About this house rental
Nestled in Mammoth Lakes, this lovely house for $662 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. There are three full bedrooms, a large loft with bunk beds for the kids and three full bathrooms with no one above or below you, so the unit is quiet. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms have a California king bed, a standard king bed and a queen bed. The kitchen, family room, dining room and another full bathroom are on the second floor. It’s an open great room concept with a deck and lots of windows for natural light. The third floor is a large loft that has two bunks beds with twin over full mattresses that can sleep 6. There are plenty of closets to hold your items and an outside deck to enjoy the view of the mountains! There is a ski closet with included sleds for the winter. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home with lots of counter space and cabinets for your stay. There is new cookware, bakeware, dishware and glassware as well as a rice cooker, Belgian waffle iron, Ninja blender, crockpot, handheld blender, and a large roasting pan. There is also a Weber gas grill on the patio. Our goal is make the condo your home away from home. For coffee lovers, there is a Cuisinart coffee maker with an insulated stainless steel carafe to keep the coffee hot (with reusable filter or you can use #4 paper cone filters), a Keurig style single serve coffee maker, and a French press coffee maker. For families with young children, there is a Pack n’ Play and high chair. For those in need of Wifi, there is upgraded internet with 350+ Mb/s throughout the entire condo. We also have upgraded smart TVs in every room. The complex is diagonal to Vons and walking distance to most of the restaurants in town as well as the bowling alley and the movie theater. You could not have a better location. We know you will have such a great time here with friends and family that this will quickly become your go to Mammoth getaway! AIR CONDITIONING: For summer months, we have portable AC units in the main living area and in the loft. The ground floor bedrooms stay cooler and have fans. PARKING: There is an open parking lot for the complex. There will be 2 parking passes in the condo to place on your dashboard. Normally, extra passes are not a problem and can be obtained from the onsite office. If you arrive after office hours, you can go by in the morning. The holiday weekends (Christmas, MLK, Presidents) are when the complex is pretty strict on 2 cars. Also, during epic winters, the complex runs out of parking due to large snow piles in the parking lot. Street parking is very limited in Mammoth, but there is additional paid parking at Mammoth Mountain RV Park on Old Mammoth Rd. WASHER/DRYER: There are coin operated washer/dryers in the building next to the pool. Please bring quarters or you can obtain them from Vons.

Condo worked out great for 5 retired guys on our ski trip. Kitchen had everything we needed. Each bedroom had comfortable beds with plenty of drawer/closet space. Bathrooms had excellent shower heads and plenty of hot water.
Easy 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge.

Place was really spacious and great for the family. It was in a great location in mammoth. It was really clean and we loved the pool, hot tub and sauna in the community area. They also offered cable services for us which was great. The only drawbacks were they could have a couple more pots and pans for cooking with a large family but there was everything great with a blender and other appliances.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It has been completely remodeled throughout. We have been visiting this complex for over 30 years and this condo is the most comfortable condo I have had the pleasure of staying in.

Perfect location & a great host!
Every year our family comes from So Cal to Mammoth for the 4th of July so we have stayed all over. This location has been our favorite so far! The walk ability to everything was amazing, so much that we didn’t drive anywhere. The home has a stunning kitchen that made cooking a breeze! Fingers crossed we can stay in this property again!

My friends and I had a wonderful trip staying at this condo and had plenty of room even with 7 adults! The middle level was a great hangout space with all the kitchen amenities needed! Each bedroom and bathroom also fit our needs and were extremely comfortable!! Mitchell was great with communication from the time I booked it up to when we checked in. He went above and beyond to help us have an easy check in that fit our needs. Would stay here again!!

Gorgeous condo, close to everything!

Wonderful Property
This place was perfect for my annual birthday snow board trip to mammoth. Each of our kids had their own room and there were plenty of bathrooms and lots of living room space to enjoy time together. Multiple thermostats allow you to keep your space exactly the temp you like and it is central to so much of what mammoth has to offer.

Pictures of rental are accurate; not cluttered with tchotchkes or extraneous decor; extremely clean; well ventilated for a winter home with no damp feel or smell; convenient location; adequate parking; great quality cookware and kitchen appliances; contemporary entertainment (game console and board games). Will definitely return.

Very nice property in a great location. Lots of space. I enjoyed that they had spices and little things you wouldn’t want to have to buy separately, like coffee filters. Owner was very responsive to my questions. Great stay!

Wonderful, Modern & Convenient Condo
One of the best Mammoth condos I've stayed in! Within close walking distance to the Mammoth red line shuttle, a coffee shop, grocery store, and other restaurants. Great jacuzzi. The condo itself is very modern and spacious with smart TVs and Nest thermostats for each room. The upstairs loft is huge. Mitch was a great communicator and made sure everything was in order for us when we arrived.

One thing to improve is the lighting over the dining room table (the fan was appreciated, but the light was very dim). Overall a great place to stay on our visit to the Mammoth Lakes area.

Loved the place and the loft upstairs for the kids . It was convenient with its location central to everything . The pool jacuzzi and laundry mat were great . The kitchen is stocked so well and the owners were so nice and easy to get a hold of . We will definitely stay there again ! Loved the parking as well

We go to Mammoth every May/June to fish and this was definitely one of the better places we stayed. Would book again for sure.

Great Spring Skiing
Very roomy place, worked well for our group. Convenient to shops and we were able to just drive to eagle/canyon lodges for easy ski access. Had a great time overall.

We love staying down in town because of the proximity to restaurants and shops; and the tram to the lifts is super easy. This unit has been very nicely remodeled and met all of our needs. We would for sure stay here again!
