Situated in Vancouver, this lovely house for $175 per night is a great option for your next trip. Myrtle Suite: A delightful accommodation ~ a charming area ~ spectacular scenery ~ centrally located. Any questions? Just let me know and we'll do our best to accommodate! Suite Summary Myrtle Suite is a spacious and bright garden level suite within a character home. This suite is part of a larger house where the owners reside. The suite is approx. 750 sf and provides 1 bedroom with queen-sized bed plus a queen sofa bed in the living area. It features full bath, in-suite laundry, hardwood and tile floors. You share our sunny back garden that in the summer blooms with flowers, herbs and grape vines. The living area has a large picture window looking out onto the front garden and offers a gorgeous view of Vancouver's mountains and a peek-a-boo ocean view. Side windows provide more light. Central Location! Enjoy easy access by car or transit to surrounding area sights and activities. You are just a 10-minute drive (or 20-minute bus ride) to downtown including Gastown, Chinatown, Yaletown, theatres, museums and shopping. The campuses of Simon Fraser, BCIT and Capilano College are all about a 20-minute drive. The Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal is 45-60 minutes south. Trans Canada Highway #1 is minutes away, taking you to the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal; or drive a further 60-90 minutes north to the resort village of the Whistler/Blackcomb ski hills and beyond. Drive across the nearby Ironworkers Bridge, and in 20 minutes you can be enjoying our local ski resorts of Grouse, Seymour or Cypress mountains or many hiking and mountain biking trails (check out Capilano Suspension Bridge and park, Lynn Valley Canyon, Deep Cove and the Baden Powell Trail or the challenging Grouse Grind). The Neighbourhood With a stunning view of the mountains and Burrard inlet, this is a community of tree-lined streets blessed with many parks and ocean-view walks. Partner and I stayed at Toni’s place for a week. We had a great time. The hosts had everything we needed: Towels, Fan, Coffee, a dedicated parking spot (I recommend getting a smaller or medium sized car for the spot), and a sweet pin ball machine. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first rental out of our country and it could not have gone smoother! Toni was very prompt in answering all my questions along the way. We got in late on check in day and were pleasantly met by her husband and 2 kitty's. When we got inside the place was immaculant! We were a party of 4 adults and totally fit comfortably. We stayed about a week and went out each day to sightsee and came "home" at night to eat, play games, and sleep. It was conveniently located to everything. I would recommend their place over and over! Thank you for a great stay! We loved your beautiful country!

Toni and Bob provided a spotless inviting suite with every comfort of home. Their fabulous garden was a daily delight and a plus was the mountain and a peek a boo ocean views. The neighbourhood is safe and friendly with an easy walk to a wide assortment of shops and restaurants.

The suite looked brand new. It was very bright and very clean. We were very comfortable there. We went for a couple of really enjoyable walks in the neighbourhood. We would not mind living there!

This charming, well-stocked apartment suite is part of a well tended family home set in a beautiful garden setting. Off street parking, plenty of space, and everything you need for a stay in Vancouver. 15 minutes drive to downtown, this rental is in a quiet neighborhood. The place is spacious and well appointed, comfy and welcoming with a fully equipped kitchen for long term stays. Plenty of room for luggage and for work. Bathroom has both a shower and a tub. Toni and Bob are very nice and ready with suggestions and to answer questions. Definitely one of our favorite places after dozens of long term rentals. We'd highly recommend this rental for one person, a couple or a small family. 💜

Gorgeous summer retreat
We had such a lovely time staying at the Suite. Toni and Bob are great hosts and the location of the suite was great. The weather was perfect, their garden is gorgeous, and the cats were a fun addition!

Home away from home
What a lovely place. Bright and clean and mountain views. The owners are delightful, friendly and kind. My husband loved the Pinball machine! I loved the tranquility and the beautiful garden.

Return to Canada
Upon our return to Vancouver we had to do a 14 day quarantine as part of COVID restrictions - this place was fabulous!!!! Our hosts went out of their way to make everything so easy for us! They answered my many questions before booking, and then once we arrived were always available if we needed anything. Was great to even have a few chairs out back and a BBQ to use;) The space inside was nice, bright and cheery with everything you could possibly want - even a pinball machine!!! THANK YOU!! You truly made everything easier!

Great place to stay with fun features
I did my two week quarantine here and there was so much comfort and entertainment that I didn't go stir crazy not being able to go outside. I'm a huge pinball fan and I had endless fun getting on to the high score board. Toni and Bob are wonderfully kind and welcoming folks that added to the whole experience. I would highly recommend anyone staying here.

Had a lovely stay with all the amenities, bbq, oven, laundry, the works. Toni and Bob were great to meet, and very generously served a delicious plate of Thanksgiving dinner (hot!) when they found I was alone for the holiday. Will certainly stay with them again!

Fantastic apartment!
I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed this apartment. It was immaculate when I arrived. Exactly as pictured. It was a very comfortable stay - bright and airy apartment with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking - having access to spices and basics like aluminum foil was so helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside reading - the garden is so lush and beautiful. I got immediate responses any time I asked a question - Toni was extremely helpful. I really enjoyed meeting Toni and Bob!

Excellent accommodations!
This VRBO was even better than the pictures! The property managers were excellent to deal with. The suite was impeccably clean and very well equipped, with every convenience you could want. They also provided information about the area, shopping, restaurants etc. Excellent communication , with very timely responses. Planning our next trip back here!

This place is everything I had hoped for, and more! Beautiful spacious flat in a gorgeous home in a quiet neighbourhood...with easy transport near by....it was perfect for me and my 11 year old son. The beds are comfy, the bath is great, and everything you may need during your stay has been carefully considered by Toni and Bob. We did not want to leave!! We really appreciated the little touches like fresh flowers and a pinball machine...so much so that we decided to have our last day in Vancouver 'at home'...just chilling locally and making food at home in the great kitchen. It is the best place we have ever stayed and we would definitly stay again!!
