The room was spotless clean, the bed super comfortable and quiet so I slept great. The reception staff and concierge were an absolute delight to deal with.
The only thing that took the shine off my visit was that I mislaid my glasses in the hotel and there didn’t appear to be any protocol or communication for lost property so it took quite some time to locate them.

We would definitely stay here again! The location was very convenient and safe, with quick access to the Elizabeth Line (subway), train, and Thames ferries. Lots of options for restaurants nearby as well. We enjoyed the access to the Executive Lounge and we highly recommend that option to those visiting the hotel. It offered pastries and great coffee in the morning, drinks and light food in the evening and a quiet place to sit and look at the view whenever we wanted to go there. It was well equipped with cold (non-alcoholic) drinks and coffees/teas at all times. The staff were professional and friendly. Overall this was an excellent stay and I hope to go back again someday!
Nothing we didn't like about this hotel! The only thing that we got caught with one night was looking to purchase dinner around 9:00 pm and nothing in the area was open for food - drinks, yes, but not food! So eat early in this area or eat elsewhere in London!

Despite booking quay side room & letting the property know of the late checkin was checked into courtyard facing room which was a disappointment.

Bar staff were courteous and efficient.
We had stayed at this hotel before and had stayed on the opposite side of the hotel where there is no train or traffic noise. In this booking we asked to be in a room with a similar location. We were given a room next to a Dockland Light Railway triple junction, however, which was constantly noisy and vibrated when the trains went past. We then asked to be moved to the other side of the hotel away from the screeching trains, which shouldnt have been a problem as the hotel was obviously not crowded. The reception staff seemed incapable of doing the room transfer and had to call on a manager to complete the task. The manager, after announcing that we had been given an "upgrade" (which the new room was not),simply moved us 6 floors higher above our original room! Same problem!! The whole issue took so much time that we were nearly late for our appointment. The incessant noise in the room throughout the night led to us having a sleepless night. When we informed the staff of our experience on checking out they showed a complete lack of interest or concern.

Lovely hotel and really helpful staff. We stayed for the London Marathon and the location was great for that. Food was delicious.
It was convenient being by the tube station but our window view was trains passing by. The other side of the hotel has a nice view. Wasnt a big problem though. Good sound proofed windows.
