This condo was very nice and very clean! The bed was super comfy and towels were soft. It was located about 10 steps from the elevator so quick and easy to get to. We only were there for 4 days so ate out for everything except breakfast which was cereal. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately the weather was not the best (it was cold) during our stay so did not try out the pool, but it looked very inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

First I booked for 2 nights instead of 3. I called and was handled very professional. We arrived and pictures were spot on. This place was clean and everything worked as stated. We loved this place and hope to stay again on our next trip to Florida!

This property is everything the listing says and a wonderful place to enjoy all the beach has to offer! Soak up the sunset from your balcony or the restaurant deck that’s just a few steps down the beach. There’s a long list of well maintained amenities and the condo was very clean. The few questions we had for the property managers during the booking process were always answered promptly. We look forward to returning soon!

My husband and I enjoyed our short stay at this condo! It was a nice change being on the second floor so access to the lobby and beach was easy. My only complaint isn’t with the condo itself, but with the actual resort. Since it’s half Emerald Beach and half Wyndham, you would ask questions to staff and they would be “Wyndham”; therefore, they were unable to help. It’s fine to be split that way, but in my opinion, they should still be kept in the loop and allow help when needed. Another thing is yesterday, we just got back to the room, and someone was knocking at our door several times. My husband was in the shower, so I didn’t want to answer. He was finishing up so I finally did because they wouldn’t stop knocking. It ended up being pest control and they wanted to know if I would like them to come in and spray. That made me uncomfortable.I think that should be done possibly when cleaning crews come in or at some other time in between stays. Again, probably not this condos fault. The parking garage needs a better set up, in my opinion. Traffic goes both ways up and down, and it was a slight hazard due to people driving way too fast in there. I normally don’t say much on a review, but these are all things I would like to know upon staying somewhere and look for these days. Overall, we had a really great stay and would recommend this room.

This condo was in the perfect spot. We loved being the on the second floor so we never had to wait for elevators other than when we were checking in and checking out with all of our stuff. I will def be staying at this condo again!

This place was awesome! Very well furnished. We didn’t have to pack anything for the beach. Everything we needed was provided, even for our kids! Kid friendly for sure! 2nd floor right next to the elevators! Easy access to everything! Perfect view. Oh and did I mention the water pressure?? Oh my goodness the shower was great! Kitchen is well furnished for cooking a meal. There’s a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Really nice and comfy kind size bed in the bedroom and bunk beds in the hall. I had to contact the owner prior to our stay and communicating with him was a good experience. Very nice and informative. They really want whomever stays at their property to enjoy their stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better property. We will absolutely stay here again!

This was the best communication we’ve had with a property throughout our years of booking. They was full of helpful tips and tricks to make our stay easier. The room was super nice and clean. Master and bunks beds were so comfy. There was possible plumbing issues with above units that affected our bathroom but they continued to make sure we were cared for.

Your condo was great! Please know that I spent years designing bathrooms for special needs individuals. Having said that it would be helpful to advise everyone to use footwear (sandals, tongs,...), that tub bottom is very slick when showering. Again nice place, thank you. We may come again in the future.

My parents are not big party people so instead of a big party, me and my sister decided to give Mom and Dad a vacation to the beach. It was going to be off-season, but we wanted them to be able to enjoy the beach. I reached out to Yulia and Ed, the owners of the condo, and explained what we were wanting to do. They were delightful and said absolutely! I worked with them to plan the trip and the stay. My parents had a wonderful time and said the condo was beautiful! Yulia and Ed even had a basket of goodies to help them celebrate the special occasion waiting for them when they arrived. Mom and Dad texted us immediately that they were so grateful for the time away and for the beautiful accommodations. I cannot thank Yulia and Ed enough for helping make their stay so special. I would definitely recommend their condo to anyone looking for a beautiful get away.

The condo was ok. We appreciated the second floor location; access to the beach and parking garage was easily walkable. The promotional pictures do not show a large storage bin and paddleboard on the outdoor patio that restricts space. We were there in February, before beach chairs were provided on the beach. The beach chairs on the outdoor patio were old and rusted. We were bothered by the owner's policy on personal items left in the condo; the policy specifically states that these items will be "a donation to the people that do the cleaning". Apparently there will be no effort by the owner to return items mistakenly lost or forgotten. Be aware of this issue when renting this condo.

Great condo, on the 2nd floor with quick access to the beach and amenities! The unit was very clean, ideal for 2-3 person family and well equipped with everything you will need for a beach vacation. Road noise and traffic is worth mentioning but nothing terrible.

The condo was lovely. Nice decor and clean. Loved being on the second floor. Felt close to the beach. Comfy chairs on the balcony were a perfect place to enjoy the sunsets. Felt right at home. Parking was easy too. Highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again if we are in the PBC area.

The property was as described. We had 2 problems but both were taken care of via the property manager. The first was, I was given the wrong garage code…taken care of with a simple phone call. The second was a beeping sound every minute. After dealing with it all night, it too was taken care of by a phone call and maintenance arriving shorty to take care of it. The condo was extremely clean and adequate for my husband and I for the 3 day get away we had planned. The gulf is so beautiful and it was very peaceful this time of year.

We had an enjoyable stay! Just as described. Clean condo, 2nd floor beachfront and access to both pools. The only drawback for us was hearing some of the traffic at night since the location of the resort is right on 30A close to the city. We are light sleepers so if you arent, you will be fine. Overall we felt the value for this condo was very good. Also, the host had excellent communication and we felt very welcomed.

This was our 3rd year staying and it just keeps getting better. Location is on point. Close to tons of food and fun. Room is on 2nd floor so no waiting on elevators. Clean, spacious and everything you need. We were able to tell each year upgrades done in the condo.

The location was good. However, everything else was not. You have to get on three elevators from the car to the room. Upon finding the room, the smell was awful, the bed was dirty, and there were spots that needed deeper cleaned. We did message the owner to fix the issues, the cleaning lady came and changed sheets, but that was all. The smell was awful- every time you walked in the door it smacked you in the face. The bedroom is not private at all, the window is looking into the main hallway of the condo. Also, not sure why a cleaning fee is charged when we have to do part of the work. This experience was not a pleasant start to the honeymoon. On the bright side, the owners were very quick to respond, and understanding they tried their best to compensate.

Loved the view of the beach! It was close to all the shops and restaurants. I loved that we could easily take the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator since it's on the 2nd floor. The only thing I was not pleased with was how hot the condo is in the bedroom at night. Definitely harder to get used to if you like it cool at night. Other than that, it was the perfect honeymoon place and we will definitely come back!
