You'll be able to enjoy quiet afternoons at CONCH IN THE TREETOPS with those balmy Key West breezes wafting through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors, while sitting on your private balcony surrounded by the palm tree tops. CONCH IN THE TREETOPS is located in an upscale private community within walking or biking distance to all of your favorite Key West spots including beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful waters surrounding the island. THE LIVING AREA... The living room of CONCH IN THE TREETOPS is comfortably furnished, with plenty of light streaming in from the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and reflecting off the floor to ceiling mirrors. There's a very large flat screen TV, and plenty of seating for your whole group to gather before heading out to enjoy Key West. The living room sofa pulls out into a queen sized sleeper for extra guests in a pinch. The brand new kitchen with its new stainless steel appliances has everything a good chef would need to prepare any meal. The dining table will seat six comfortably. You can also take your meal out onto the balcony on your dining set in the treetops. THE POOL, THE BEACH & TENNIS... 1800 Atlantic offers Resort-style amenities, including an extra large Community Pool right downstairs. There are chaise lounges surrounding the pool for your comfort, and a cabana with restrooms for your convenience. Please note this is a shared pool with set rules, such as no music and no coolers. We ask that our guests be mindful of their neighbors and respect the rules. From the pool, there's a walking path that leads to the on-site beach. The on-site beach offers a relaxing setting, with chaise lounges and soft sand. There is no direct water access from this beach, but Smathers Beach, Key West's largest public beach, is located within walking distance right next door. There is also an oversized Jacuzzi and a picnic area with BBQs available for guest use. You'll also have access to the newly built fitness center and Key West's only clay tennis courts, both located on-site. Rang in the New Year in Key West!!!! We had a fabulous visit. Condo was great. Nice location. Water in ocean was cold but we were in the beach everyday. Pool and hot tub, ping pong was fun. Family of teens and littles had a wonderful time.

This is such a well-appointed property! Everything we needed was supplied. Coolers, towels and chairs to take to the beach. Free parking. Coffee and even a key lime pie! There were breathtaking views of sunset on the beach, great pool and clean property! This was by far the best trip I’ve had to key west because of the property. Many thanks to Victor for answering questions too!

Loved the beach on the property. Great shells to collect. And the pool was lovely too. Only sad thing was not having a pack and play in the unit but it definitely had everything else.

Beach not accessible in advertised area from road construction. Water dirty foul smell from sargassum seaweed all along the area including the marina. Pool area really nice. Property manager super receptive. First time to the Keys and we don’t need to go back but overall great family time.

First of all, I can’t say enough about how Victor and his associates at Last Key Realty took care of all our needs and questions! Check in was a breeze! Our two grown grandchildren were blown away by how nice the condo was! They scoped out the entire property as soon as we arrived and couldn’t wait to show us the tropical garden, the pool, and the rest of the facilities!! My wife and I have stayed in many places in Key West over the years but this was one of the best! Clean, roomy, well decorated and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much! Property was as pictured in the photos. Well stocked kitchen (and key lime pie in the fridge!) Far enough away from the craziness but easy to get to the action. Nice outside areas, parking garage. Only drawback, balcony is next to a busy road so you hear traffic noise when outside. But the treetops hide the view of traffic. I would rent again!

The condo and amenities were wonderful! It was conveniently located near the airport, but not so near that it was noisy as it’s also not a busy airport. It was a short drive (8 minutes) to the downtown where all of the action was. This was perfect as we wanted more of a relaxing vacation not one full of partying. The only constructive criticism I have was that some of the furniture was slightly tired, but not unusable or unclean or anything. Just could eventually use some upgrades! Thank you for everything!

Nicely furnished, comfortable condo in a secure complex and safe neighborhood. Victor from Last Key Realty did a great job coordinating our stay. Condo has plenty of room for two couples or family, and includes quality beach chairs, cooler and towels. This unit is on the first floor (one above street level) and faces South Roosevelt Blvd, so no ocean view and you will hear street traffic on the balcony. The complex has a salt water pool and hot tub with a great southern view of ocean. There is a tropical garden sitting area for chillin in the shade. Great location if you want a quiet setting away from all the excitement and crowds of historic downtown. Rental includes covered parking. It's a nice 2 - 3 mile walk along the beach and through neighborhoods to downtown/seaport areas. Most of the restaurants are downtown, however, nearby Salute! is excellent. We used Uber for downtown excurisons as parking is limited and relatively expensive.

The cleanliness of this condo was immaculate. The linens were nice, nice washer and dryer to use, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Publix delivers to the Condo so we were able to get groceries super fast. It’s not in waking distance to Duval St but Duval is so load at all hours of the night so we were happy to not be close to it. All Ubers were always no more than two minutes away and they are average price. Victor the property manager was amazing and would periodically check on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good at the condo. We would definitely stay again!

Our property manager, Victor, was very friendly and helpful! The condo was clean and airy. Smathers Beach was a short walk away....fun for families with small children. The beach attached to the condo had rocks that made it difficult to reach the ocean.

A beautiful secure condo away from the maddening crowd. A very well appointed comfortable place to come home to after a busy day. Check in and check out was very easy, the agent seemed to recognize our questions in advance and I would get a text answering my questions before I asked!

Plenty of room. Wanted to bring the master shower home with us. Quiet. Utilized the laundry. Gorgeous. Clean. Wasn’t expecting there to be coffee or a Key Lime Pie, but enjoyed the extras. The property manager got us in a little early, which we appreciated. Was expecting there to be a usable beach to walk up & down/connected to the property, but that wasn’t the case. Definitely an older crowd at this local. We rented bikes/utilized Uber/Lyft to get around. Plenty to do. Weather couldn’t have been better. Didn’t utilize the balcony, since it over looked the street. Bed was comfortable.

Don’t let the unsuspecting outside or the long dull hallway turn you away. Inside the unit is perfect. Tons of room for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen. All the supplies you need for a week. Convenient location. Beautiful ocean views. Clean. And the property manager is super helpful. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again.

Property was very clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Key lime pie was in fridge upon arrival and was delicious!! The only downside to this property is the location and beds are not the most comfortable. I will return to Key West but will look for a property closer to Duvall street and the boat docks. Parking is very expensive. We decided to use Maxi Taxi and they were reasonable.

The property was well equipment with everything we needed. Victor was an amazing host!!!!! Welcomed us when we arrived! Had Key Lime Pie in the fridge. Ice in the freezer. Even picked up some charcoal and lighter fluid for us. We had a blast! We will be back and stay at the Conch in the Treetops

I was a little nervous when I arrived as the condo is in an older building but we couldn’t have been happier. Beautiful inside and well appointed. We had a wonderful time and it is extremely drivable to all key west adventures!
