Great apartment for when in Rome

Close to the Stazione di Roma Tiburtina making it easy to get around the city. Modern apartment. Nice host.

Really nice

Hosts are relally nice and friendly, helped us with all our requests and questions. Big , clean apartment close to the Metro.Private parking really a must if you go via car ,the parking is crazy in Rome. all that you need to buy food or other stuff close by.

Nothing that is related with the accomodation and the building. The surroundings are a liitle bit dirty, but like said nothing to do with the Sky Tower.Topic of city hall

Our stay at the apartment has been a pleasant one so far. Massimo is very helpful, and he accommodates us by allowing us to check in earlier than the supposed time. For that, we are truly grateful. The apartment is v clean and well maintained. The fact that it's situated near the train station is very much appealing to us as we travel by public. All in all, it was a smooth transaction w Massimo. Massimo is very honest too. Booking.com overcharged us for the city tax. He told us that in fact, we were supposed to pay lesser for the tax. We truly recommend this apartment!

No dryer for clothes.

A good location and nice rooms. Close to the station and has shops around it.

The location was good. So was the apartment. Massimo was waiting for us to show us the property and even gave us a map to show us how to get to various parts of the city.

Amazing Stay

The flat is amazing, really clean, spacious and modern. It seems to be recently renovated. The building also has a modern elevator which was a plus. The neighbourhood itself has everything you would need a short stroll away from the flat (groceries shop, cafés and restaurants). It is also very easy to get to from Tiburtina station which also makes it easy to get to the historic city centre. The host, Massimo, was also very welcoming and available.

Comfy and spacious apartment for a family.

Very spacious apartment, especially dinning and living area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom. Fast Internet connection.

The neighbourhood is rather dirty. No wine glasses in the kitchen. Small TV set that does not offer VoD apps.

Amazing stay. Definitely would recommend

We got greeted by someone from the property who was very polite and helpful. They showed us everything and even had prepared a map showing where we were and what was around. They suggested us one of the best places to eat in Rome the first night. The place was amazing, clean, new, AC was working and it was overall very comfortable. We had everything we could have.

Think no more, just Book it!

Both Antonio & Massimo were very helpful & very prompt in answering my queries. Pretty amazed by their hospitality. Love the spaciousness of the apartment. We can roam about freely. The bathroom was of a good size & shower water pressure was great. The beds were comfortable for a goodnight sleep. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wish there is a vacuum stick to keep the apartment clean.

A lovely experience with host Massimo. Very nice and pleasant man. Apartment is modern, separate zone air conditioning control is fab. Two balconies are just lovely. Black out blinds - fanatstic.

Very good

Even though Skytower is a little outside of town, being so close to the train station made up for its distance from the sights. Very convenient to the Metro. Would recommend if you want a locals Rome feel. Great amount of space!

It was nice.

I liked the interior of the property. The building was okay but nothing exceptional. I liked the parking facility since I had a car rental. The furniture and basic amenities are okay, it served the purpose.

The location was quite far from the accessibility to good restaurants and city center. Although it is close to the Tiburtina station which was helpful. I also didn’t like that there was no cleaning service, it is purely self-serve.

Perfect and modern apartment, close to all attractions in beautiful Rome!

The property manager was communicating with us day in advance, he followed our flight arrival and approximate check-in time. Once at the property, we were warmly welcomed at the door itself.

Big, clean, spacious and modern apartment - ideal for a family or group of friends traveling together.

Exceptional

The apartment was extremely spacious with modern comfortable furniture. It was terribly bright with hot water all day. It is very close to the train station, where there are also taxis. Although we arrived at the airport early in the morning (00:50), Massimo (our host) had given us clear instructions on how to get into the apartment on our own (it was very easy). He had also sent us a taxi to pick us up from the airport (the driver was also very polite). The house is beautiful, but Massimo and his hospitality are amazing. Massimo helped us organize our stay in Rome before we arrived in Rome, but most importantly he helped us while we were there. My husband and son could not find a taxi late at night after a football match and when we called Massimo to help them he went and picked them up and brought them home. Massimo is the host you wish you had and the one who makes the difference. Rome is wonderful and the Sky Tower is the ideal accommodation to enjoy. I highly recommend it! Massimo me and my family thank you for everything!!!!

Spacious, modern, clean apartments

We were a group of 18 people (including 5 small kids) and we stayed in 3 apartments of SkyTower. We had a fantastic time, super comfortable apartments, spacious, clean and stylish. Massimo was very friendly and quick to respond, arranged the beds the way we preferred, gave a lot of tips and helped us find a solution to any question we had. The location was close to Tiburtina station, so we had to take a metro to the center. But still, given how comfortable SkyTower was, this worked great for us! We would gladly come back. Thanks Massimo!

The property was very clean and modern. Nice size bathroom. Nice kitchen area stocked with appliances, silverware, dishes, pot/pans… Dishwasher and washing machine. Very nice location close to train station, shops and restaurants. Grocery store very close to apartment.

I have nothing bad to say…Book your stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Truly amazing!

The apartment was amazing!!!! It was very clean and furnished with everything we needed. It had a very homey feeling and Massimo was incredibly kind and helpful, and quick to respond to every question we had. The location is excellent; it is close to stores and to the Tiburtina metro/bus/train station from which you can quickly arrive to any other location in Rome(yes, the tourist attractions especially). I would highly recommend booking this apartment. Cannot wait to book it again next time!

Our apartment had the balcony connected only to the bathroom, which was a bit weird, but in all honesty that was not a big deal.
