Property was in great proximity to Eagle Lodge. Easily walkable. Unit was roomy and comfortable. Underground Railroad taking was fantastic.
Found several cooking utensils unwashed. One bed did not have a comforter or blanket.

We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay here. The place has high ceiling and plenty of light. It also has two bunk beds, which our kids really loved. It’s pretty straightforward to use anything here so we didn’t even have to contact the admins. Overall we spent a relaxing vacation here

Great location. Great views of nature and golf course. We were two families who were visiting for two nights. We found this place to be cozy and clean. We enjoyed making simple meals at home and found all the utensils, pots, and pans that we needed. There was lots of parking when we visited and very little people occupying other condos/townhouses around us. We had problems starting the fireplace and reached out to Vacasa for help and the problem was resolved on a Saturday in a very reasonable time frame. This was our first experience with Vacasa and we are extremely happy.

Unit is good, except for lack of screens on windows. With no AC and daytime temps in 80s, open windows is a must for evenings. Unfortunately, mosquitoes are plentiful and fill the room with open windows and no screens.
Management company was of little help, only politely giving us "I feel your pain" replies to texts. They have weak local response. Don't stay here during warm summer days.

As a dog owner it's really terrible to see how inconsiderate and thoughtless people are in regards to where their dogs poop, and even more so that they don't pick it up! Dogs have no choice but to poo on the ground, ei; walkways and pavement, because of the snow pac, but owners can always pick up. There was SO MUCH poo on the ground I had to take little pine branches and sweep out of the way so we could bring our belongings into the rental.
With that being said, ground maintenance, or the like obviously doesn't have weed pulling or pruning to do right now due to all the snow, so the picking up of these rude people's dogs would fall on them. It is clearly not being done.
I feel that all these properties should have a no dog policy. If you can afford to rent one of these places, you can afford to board your dog.

The place was about an 8 minute walk to eagle lodge and was more large enough to fit our group. Place was clean with some minor wear and tear throughout the house. Biggest issue was there weren’t any extra supplies for the house. No trash bags, shampoo, detergent, spices, etc… nothing 15 bucks and a trip to vons wouldn’t solve, but it was a slight hassle. Other than that the host was responsive during our stay and the area was gorgeous.

I don’t know who owns this unit, but it was not well taken care of at all. The carpet was FILTHY, and I’ve never seen a microwave oven held together with black duct tape. Smoke detectors missing with exposed wires, missing recessed lighting cans, broken ice maker with a note on fridge that looked like it had been there a while. This owner is a cheapskate and could care less…I will never rent this unit again.

Condo was not in great shape. A lot of little things that were not maintained. Broken fan in bedroom resulted in opening a window with a defective mechanism, and lamp on one side of the bed non functional due to missing switch knob. Damaged HDMI cable on the tv, taped up microwave, missing smoke alarm with wires hanging out from ceiling. Rugs were in bad shape as one area left feet black upstairs. Include the cleaning fees, it is better to stay closer to the village at the same price. Would not recommend.

The condo was great, super centrally located and very comfortable. The only reason for one less star was the pool. The hot tub was never on, always cold. The pool was great the day we arrived, but got colder and dirtier every day so that by the last day my kids didn’t want to go in.

This condo was good for the price we had to pay. It was cleaned well but does need some TLC for the paint and carpeting. Pool and hot tub were nice. Place was quiet and beds were comfortable. No AC and we had to request fans be delivered.

Pros:
10min walk to eagle, 2 parking spots without issues, hot water lasted for 8ppl after boarding, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels.
Cons:
Check in process was inaccurate - there was supposed to be a lock box with keys, but rather you use the code to open the front door. That was fine, except the keys for community access (ie jacuzzi and garage) were missing so we weren’t able to get into the hot tub and got locked out of the garage when we left the garage clicker in the car. We were provided with only 1 role of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 incredibly thin blanket per bed, 1 thin/flimsy pillow per person that did not provide adequate neck support, and only 1 tiny bottle of shampoo/conditioner for 8ppl. They obviously put in minimal effort for comfort. We called the management company and they at least gave us more blankets/TP, but said this unit no longer comes with community keys so sorry, no hot tub. The unit was freezing when we came in; no central heating system, but rather heaters in each room. The heaters took min 12hrs to heat up the house, and then created this burning smell that made it hard to breath/sleep. Also the fire alarm went off multiple times - we weren’t cooking, and checked all the heaters, nothing was burning, so not sure why this kept happening.

The rental is well maintained and clean. We were able to hike many trails without driving to far. I would like to recommend several improvements. Extra linen and blankets, shower mats, new dining table and bbq. The patio and bbq were filthy. Minor repairs are needed. I still would highly recommend this condo.

Plenty of room for our family of 5 and could have easily accommodated a few more people. Reasonably well-outfitted kitchen. Great location close to the shared pool/hot tub. We really enjoyed hiking and exploring local lakes.

It was located close to all local destinations. It was clean and had several amenities that made our family's stay very comfortable. Contactless check-in/out was a plus. Would recommend it to others!

We had a great time and the access to the mountain was a quick 10 min walk. The condo was large and comfortable and had everything you would need. The place was clean except there were mouse and rat droppings around including on 2 of the beds. We understand this will happen in wooded areas but it looks like a vacuum and check of the beds was likely not done. We would still come back but would suggest vacuuming around the couch/recliner and in the closets. Thanks!

Nice home, limited supplies
The design of the home is quite nice, and very comfortable. I think the owner may be unaware that there are a number of items that are unclean, and it is not stocked with enough basic supplies.

Spacious home near Eagle Lodge
The place is very spacious and a very short walk to Eagle Lodge. Was very easy to walk with all ski gear over there.
Jacuzzi was behind unit and is large. The place had plenty of extra towels and bedding. Beds were very comfortable. It truly was a comfortable experience. A few extra pots and saran wrap or Tupperware would have been great, but it had the basics of what you need to cook. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Not priced right
The location was good, walking distance to Eagle, easy access, sleeping space & room as described, nice water pressure in shower upstairs but overall the accommodations didn’t impress. Appliances & furniture were old & run down. The refrigerator didn’t work for almost the first 24 hours & our food was almost spoiled, heater was temperamental, coffee maker had to be rigged to work, hole in the carpet, no cable box in upstairs bedroom, only 1 dish rag & no sponge for dishes was in the condo. Didn’t give a comfy, homelike feel. For the price we paid & all the fees, including an addl “owners fee” that was almost a full night’s rent, seemed ridiculous for a place that seemed like it had no work or upgrades since maybe the 70’s. High price to pay for the value received.

The place was clean and spacious. The only complaint we had was a couple ceiling lights did not work and the room felt a little dark at times. But overall it was a great stay.

Spacious condo and a great location
We enjoyed staying at this place for the weekend. It is clean and well maintained. The bathrooms have soap and shampoo, plenty of towels, and convenient layout. The bedrooms are good sized and there’s even a pullout sofa in the living room.
The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans for cooking and I particularly liked the gas stove. Vons is a 5 minute drive from the unit. Coffee maker and toaster worked great, too.
Eagle lodge is a 10 minute walk from the unit (15 if you are wearing ski boots and carrying skis). The underground parking is easy to access.
Overall a great place for 2 families to share and hang out.
