Location 'price and cleanliness

Well I don't like to complain , but I found that the room lacked shelving we had to put all of the toiletries on the floor , it would have been a lot more comfortable had we had shelving. Also in the shower we were not able to keep the mat dry as the water kept gushing out. Maybe there could be a higher edging around the base to overcome this problem .

Recommended, very comfy

The location is great, especially if you are using public transport. The room was small but comfy. Good internet. Didn't get the chance of enjoy the breakfast but it looked really good.

There was a green light from the alarm on top of the bed, a little bit annoying.

I liked the room, however it wasn’t as clean as expected

It’s near a shopping center and it has good access to public transport

It says “BREAKFAST INCLUDED” which is a lie because you have to pay $15 to have breakfast

Cleanliness. Rubbish from previous guest left in room drawer. I told front desk they were apologetic but didn’t do anything about it. Also the entrance / lobby smelt very damp and musty

Excellent helpful staff. Manager of the hotel on site and very helpful. Hotel very clean. 2 laundry units available. Br

I was visiting my daughter at the University of Sydney and I wanted to be right by the University. This is basically across the street. There is a lovely park area across the street and you simply walk through that to get to the University. Also the area is busy but I never heard any sounds at night in my room. It was quiet.

I liked it all.

Booking.com never booked the rooms with the hotel so 4 adults had to share one room. Will never use booking.com again

The room can be easily improved with a bit coffee table and a lounge

reasonable price and close to a place where we wanted to visit. room size is good.

The floor felt a bit dusty and had to put our socks on. could easily have a small coffee table and lounge chairs. the room keepers didn’t come that weekend, wonder why?

Ok for just sleeping

Good location and reception is open until 10 pm. It has a common area on the 3rd floor, very cosy and convenient that we used for working on our laptops.

I booked a king room with twin beds (available on booking.com) because I was sharing it with my colleague. When we asked at reception they said that the room had only one bed, so they changed it to a queen room with twin beds. When we got in the room, we did not have any windows and the twin beds were together and shared the covers, which in the end is like sleeping on a king mattress... The extractor fan is extremely loud and impossible to turn off. The temperature dropped, and there is no AC in the room so we were cold at night.

Please make sure Rooms allocated to book guests are not occupied prior to giving the next booking. It will hopefully stop the customer from being embarrassed (like me twice) after opening the door to another customer's allocated room and finding it occupied. I pitied the young lady at the desk. She was lucky to find me an empty (Non-Allocated) Room on her 3rd try. Well done to her. Yes, she had more stress when the occupants came home and had to get their cards reset. She took it all onboard. Curtains need to be checked to stop the light. It was a small problem but, got over it with a clip.

Good overnight stay and location and price were great.

Location was fab. Rooms were very spacious.

Too much outside noise, parking was a fair way away and had to transport luggage back and forth.

A nice hotel, close to transport and restaurants, clean and friendly.

Mostly very good, the room was a bit airless and stuffy, so we had the A/C on most of the time. Breakfast was fine, the location is a bit out of the way from the CBD but very good for restaurants in Glebe. I'd be more than happy to stay again.

Airless room, we were supposed to have one with a window but were put in a windowless room.

convenient location

it was very centrally located and clean

when I booked the king room it was supposed to have a city view. Because I requested two single beds, the only rooms that allowed this were ones without a window. This was not explained until I got to the hotel. they also had issues with the air conditioning in my room without external windows but was rectified promptly upon request.
