Location was good as only a short walk from several underground stations. Room was huge & loved the coffee machine. Bed was really comfy.
The pillows were quite firm & I couldn't find the right combination from those in my room to get comfortable. The lifts were also quite slow.

The swimming pool and spa facilities are excellent - quite exceptional for a central London hotel.
Price of a beer in the bar - but that's normal for London hotels!

The staff were nice that was about it
I requested extra towels and robes for me and partner so we could use the spa in the morning which we didn’t receive, the breakfast we cold and you didn’t have any fruit options or halal options for us so we paid for breakfast which we didn’t eat!

Quit but still in the city , view on tower bridge (partly) , luxe and clean hotel. Metro , bus and train close .
Nice spacious room with good coffee.
Staff is not welcoming at all , only kitchen staff greets always and de front office Not one time in the whole week . Only the concierge greeted and talked to us one time . Breakfast very expensive, we just went to Wetherspoons at the corner .
London very friendly people , expensive except for the sunscreen !

Its a nice stylish hotel in a great location.
There was excrement left in the toilet from the previous guest and dirt around the plug in the hand basin. I complained and requested our bathroom should be cleaned. Left the room and returned to find the toilet had been cleaned but the hand basin was still dirty!

Everything. The hotel is superb but it's greatest asset is the team. Nothing was too much trouble. From Leroy in reception, Donna and her colleagues in the bar right through to John at the front door. Their friendliness and professionalism was second to none. Rooms and leisure facilities great. Second time staying and would go back tomorrow. Location is great. Highly recommend.
Nothing to dislike. We had one problem at the start but as I said, this was where the team stepped in and sorted it.

Room not being cleaned until we returned from a long day out. Dirty cups not replaced and also teabags.

The hotel is stylish and well located. A short walk to Tower bridge and the The Tower of London. Also easy access to other tourist destinations with 2 tube stations close by. The room was comfortable and had everything one could need. Comfortable beds. I was there for a conference and also held my own meeting in the Prescott Suite. The meeting rooms are comfortable and modern. There is a gym and spa area too.
During my 6 day stay in this hotel, there was always one lift that was not working. This meant it could take up to 15 mins just to wait for a lift to get to the lobby or back to the room. On several occasions I had to take the stairs - 12 flights! At times the service elevator was made available which did help. But for a busy, bustling 4 start hotel...this was very poor.
There is a walk in shower in the bathroom, but it is so small you can barely turn around. It would be awkward if you are a large person.
I was not at all impressed with the al a carte food served in the main restaurant on the ground floor. When running an event...the smallest of requests were add-ons to the overall cost. i.e. a white-board. The event team were very matter of fact and not accommodating. I run small events, frequently in 4&5 star hotels around this world. This was not a great experience. Nevertheless...it went well in the long run.

Yoanita was extra helpful at check-in and as a celebration for our wedding, she included a free breakfast / some free drinks and a bottle of champagne! Honestly made the trip more special.
Nothing to complain about!

A lot of large parties staying - sometimes busy for check-in etc

Location
The breakfast. The buffet food was poor, expect better for price paid, should have a chef cooking fresh eggs, omelettes, etc
