Location

Condition of apartment was poor desperately in need of an upgrade. Glasses & cups not clean and sofa was in a poor state with a tear in the middle Car parking access was terrible with a car lift not In the property booking summary.

Don’t stay if you want to sleep or ask for a room not facing the highway

Was clean and spacious Staff were friendly and helpful.

Has a car lift which makes it difficult to park . My room faced the highway I honestly thought the trucks were in my room. I did not get any sleep the entire night.

Great place to stay if you need to be near the RBWH

The room was very clean and very convenient to the hospital. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

As it was next to the hospital, it was very noisy. I did not like the idea of the car lift, it would be very hard to get into. The staff were very accommodating and ensured I received another park.

We were Welcomed by a very nice Kiwi Lady great to see Australians and Kiwis work together supporting Australia keep it up We are a great two Nations supporting.

Very good

Clean, smelled fresh, and was close to where I needed to be. It was bigger than I thought and knew. I can't fault it.

It was pretty perfect for what I needed, I wouldn't say it was a cosey apartment, but that was fine for the reason I stayed.

Spacious room for families.

It was spacious and had everything you would need in a apartment.

The showers both had mould in them. The apartment didn’t feel clean.

All in all , good value for money

Modern decor Proximity to public transport and RBWH

The rooms could have been cleaned a bit better, toilet bowl not cleaned , stains on carpet, cutlery dirty, long hair on bed , mould in shower .

Great location for visit to hospital but needs cleaning

The property was across the road from the hospital, which was perfect for us.

The property needs a thorough deep clean. The carpets were badly stained and walking in bare feet proved they were not clean. There was an overpowering smell in the apartment, which we eventually worked out it was coming from the bathroom drains. Walls and doors were also dirty and sticky.

Apartment was large, had modern facilities, easy check-in process and friendly staff. The bus station opposite was handy.

The carpets hadn't been vacuumed from the previous guests, and there some general maintenance/cleanliness issues.

Location was perfect, right near RNA Showgrounds, took 30mins to walk from our room to the main stage at Knotfest! 9/10 would stay again.

Lack of parking and parking charged on top of accommodation, other than that the stay was perfect.

Clean & comfortable. Location is excellent for hospital appointments. Very friendly reception staff & happy to answer questions. Happy to show us how the car lift worked.

Great location for the RBWH

We had an early morning appointment at the RBWH, literally across the road. Perfect location for that and $15 taxi fare to the CBD. Apartment comfortable and well equipped and great value for money, staff very friendly 🙂

The car lift, but done once not as scary as it first seemed, one very kind young lady came with us the first time.

It's not a recommended stay

The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is convenient since it is in the heart of Brisbane city.

1. The dust was really bad in the house - skirtings, the side tables, carpets, blinds, sofas, etc. The sofa was so dirty that it was hard for us to sit and relax in the living area. I have attached the pictures of the same. 2. Lights and Fan - The lights in the room were too dim to use properly, and the same issue was in the bathroom. The fan speed was too slow (even with the high setting on). There were no aircons in the room, which made it really suffocating in the rooms. 3. The bathroom door - There were no locks in the bathroom, which made it quite uneasy.
