Extraordinary place, I highly recommend it!!+++

There is a bottle of water in the room upon arrival. There is a hair dryer, a magnifying make-up mirror, handkerchiefs, facial cleansing pads, ear picks, many cupboards with hangers, a large normal-sized fridge and free small chocolates by the entrance. They come to clean every day and the towels are always changed. If they see that it is low on something (e.g. toilet paper), they refill it. It was very clean. What I also liked was that there were curtains and shutters on every window. My late check-out was provided at no extra charge. I especially liked that they pay attention to small details, e.g. there was a towel hook next to the shower cabin. There is also an elevator in the building. The neighborhood is safe, there is a grocery store very close, and public transportation is nearby. Extraordinary place, I highly recommend it!!+++

The shower cabin was very small, you could hardly fit in it, it was a bit confusing. The reception is not open all the time, even during the specified opening hours. It is very difficult to meet live staff, especially if you are not at the accommodation from 8 am to 4 pm. The pre-given key opening code did not work, so I had to call the owner standing in front of the front door in the evening. The phone number given on the booking didn't even ring, luckily there was another one written on the intercom, which I used to reach him. The streets are pretty empty after 6pm, walking alone as a woman didn't feel so good - although no atrocities happened to me.

Wonderful place for family stay

Cozy and warm apartment with everything you need for a stay. Lovely decorated hall and inner yard, lit up hall and scent of cinnamon in the air- we were there around Christmas time- made us feel very welcome and festive. Exceptional location- a few stops away from the city centre, shopping malls and very close to numerous supermarkets, drugstore and local bakeries- perfect for breakfast, at the same time quiet area. Many thanks to our friendly hosts!

Very good

Great value for the price. Spacious apartment with almost everything what’s needed to enjoy the stay. Clean and quiet. Towels and hand and body wash included.

There was a mess up with our apartment - they left the wrong key in the key locker so we entered the room after someone else. After the call with the host we needed to wait around 20minutes so they bring us the key for the correct room. There were just few coffee capsules (for 3 nights stay), no salt or any other seasonings that could be helpful with cooking.

enjoyed my stay but would certainly take uber if i am returning alone after 930pm for safety reason & i dont speak g

spacious for 1 person. very comfortable, clean with billa convenient store just next door. nearby train station VIC - 10min on foot.

kinda quiet at nite, few cars on the road - walking alone from VIC train station to the apartment alone beyond 930pm can be scary!

Our room smelled good and it was clean. There was a supermarket and pharmacy and bakery near it. they were useful. This accommodation has a garden and a pool inside. We didn't use the pool because it was cold. But I would like to use it next visit in summer.

Nothing special. I was confused to find the parking door and to open it when I arrived, but this was not bad point.

Exceptional

We got a real babybed for our daughter, what meant to us very much. Apartment had everything. It was clean, quiet. They offered us a park garage for 12€ per day, what is really good price for Wien. Usually is 25€ per day or more. This building has great garten and wonderful small swimming pool (water was a bit cold for me), but other people used it.

Good hotel with not so good staff. Still recommended.

The apartments are very nice, comfortable, fully equipped. The environment of the hotel is quiet and tranquil. The traffic is low.

The staff -- especially the manager -- is neither polite nor attentive.
