About this condo rental
Bright, clean newly renovated studio. This condo is located right in town, on the green shuttle line to the ski area. Includes a SKI locker at Canyon lodge. Next best thing to ski in-ski out and you won’t have to schlep your gear to the Mountain each day. It’s nice to be able to hit the locker throughout the day to discard or grab extra layers, snacks etc. This stylish condo has a 65" Roku 4 K OLED Smart TV with sound bar, sub woofer, and rear surround sound home theatre system. We offer Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Hulu and Peacock. There is no cable. Great lighting, a romantic built in linear electric fireplace and ceiling fan for added ambience and comfort. There are two swivel rocker recliners for elevating the legs after a long day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking or cycling. Light and airy with two sliding glass doors that open from main living area to the balcony. It has an outside balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. It has a new 40 gallon hot water heater, enabling long hot showers after a day of skiing or hiking. We also have the condo directly across the hall, same floor plan, but a queen bed, two twin bunk beds, and a wood burning fireplace in the event this is booked or if you have a larger party, VRBO 162523, and a larger one bedroom in the same complex avail mid Feb 2024 on this site. We arrived just in time for kickoff and were able to watch the game on the big 63" tv with awesome soundbar in the unit! Then, two great days of skiing! Wonderful mini vacay! Highly recommended for 3 people or less.....

Place was nice and clean, close to the mountain. Susan is the best, I lost something at the complex and they were able to return it to me. Susan communicated better than anyone in my family (lol). 10/10 would recommend

Had trouble with code system but host was wonderful—answered immediately and gave us a back-up code. Within walking distance of groceries and restaurants—highly recommend this listing…

A beautiful upgraded studio condo perfect for the two of us. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable recliners, large tv and cozy electric fireplace. The bed and bedding were comfortable and nice to have a dresser for storage.
The complex has a nice jacuzzi and sauna which was great after a day of skiing. Owner was wonderful to communicate with. Thanks we enjoyed your place

Condo is as advertised on the listing and within walking distance to town. Susan was really responsive and sent clear instructions prior to arriving. The condo is redone and decorated really well. The shower is very old and the shower head is super low. The condo had a strange smell, maybe from the people before us. Other than those two small things, it is well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. Overall, I'd stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Susan’s condo! The living space has been remodeled beautifully with great attention to detail and design. Condo is located close to the community hot tub, which was indeed hot! Ski locker at Canyon is a nice perk. Susan is a great communicator!
Original shower tub and bathroom wall could use updating to bring it into alignment with the rest of the condo, and once done would take the place from 4 to 5 stars.

Property was excellent. Really nice inside couldn't tell outside cause of storm. Cleared snow really well. Check in was problem as internet was down and it is all done by computer. Got it taken care of though.

I loved this cozy little nook right in the heart of Mammoth! To be sure, it's a small space, but everything is laid out so well and with every convenience, I found it perfect for our four-day stay. The bed is large and very comfy. The reclining chairs and the GIANT TV screen made the space seem like a private movie theater one snowy night. The kitchen and bath were clean and well appointed. We did some cooking and some re-heating of take-away food. Check-in and out processes were great. We lost power during a storm briefly and Susan alerted us to be sure we were all reconnected after it came back on. Overall, a lovely stay for us! We'd return in a heartbeat. :)

This was an incredible stay! Place was easy to find, clean, quiet and clearly well maintained. Modern furnishings and super comfy bed! Well stocked kitchen for all your needs. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved Susan’s condo! It was sparkly clean and had everything that we needed. You can see Susan’s thoughtfulness in every corner of the condo. It felt like home and we almost wanted to just stay in! The location was very convenient, close to Rite Aid, Vons, and restaurants. Next time we visit Mammoth we will definitely stay here again! Couldn’t lower volume on tv. Couldn’t get microwave to work. But we loved how quiet it was and how convenient it was to places to eat.

Clean, great decor, comfy, and as advertised. Check in was easy, good location walking distance to Minaret Village and about a mile from Mammoth Village. I enjoyed the tv channels and electric fireplace at the end of the day.

Clean, modern studio with an impressive entertainment unit! Very pleasant to relax in and the layout maximized the space. My only wish is that the hot tub would be available in the mornings to loosen those tight muscles before a day on the mountain. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, modern studio with an impressive entertainment unit! Very pleasant to relax in and the layout maximized the space. My only wish is that the hot tub would be available in the mornings to loosen those tight muscles before a day on the mountain. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is a very nice studio apartment near all of the main features of Mammoth. Everything was very well taken care of and seemed very new. The condo complex is also nice, with 3 spas, 1 pool, and a couple picnic areas in the summer.

This is a comfortable and beautifully appointed studio that worked great for my husband and me for our week long stay in Mammoth. It's in a good location that was close to the campground where the rest of our camping group was staying (I don't camp...I visit the campground ;-) ). The two rocking recliners are particularly lovely. The TV is huge, the extra, fuzzy blankets made for a cozy nap, and the kitchen worked well. And I used all the kitchen appliances except the crockpot and blender. The bed is very firm (not hard, just firm) and the bedding was perfect. The bathroom is in nice shape, although, fair warning, the shower head is really short. My 6'2" husband had to face the showerhead and bend over to get his head underneath. But it has good water pressure and no worries about running out of hot water at all. It's a ground floor unit with close parking, which is super nice. All told, it's probably the single nicest place we've stayed in Mammoth and we've stayed at a lot of condos there!

Super clean and professionally managed property. We loved the central location and the massive tv/fast internet. I would pick this condo over a hotel every time I come up to mammoth. Susan did an excellent job and the rates were super fair for the quality of condo. Everything was modern and we had all the kitchen amenities we could ask for to feel like home.

The property is all updated and has plenty of space for 2 adults. My wife and I came up for a ski vacation and loved the location and amenities with this property. Modern Mountain Charm
This room is exactly like it looks in the photos. It is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. There is a bit of an "Oz" reaction when you step through then door into the room.... as in WOW. We would definitely stay here again.
