Great location but wouldn’t stay here again.

Location is 15 min or less to the popular tourist sights.

It was hot. Apartment has a/c in only one room. They had two ceiling fans but the blades were put in wrong so the air was pushed up and not down to help cool the room. There is no dryer- just a washer. So they need to update the amenities on the advertisement. WiFi access was not reliable. They had a portable link device- good in theory just didn’t work well for us. We had to constantly reset and reboot it to try to get it to work. Manager was nice but I had ask her for more than any other property we’ve ever stayed at - like how to access the WiFi. After people arrive and put their stuff down they want WiFi- i feel the instructions should have been provided without me asking. This property could benefit from a welcome book to include WiFi instructions at the property. The check in instructions could be improved with pictures. There is a rental property next door with almost the same name and it was confusing for this weary traveler. Pics would help for the multilingual clientele that I’m sure this property helps.

Great location for Roman City Break

Location was great. Within walking distance to most attractions. Apartment was clean and large. Loved the cafe downstairs. Great after a long day of travelling.

Couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work and there was only air con in one room. Luckily Rome wasn’t too hot so it wasn’t an issue.

The apartment near Colosseum with about 10 minutes walking, near bus station, easy to find a place to eat.

other than a few hiccups our stay was memorable ,restaurant next door amazing

clean,comfortable,easy access

a meet and greet would have been better on arrival,even for late arrivals. no compendium to advice visitors of expections..ie: internet instructions,cleanliness etc,local attractions but host will organise

Fantastic location

The location was fantastic. It was nice to have 2 ensuite rooms as we were 2 couples. Mobile WiFi was a great bonus.

More of a lounge area would have been nice. Normal size tea cups, there were only tiny expresso cups.

Overall decent place to stay.

Excellent location. Great restaurants all around and close walking distance to everything.

Wifi was there but we couldn't connect to it.

A great stay in Rome!

The property is amazing, spacious and modern with all the facilities required. The location is good. The host is amazing!

Getting in the property was a challenge, we hadn’t received instructions beforehand. Thank God the restaurant next door offered us free wifi to contact the host and she responded ASAP. It was almost impossible to sleep in the room that didn’t have AC during summer. if possible the host may consider putting a standing split unit. fans were not helpful. The washing machine was Brocken but the host was really kind and she took our clothes (they were quite a lot) and helped with laundry. so kind of her! WiFi didn’t work throughout our stay.

The location, the house is very big. Coffee machine available to use.

STAY AWAY!! Misleading advertising. Property Landlord not interested in hosting or making your stay comfortable.

Location and the advertised promise of laundry washing machine and “air conditioning”

Promised amenities were either broken or did not exist. Landlord stated washing machine was “broken by last guests” and would not fix or replace during stay. No information or instructions for property services, and how to’s provided. Only one roll of toilet paper provided for a 3 day stay. Toilet was broken and leaking at base. We informed landlord but no plumber was sent to repair leak. Shower handle holder was broken. Sleeping was miserable due to heat, skinny mattress and single pillow. No air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fan was unbalanced and noisy. On our last day we noticed increasing bites on my wife’s arms and legs. She saw a flea hop off the towel in the bathroom. We informed the landlord requesting a discount but she was difficult to deal with and unapologetic.

1) Location is perfect - walking distance to Coliseum, Place Venezia, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and Termini train station 2) Hosts are super professional, warm and welcoming. Always available in case of need 3) Apartment on via Palermo is very spadeful for a family (3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms). Kitchen is equipped with all utensils 4) On via Palermo three are a lot of restaurants, cafes and 24/7 shops, plus Carrefour supermarket closer to Termini 5) In general - ROI is great in terms of price and service.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend you to pick this apartment.

The greatest thing about the apartment is that it is huuuge. You basically have three rooms with beds. It's also very clean and its location is wonderful. The main buliding is very nice and quiet. The owners are very nice and helpful, always responding quickly to the messages (even very stupid ones :D). The price for this comfort is great.

There were some things, which were not perfect, but these were minor inconveniences, which didn't have big impact on our stay. Bathrooms are rather small, same with some beds, but that's a problem only when you arrive with a bigger group of adults. The apartment is rather dark, but it didn't bother us, because we were only sleeping there. It would be nice to have more kitchen utensils, especially bigger cups, for people drinking tea.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location! This would be a perfect spot for a family visiting Rome. Our hostess was accommodating and flexible with a late checkout. Will definitely recommend.
