Excellent

Everything was fine, from the view room to breakfast! The staff was very friendly and helpful also polite. We will definitely come back here.

Maybe the fact that it’s a little too far from the city center, but you will definitely make your steps.😌

Muy lujoso, con algun pero

Lo lujoso que es, las vistas que tiene. Que tenga ducha y bañera Lo silencioso de las habitaciones

La cama chirriaba cuando te movias, una de las toallas estaba manchada de maquillaje y habia algun pelo fuera de la nevera No hay armario para guardar la ropa La recepción del hotel es muy pequeña

The view from the room was amazing, the service desk always available the room very clean, the hotel personal very attentive,

the distance to the from the hotel to downtown is very far (20 min in taxi)

Overall Good

It’s a wonderful no fuss hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom shower sinkhole was always blocked causing water to flow out of the shower area. Maintenance department could be a little more efficient

Room was beautiful, reception staff very helpful. Given 25th floor room, gorgeous views.

I messaged twice before arrival, it was my Husband's 50th birthday, i wanted him to have a welcome message. No one responded.

At check in only one desk was open (1030pm) and there were a number of tired people queuing at the same time. Also, for a modern hotel I would have expected usb chargers in the room

Overall a nice hotel! The views and location to the airport is great. Lovely view for breakfast too. Kind staff and good

Great, easy location from the airport (if it taxi strike!). Of course beautiful views of the city which was lovely to wake up too. The bathroom in the Junior Suite was spacious, had good lighting on the mirrors and the jacuzzi was a nice touch!

For a 5 star hotel it needs a refresh, the bathroom in the junior suite was modern but the rest of the room very wooden and basic, it lacks a luxury feel for a suite. The service on arrival could be improved, we had to wait for our room so left to go to town instead, when back from town, we expected our bags to be ready in the room, instead we got asked to take our own bags to the room – not a big deal but for 5 star this is the level of service expected Very surprised to realise spa access was an extra 30eur a head….seeing as we have a junior suite booking too. Gym is tired, creaky floors and old machines, for 5 star you expect better. For 5 star you would also expect turn down service and room replenishment, unfortunately no turn down service throughout our 2 night stay, although leaving our sign on the door for it to be cleaned For a junior suite you would expect facilities such as good quality shampoo and conditioner too. Breakfast should host a live cooking station and better g/f options for 5 star too.

Amazing hotel, great views and extremely friendly staff

The staff was extremely friendly and took into account our current necessities, the room was big and had plenty of amenities, including a coffee station, free bottled water. The views of the room were outstanding. The location is also great, the views of Madrid and the 4 (now 5 towers) are amazing as well as the surroundings, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. Even tho the hotel is not right downtown, it's easy to get to the center via metro.
