Расположение хорошее, до всего недалеко. Персонал очень дружелюбный, готов помочь. С уборкой номера было не очень. Отель старенький, слышимость в номерах сильная, слышно и соседей и шум с улицы, и как ветер завывает в старых рамах. Так что, в номере достаточно прохладно. В нашем номере (не знаю, во всех ли номерах так) между комнатой и ванной не было двери)), такая вот особенность, на которую стоит обратить внимание тем, кому это важно. Завтрак неплохой. Постель удобная.

1) Bidet non presente nella toilet 2) Rumori della palestra (9° piano) udibili anche dal 6° piano 3) Lo staff non è intervenuto quando alcune persone erano in palestra ed usavano i macchinari alle 07.00 del mattino, nonostante le mie lamentele (inaccettabile). 3) Staff non parla Italiano

The bathroom and the toilet door are too close. Also there is no bin in the toilet for some reason.

La habitación estaba limpia y las vistas eran preciosas. El desayuno estaba genial y el servicio fue excelente. Estaban reformando la zona de oficinas, y nos ayudaron a encontrar una alternativa donde trabajar.

Lo único es que las ventanas no funcionaban bien, dejando entrar ruido y frío por la noche. Además se oyen bastante las personas de otras habitaciones.

The room was quite big. It was very comfortable. The location was amazing on one of the main streets but not too noisy! I also loved that you could control the temperature in your own room. The shower was amazing. I also really loved the fridge and kettle access in my room. The safety aspect of needing the keycard to access the lift was great!

If you want privacy in the bathroom, the room we had was not it. The toilet door was glass. There was also a party in the bar area one night. The sound was not bad but if I was on a lower floor it might have been annoying!

la direccion del hotel muy poco empatica, sin gratitud alguna no facilitan los problemas de los clientes y eso puede perjudicar en el que se reserve de nuevo en este hotel no les importa la problematica del cliente, simplemente el negocio (la pela es la pela...!!!)

The location was absolutely amazing. The breakfast had multiple amazing options and was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and suited our need.

The noise inside the room was a bit bothersome, as every door close or elevator movement was heard loudly inside the room.

Hotel in posizione centrale, ottimo per muoversi sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Vista mozzafiato, soprattutto di notte, dall'ultimo piano con vista su tutta la Diagonal. Staff super cordiale e disponibile. Ottima anche la possibilità di lasciare gratuitamente le valige in hotel, permettendoti di sfruttare al meglio anche l'ultimo giorno.

A great four stars hotel, very clean, with very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff and in a very good neighbourhood! Everybody was very professional and all of the staff had fast solutions to every problem! I would definetely visit it again!

The hotel is very well located and you can go easily to the main attractions in Barcelona. The room was nice, with all you need. The view was amaizing (14th floor), the beds very confortable. I have no regret, it was a good option when I booked this hotel. The personnel - outstanding! They helped us from the first day until the last! I strongly recommend if you want to have a great stay in BCN!
