Slow down and savor the river, the mountains, eagles and more while you grill on the premium barbecue from the wraparound deck. The gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace, stereo system and bar with ice maker are perfect for indoor relaxing, entertaining and family fun. Our on-site manager can suggest fishing guides. Chest freezer available for your fish! Our location is half way between Anchorage and Homer for salt-water fishing. Great Alaska adventure is all around you: Kenai Lake with its unique blue waters, hiking trails, destination world class fishing. Clean and roomy enough for 4 fishermen
Excellent setting with great access for fishing around Cooper Landing and elsewhere on the Kenai Peninsula. The Kenai river at your front door was spectacular!!!

We had a wonderful time in Alaska visiting our daughter and son-in law. This property was beautiful and in the perfect location for us to enjoy fishing and hiking and come back to relax and enjoy the beauty.

Great accommodations and supplies. Very clean. Only a couple issues - there is really no river access and that was an issue for the friends that thought they'd be fishing from the bank and the 2nd bathroom in basement was an issue. Twin beds for 2 couples wasn't the best for us but that's my fault for not catching that in the description. There is 1 double bed. Deck was wonderful to watch wildlife and great views!

The trip was a graduation gift for our twin boys from High School. Another family also joined us once we told them what we were doing. This is my 15th year of comming to Cooper Landing, but staying at at resort all other times. This place, by far, is the best idea ever. It was like walking into your second home. Set up well for the fisherman or sight seer alike. We will be returning to this property again....working on dates with my boys and the other family.

The property was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils, had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. We loved the deck and the views after long days fishing, and sightseeing. The property manager was wonderful and could be reached at a moment's notice. The owner was very gracious and invited us to enjoy a snack and an evening drink on his deck which provided gorgeous views of the river. We cannot say enough great things about our stay. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to the Kenai River.

Very nice home, beautiful scenery, & the location was perfect for us.
We watched fishermen, bears, eagles, ducks, moose, float boats & enjoyed the local shops & establishments very easily with our vehicle.
We would definitively stay here again..

Our stay at the bunkhouse was wonderful. It’s a beautiful location with great windows looking out on the Kenia River. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious and clean.
We really enjoyed the large gourmet kitchen. It has everything you need for cooking and serving a family plus!

There were four of us. We each had our own space, which was super nice when half of the party was going fishing at 4 in the morning. The house had everything! It was clean, comfortable, and worth the price.

Property and experience was fantastic! Home was exactly as seen in photos. Host was incredibly friendly, helpful and provided great local recommendations. Conveniently located for river fishing and many restaurants within a mile. Home had everything we needed! We’d all stay here again!

We stayed at this well appointed house for over a month for a job in the area. Outstanding views of the mountains, kenai River and eagles nests. Quality construction and furnishings, very clean. Thank you very much Madison. Excellent communication with our host Bruce.

Terrific location house was as good even better than pictures express, superior quality, but the manager and owners are terrific people! Even if you do mot fish it's a terrific place inside and out to enjoy what is so special about Alaska and its rivers and mountains!

We spent two weeks in Coopers Landing and enjoyed our stay. The cabin had plenty of rooms, all the necessities and was in a beautiful location. The owners and manager were very kind and accommodating.

Great "Home" Base
We booked this originally to avoid staying in different hotels and having to pack up every day while touring the area and it worked perfectly for us. We did Whittier, fishing in Cooper Landing and Seward for this stay. We had mostly couples and everyone had their own room but we also had the open area to hang out together which was great. We only used the kitchen for breakfast, but it is equipped with everything you could possibly need including a grill. Groceries were a bit expensive in the area, so suggest finding a larger grocery store in Anchorage if you are planning to do a lot of cooking before you come to stay. There were several good places to eat in the area. We were very pleased with this rental and would highly recommend it.

Great location for us! We were attending a wedding in Seward and reception in Cooper Landing. We needed a convenient location to come and go...and this fit the bill. Although we didn't cook, it was very well equipped to do so. The twin beds were very comfortable with plenty of storage. Great outdoor deck and very near the water. Beautiful place.

Can’t begin to say enough great things about them , they are kind hearted people who genuinely want you to enjoy your stay and go out of their way to do anything to make that happen. The house is beautiful and modern , all the beds are comfortable and it is stocked with high quality linens and towels. The views of the river are incredible! I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.
I also highly recommend booking your fishing trips with Danette and Adam they far exceeded our expectations and showed us an amazing time on the river that we will never forget. Our group ranged in ages from 6 to 83 and they took time to make sure everyone had an amazing time and learned how to fish ! 5 dogs fishing is amazing!

Wonderful location, especially if you like hiking or salmon & trout fishing. There isn't a TV connection other than DVDs but we didn't come to watch tv. Furnishings were excellent, cooking was made easy with all the correct utensils as well as the gas grill, two dishwashers, etc......all excellent. I would definitely come back!

Ample space, amazing kitchen, and gorgeous views all in the great little town of Cooper Landing. Its the perfect location to explore all the Kenai Peninsula has to offer. Danette and Bruce were awesome to work with. If you want a great guide for fishing the Kenai call Adam at 5 Dogs Fishing! This might have been our first trip to Cooper Landing but it won’t be our last. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Great Amenities in a Beautiful Place
Flew up from Seattle for the Lost Lake run in Seward but wanted to stay in a smaller town with good fishing access. Chose Cooper Landing because it wasn’t far, prices were cheaper, and online reviews for 5 dogs fishing were highly recommended. The place was perfect. Equipped with everything we needed and Danette (host) accommodated all of our requests, even ketchup when we ran out. We’ll be back next year!

Perfect for a boys fishing trip!
Amenities were perfect. 8 of us had ample room. Owner and staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Great location. Could not have had a better trip. Will hopefully be back some day.

Fantastic in every way
Clean, spacious, comfortable, ALL the conveniences, centrally located to local eats and fishing shops etc, as well as Soldotna ans Seward. Amazing view! And the owner was like an old friend. So helpful and accomodating. We will be back!

Erveything was top notch! The river rock stair case was difficult without shoes on😳. Beautifully furnished !
