Centrally located near the meadow in Old Mammoth this condo is walking distance to restaurants, shops, golf, walking trails, riding trails, is 1/4 mile from Mammoth Creek, Sierra Mammoth Ranch, Snowcreek golf course and Mammoth Creek Park. The shuttle for the ski lifts, into town and other attractions is located 200 yards from the complex. This property has been completely renovated and upgraded to provide our guests with the best possible experience and a feeling of being at home. The kitchen is fully stocked, the luxurious bedding and linens are brand new and the decor is modern and inviting.The new bathroom has been fully remodeled with a double marble vanity with a separate entrance to the slate stone shower and new porcelain tub. The property was expanded to provide a convenient indoor mud area for ease of changing out of snow boots and winter gear. This property is perfect for families, couples or small groups looking to enjoy Mammoth year round in a warm and inviting home. Sleeps 1-6 people. Property Details: 2 Queen Beds & 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper. 1 Bathroom with double sinks and separate shower. Easy access to all Mammoth has to offer. Convenient shuttle to the slopes as parking is limited at the lodges. Nice pellet stove to keep the place warm and cozy. Kitchen is sufficient with the basics. We had to buy our own dish sponge. Good for a single family. The only downside was the lack of personal laundry. There is coin operated laundry at the main office. The owner communicated well.

I traveled with my parents for a quick pre-Christmas ski trip to Mammoth! This property is located in a perfect spot — just a short drive to everything Mammoth has to offer! With all the comforts of home, we had a great time and will definitely rebook next time we come!

The home was very nice and clean and perfect for my son and I. It was centrally located for our needs and easy to get in and out to the lakes and the highway as well as the local restaurants. I highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our week in Mammoth Lakes in this quiet condo yet conveniently located close to the walking/bike trails and Old Mammoth Road. The updated condo was clean, the bedrooms good size and the beds comfortable. While there is only one bathroom, it is good size with two access doors and a separate shower room. We made it work for 3 adults. The open kitchen and living room was adequate for the our needs. We did have difficulty with the electronic door lock not locking, for which I called Mirt and she promptly had a locksmith come by to determine the issue and how best to resolve.
I recommend this condo for a small group with a dog.

First time in Mammoth Lakes area. Property was nice and had everything we needed. The owner has removed the DVD player, so if you want to watch videos you'll need to make other arrangements, but TV channels were sufficient for our needs. Great location!

Two adults, two kids (11 & 9) from the UK staying a couple of nights in Mammoth as part of a road trip. The apartment was just as described and super easy to access, close to town and all the various adventure activities. Thanks!

This Condo was the best. It's walking distance from stores and restaurants and a very nice stream that you can fish in. There were Deer in the pasture across the street and nice walking or bike way's right outside the condo. We loved our stay and will be coming back next summer. Also, the Host was amazing and very helpful with directions or answering any questions we had. 5 star place for sure. :)

This condo is perfect for 2 to 4 people staying in Mammoth Lakes. It's a cute, comfortable space with an amazing view of the snow capped mountains all around. We stayed in mid-June and this year ski season is still going (mornings only) but the town was still pretty sleepy and quiet at this time, which was perfect for us. We stayed here with our pup and he was very comfortable, and loved the walking trails in the neighborhood and around town.
The condo itself is nice and appeared to have a few relatively recent upgrades in the interior. Wifi was strong and reliable. There is TV with cable/satellite and all the usual smart TV app options. The kitchen space is small but has everything you need to cook and prepare meals. The beds were comfortable enough as vacation rentals go. The shower was plenty hot and great water pressure. There are space heaters in every room and a pellet furnace as well if you need to warm up the place, but we didn't have to use them much.
Vons is a two minute drive from the condo for any grocery needs. There are also several restaurant options within five minutes, a pet store, book store, and lots of other little shops to check out. We didn't get to golf this time, but there are two golf courses within 5 minutes of the condo. Sierra Star is the one that winds through the middle of the town and looks amazing. Will definitely have to play there next time in town.
All in all we had a wonderful stay in this lovely Mammoth Lakes condo.

Days. So much to do and see even for non skiers. Mono lake is a must, convict lake was beautiful and stocked with trout. Movie theater is walking distance for the rain days. Top Chef restaurant in the village where the Top Chefs were here all week and opening a new restaurant. Some road closures but still a lot to do.

We had a great stay. It has a convenient location, easy access, and ample parking. The interior was nicely updated and as advertised. The stove is easy to use and very makes for a cozy evening. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for cooking. Beds were comfortable.

A last minute decision to join a group of friends on a 3 day trip up in Mammoth, and Mirt came to the rescue! Found this place 3 hours before we were set to head out and immediately emailed in regards to booking her place. We got a quick response and we were on our way. The place was perfect for our family of four, and super cozy. The location is great also, close to the market and shops, as well as Eagles Lodge. Thank You, Mirt! We’ll be back soon!

We booked this property for our Christmas snowboarding trip. This condo was in the perfect location, close to everything needed, walking distance to shuttle but still quiet. We had a small glitch with the pellet stove but Mirt had it fixed and running 30 minutes after connecting him. The condo was the perfect size for 3 adults and a Frenchie. Definitely booking again.

This is definitely a 5- star getaway! The property oozed pride of ownership! It is a nicely and comfortably appointed mountain retreat, central to everything in Mammoth. The pellet stove not only provided warmth but a lovely ambiance during our stay. When we needed more pellets for the stove, the owners’ manager, Joe, was right over to help us. This is a lovely retreat, and we will definitely book year to year! Thanks, Mert!

First of all, the condo is exactly as described. It’s an amazing location, beautifully updated interior, easy to work lights and heaters. I loved the decor as well. My biggest rave of this place is that it was stocked very well with paper towels, toilet paper, and a good amount of bath towels were provided. I can’t say how many places I have stayed that only provided one or two rolls of toilet paper, and two towels for 2 people for 5 nights! So I REALLY appreciate how well stocked this condo was. I appreciate so much that it is pet friendly as well, we love to bring our little cattle dog with us to mammoth. We come up 2-4 times a year typically, and I hope we will get to stay here again in the future! Mirt was very helpful when I messaged her, and I can tell the place is very loved by the owners as well as guests. Thanks again so much for the lovely space.

We had the best trip to Mammoth and the condo we stayed in was a big part of that. It was in a great location, the condo looked just like the pictures that were listed- we really enjoyed it. My only semi-complaint would be that whoever cleaned the condo did a shoddy job on the floors. Everything else was great. I highly recommend this place.

This compact unit is in a perfect proximity to walking trails that take you to town within 5 minutes. Along the way is a beautiful creek..
We really appreciated the prompt response to questions. Her photography is beautiful. There might be some construction noise, the town is building an ice skating rink across the street.

We had a wonderful stay. First of all, Mirt was a wonderful and understanding host. She called a plumber out, after hours, keeping me informed to make sure the shower was working properly. He showed me how to adjust the water; OOPS! There were many pluses for our nearly 2 1/2 week stay. The 3 drawer dresser and 2 nightstands for storage in the master bedroom allowed us to fully unpack and not have to live out of suitcases while we were there. A hamper in the master bedroom was another pleasant surprise as were the nightlights practically everywhere except the bedrooms. The place was especially well stocked for our length of stay, which is not usually the case. I was afraid that the location might seem a little remote being on the back of Mammoth Lakes; it definitely was not. The place is nicely furnished; my wife enjoyed the rocker in the living room. However, the bed in the master bedroom could use an upgrade.
