With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this bright 1,500 sq. ft. home can comfortably sleep 8. There are 2 queen bedrooms and a full bath on the main level. In addition, there is a brand new sleeper couch with a memory foam mattress in the living room. There is a beautiful loft area with King bed and a full bath with a jetted tub on this level. In addition there is a lovely deck off the loft to enjoy the views and your morning coffee. The main level also features a living room with a central stone wood burning fireplace, and majestic views of Longs Peak, perfect for family gatherings. This opens up to a dining room with seating for 8 and a cozy reading nook with a twin size day bed, where you can enjoy your favorite book, a relaxing nap,. or accommodate an extra guest. There are many restaurants nearby, but the fully stocked kitchen will make eating in a pleasure. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking utensils you'll need to prepare that special family meal. There is even a blender for your favorite frozen beverages. And if BBQ is your thing, we've got you covered. The large deck features a gas grill that will allow you to cook while enjoying the great outdoors.
