’t stay anywhere else! It has everything a couple or a family could want or need. The condo was spotless when we arrived, the kitchen was fully stocked and updated, the furniture was as comfortable as home, master and guest bedrooms were perfect! Wi-Fi was excellent - which is hard to find!
It has 2 balconies and a huge deck overlooking the gulf, and is just steps to the water! The sunsets were, and are amazing!
If you’re wanting a real beach experience with no hi-rises, no elevators and where you can literally step right off the deck onto the beach, this your place!
And we can’t say enough about the owners, Walt and Kathi…they will graciously answer any questions or do anything to make your stay perfect!
This is the only place we’ll stay!!!

The stay was wonderful! You can't beat this amazing view and location on the beach. Exactly what I wanted. Beds were GREAT (I am picky so to say this I really mean it) Our guest enjoyed everything too. The fellas even booked a deep sea fish trip. Was a lot of fun. The only thing I'd recommend is a quick deck refresh with some new patio cushions and maybe a outdoor rug. But other than that..it was great 😃

From start to finish this was an amazing trip. Booking was easy and had terrific communication with the property manager Mary. She was in constant contact with us throughout the trip. The property itself was perfect, its located 150 feet from the waters edge and had all the amenities you would need to stay. The beds were super comfortable and the 3 decks provide tons of space to hang out and enjoy the view in any weather. We plan on returning next year due to the wonderful layout. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Have stayed at this property many times and loved it. Was disappointed that the outdoor dining table depicted was gone and replaced with too small of a table for outdoor dining. Also the comfy chairs that used to be in the living room are gone. We also missed the love seat on the upper deck and only had seating for 3 rather than 4. As always, the property was clean and well equipped for just about anything.

We spent a week here with our son and daughter in law. From the beginning everything was flawless. Mary was quick to answer ant questions that I had. Check in was very easy. The townhouse was very clean and the home has everything you will need. From binoculars to beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The kitchen has everything you will need including a crockpot. There is some road construction in front of the house but had no problem getting in and out. If you are looking for some fun try Swamp Thing airboat tours. Only 3 or 4 miles from the house. You are a short drive from Pier Point which is full of things to do. If you are coming to PCB book this townhouse, you won't regret it.

This is the BEST rental we’ve ever stayed at in PCB! Everything was amazing! The decor of the townhouse was so homey and inviting! Mary was awesome and very easy to reach! Will def stay here again!!!!

We loved the house so much that we didn't want to leave!
It was offseason, so it was very quiet! Most of the surrounding properties were unoccupied. We spent most of our time on the balconies, enjoying the amazing view. I hope to go back again soon!

If you are in need of a place to stay in Panama City Beach, look no farther. This place is AMAZING!!! When you walk in the door you have the "at home feeling". The kitchen had everything we needed as did the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room. The living room was nice and cozy as well. You have three different decks to watch the sunset from. The best part was being able to walk right out onto the beach! I must say that Ms. Mary takes wonderful care of you. She made sure we had all the information we needed via email. She also has a book on the table that provides a plethora of information. She was an absolute"doll" and pleasure to work with. We will definitely be planning a return visit very soon!!

I was looking for a place on the beach near where my Aunt was staying. Wanted a place right on the beach. Found this jewel. Mary personally sent messages early to make sure i had the code and was most accommodating throughout our stay. She even checked on us during the tornado warning the morning we were to leave. The unit is clean and comfortable. Beds are so comfy I didn’t want to get up. The kitchen is well equipped. You can see Mary’s thoughtful touches throughout the unit in her effort to make your stay relaxing and special.

A few steps from the beach, in person is better than the pictures. Check in process fast and easy , communication with Mary was excellent she is very helpful . We definitely will come back.

Although it was not the fault of the manager/owner, the road
construction was a major problem. At times we had no access
to the main highway and had to park across the street. Hopefully, this will not be a issue in the spring.

It was great! We liked how the house was set up with all the bedrooms upstairs and the entertaining area downstairs. We felt better with everyone on the same level .We also liked the easy access to the beach and it was nice to have the beach chairs already there. We had so much fun on the beach and even saw dolphins! I was in the bedroom by the highway and especially liked the black out curtains that kept the light and noise out! I do want to make you aware of a problem in case you do not know and that is all of the cats! They were all over our deck and our neighbors. There were probably 10 of them. They were black and I also noticed that they would run throughout the area , too. I don’t know if there is anything you can do about it,but I wanted to let you know. We didn’t sit on the deck because of that and also the smell. We loved your house and we had a vey nice, restful vacation. The weather was perfect. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us.

We’re yearly repeat renters. The pictures tell the whole story. Mary the Manager always checks in to make sure there are no problems. The location is perfect! Steps from the beach, Winn Dixie and CVS across the street. Absolutely perfect!

The rental is at a great location. It was very quiet and close to all the attractions. We were to feel right at home. Mary was a true gem to talk and work with.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We had everything we needed and more. The views were great, even from the sofa while relaxing in the cool air conditioning. We watched dolphins play while having our morning coffee and reminiscing the last 25 years together. Mary was a pleasure to deal with and we chatted as if we had known each other for ever! We will be back I’m sure!!
