Wonderful location, metro 3 min walk and 10 min from the Sagrada Familia. staff friendly and very clean.

the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and would detach during the night. also the leather was shredding, maybe a sofa protector would be good especially during summer?

The apartment is spacious and have 2 bathrooms, one with bidet. Check-in guy is fine.

The apartment isnt usable from 9pm to 9am because you cant cook, use shower, talking or other things. In this time the neightboorn will threaten you about calling police for noise. The whole stay was experienced with anxiety for also moving inside the apartment when you come back from the night. They ask you 200 euro deposit for damage, be carefull, every thing you do, they will apply a penalty to you. They have a lot of A4 paper where is wrote: if you do this, we will not give you back the bail. Everything is a pretext for not returning the bail. The bathroom shower is broken and the same bathroom had mold in the roof The sofà in the lounge is damaged with the leather destroyed One of our friend was involved in one accident in our city, we ask to the property to refund the quote of that guy. They tell us isnt possible for "booking" not fair at all.

Perfect location, within walking distance from the beach, Sagrada Familia, Arc de triomf. Also, host Miguel was extremely helpful during the check-in.

Spacious apartment for 5 people with all amenities (iron, ironing board, etc.) very close to Public transportation (2 mins walk to Marina metro station and 5 mins to buses), 10 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia, which you can see from outside the apartment. There is also a supermarket right next to it.

We were warned not to make parties and especially not noise after 9 PM because it’s not a tourist complex: people live there and they have to go to work, making noise could lead to immediate expulsion and no deposit back. OK this is understandable. But nobody warned us that the upstairs neighbors are renovating the apartment and they start making super high noise (drilling, hammering, etc.) at 8:00 AM EVERY morning waking us up everyday. I realize it’s not their fault, but it would have been nice to know it beforehand.

Great location, close to marina and Sagrada Familia

Not many dinner options near by, but had to walk a little extra to find some gems.

Brilliant location, very close to city centre and nearest Metro was a 2 minute walk. Check-in was easy and texts were prompt. Host was friendly and helpful.

Only issue, the lighting in the apartment is poor. The apartment would look cleaner and more attractive with brighter lighting.
