Perfect for large families looking for a temporary home

Good and spacious with complete amenities of a house (washing machine, dryer, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher). We really like the room layout as we were able to stay with our toddler in one side of the house so that the rest of the family could sleep better on the other side. Plenty of toys for the kids and TV in the living room. Location is also good as it is very close to the beach and lots of parks and playgrounds nearby.

It would be better when the garage is fixed for parking. The carpet all through the house is a bit problematic for people with dust mite allergies. One faucet had a leak that was reported to the property manager as well. It's a bit difficult to find late at night so better to arrive in the morning. Some design features such as half doors are a bit weird/dated.

Needs updating, rear inside very dark, windows need cleaning to take webs off. It was well equipped just needs good makeover... Bathrooms look old and not inviting

Great spacious apartment close to beach

Spacious apartment on ground floor with views, close to the beach and boardwalk. Comfortable beds, bedroom and bathroom for each couple. spacious kitchen with every requirement, good parking

Overall our stay was lovely and very much enjoyable.

The location is fantastic! It is close to the city centre. The accommodation is clean. What surprised me the most are the available books and toys for kids which my son enjoyed a lot! Overall our stay was lovely and very much enjoyable.

Overall it is a good property close to the beach, would be great for a family stay.

The size of the property is great, very spacious, beds comfortable

Upon arrival, it is not clear which is the apartment, there needs to be a path to the property as you need to drag your luggage across the grass, and given the weather it was muddy. The property needs a little maintenance, curtain tracks are broken making it impossible to close blinds. Tea and coffee not stocked back between guests. Security screen doors jam and are difficult to use. Lack of lighting when returning to property at night. One tv, suggest TV in bedrooms, and TV in lounge needs tuning could not locate standard stations

Superb

Good location. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Our group had a great time and would be happy to stay again if we decide to go there again

It was in a great spot. Awesome park close by for the kids. Walking distance to some great places to eat. Place was much bigger than expected. Quiet and clean. We had a power outage on the first night but the owners were super prepared - we played scrabble by candle light and it was fine. Only our for about 30 minutes. A great spot

Nothing really. Shower curtain a bit annoying in ensuite.. but really hard to fault.

Pleasant

Furniture and bedding comfortable. Extra heating was delivered and decking was repaired. Money needs to be spent to bring venue up to scratch for the price charged.

Heating out of order in dining area. Curtains hanging off rods in lounge. Broken decking at garage door.

Great value cosy beach house

It was very cosy and fantastic value. Great location with plenty of nearby stuff to walk to. It was very nicely decorated and furnished. A medium or large family could easily stay here for several weeks comfortably.

It was a little bit on the dated side. It didn't really detract from the experience though. Garage wasn't the easiest thing to access.

Great relaxing stay, close to everything, comfortable and clean.

Great location, the goodie basket was a lovely surprise

Curtains are falling off their tracks and a thicker curtain on the main bedroom would be great...allowing a darker room for sleeping. A couple of the kitchen appliances were not working.

Exceptional

This unit exceeded our expectations. Perfect location across from the beach and park. The apartment was very large, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, plus more. The owners were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday. We'll be back!
