Barebones, but solid. Great pick if you're only gonna sleep there, and maybe work from the room a bit.
Nothing else to say, this is here just to meet the length requirements on reviews. Nothing else to say, this is here just to meet the length requirements on reviews.
There were a couple of spiders. Solid otherwise.

Very clean, comfortable and peaceful. The location was very close to where I was working during the weekend and only 10minutes away from the city by public transport. Paula was extremely friendly and always quick to react to any question I have. She had arranged transport with driver Beato, who was friendly and cheaper than local taxis. If you're looking for a very decent accomodation in the area this is the place to stay!
I have nothing negative to say. I wish my stay was longer and just for leisure :)

A decent budget property which had everything we needed. It has a kitchen with a washing machine shared for 2 or 3 apartments, but we were lucky to use it as our own as noone else moved in during our stay :) Wifi was fast, hot water was really hot :) it's situated in 6 km from the city center (close to the airport) but as we had a car, it was fine. You can always find some free street parking next to the building. Paula, the host, was amazing and super responsive! If this location suits you, I'd definitely recommend it.
Generally nothing wrong for this price )

Kind of out of the way but bus service available. Supermarkets, etc all across the tracks.
Tight door locks led to lots of slamming during the night.

kitchen and laundry
squeaky bathroom door, broken shower door, and no ability to make the room dark.

Transportation connections to the accommodation were good. The host was helpful and friendly. We booked a transport back to the airport from a driver who was recommended by the host. Accomodation was clean. There was a washing machine in the kitchen. Private bathroom was nice, There was airconditioner in the room.
The double bed could be bigger for two adults. Also little bit softer. Sound proofing could be better. The accommodation was relatively expensive considering the room size and services (no breakfast). I think a more reasonable price could have been €70/night in this small room.

Very pleasant for those who want quietness and isolation.
Very private location..
Taxi drivers had difficulty locating the address after hours for non Portugese speaking foreigners.
Also room not serviced on a daily basis..

Room was very nice and cozy, same like bathroom. Kitchen has everything what you need too, especially washing machine which can be very helpfull on long trips. The location of this apartment is super too, because the bus stop is like 1 min. of walk and bus take you to the city center in 15 -20 min. The train station is 3 min. walk and by train you can go to famous Sintra in 50 min. We have selfcheck too and it was amazing because we could came to apartment in any time, wich is very good when you have night flight and of course it is 3 stops of metro + 20 min. walk from airport=very nice location. Comunication with ovner Paula was nice, fast and helpfull.

We like the fact that we can just bring or cook our own food. The room was really good enough for us, we were with 3 people and the room was spacious enough and clean. The beds were comfy enough, we slept really well. The bathroom and kitchen were also clean. I like the fact that there’s a couch on the hallway; near the kitchen. Also, the location is near the bus stop and about 6-10 minutes walk by train. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here
Maybe a little bit of cleaning on the entrance and the stairs.

The only thing I liked about this hotel, was the agreement with a driver called Jorge. He picked me up at the airport and was an absolute lifesaver to drive me around. I highly recommend his services.
I stayed in the apartments on the top floor. It rained a lot during my stay and the roof is made of aluminum, therefore, the noise was unbearable.
In the building, I literally felt claustrophobic all the time. Also, there is no fire or emergency exit.
Additionally, I did not like the location at all. Doubtful neighborhood. As a solo traveler, I never felt safe. No restaurants, cafes, or shops around. The train station close by is terrible and I would not recommend using it at night.

I liked the location as it is walking distance to the Nada Temple where we were attending an event. Communication was excellent with Paula the property manager. The room was clean and private.

I traveled to Lisbon to visit the Web Summit conference and look for a place near the event. This is a good place to stay and the staff is very nice.

It was a short taxi ride from the Oriente train station. The room and bath were newly redone. The Internet worked well and the lighting and bed (I love soft beds) were among the best during our 3 weeks in Portugal The shuttle to the airport was early and the driver was the most courteous and pleasant of any I can remember.
We picked the hotel / because of the value and it is close to the airport. It was in an industrial / residential area. It was a three-block walk to find something to eat for dinner. A breakfast cafe was less than a block away.

The check process was not clearly defined to begin with, this lead to uncertainty on our side.
