Bonito pero incómodo

Ofrecen café/infusiones con Madalena gratuitamente y está muy bien para salir del paso, la terraza comunitaria es muy bonita. La ubicación perfecta!

No funcionó la calefacción, me quejé varias veces y una de ellas el recepcionista que se marchaba me dio una manta y me dijo que el ya hacía 45min que debía de estás fuera …. Y que la recepcionista que entraba era nueva y no sabía nada …. Esto fue el viernes me volví a quejar la maña na del sábado y solo me dijeron que enviarían a alguien, no funcionó tampoco la segunda noche…. Creo que me tenían que haber dado una solución, cambio de habitación , lo que sea pero no, pasé bastante frío La habitación es bastante pequeña y daba a un tenga luz, como no tenía cortinas has de tener las persianas abiertas perdiendo toda intimidad con las ventanas justo en frente

Very good

The staff were very helpful, cheerful, informative. Also the cleanliness was superb! We love the balcony.

Good stay

Nice and modern, very clean and comfortable. We had a very noisy room with a street view but the windows block out the sound very well when fully closed, so that wasn’t a problem. The luggage lockers helped us a lot as we checked out at 12:00 but only left for the port at 20:00.

The room was tiny, so I don’t think it is great value for money.

My husband and I highly recommend this hotel. Ask for room 508.

For the price, this 2 star hotel exceeded my expectations. Room 508 in particular was great. Bigger than expected, bed & linens were lovely, sweet little balcony and pretty French doors. Looked down onto fairly quiet street above green tree tops. Perfect location. Easy to walk to from Passieg de Gracie train & metro. In between all main attractions. Restaurants and stores close by. Coffee and muffins on terrace 7 am to noon - perfect.

I have no complaints!

the breakfast spot is lovely, very good location and nice design of the hotel.

wall thin as paper, I can hear the lift, people talking next door, and at 7:30 am cleaning ladies started working and talking in the hallway. I didn't rest well.

Well positioned hotel. No luxuries but very comfortable, functional and clean.

Cute decor throughout, homely. The Staff was fantastic, extremely courteous and helpful, from front desk to the cleaning staff. I did need boiling water in the evening to solubilise a herbal tea for medical reasons and the front desk staff kindly obliged a few times. This was much appreciated. The room was super clean, and refreshed daily, shower and bathroom excellent. My room seemed well insulated and quiet but I was also at the end of a corridor so it might just have been quiet for that reason.

Sadly, no coffea or tea service available after 12pm anywhere in the hotel, no tea facilities available in the room. Maybe have a kettle available in the lounge? Or even a paid vending machine or coffee machine to make tea or coffea after hours. It is a nice touch to relax after a long day or like me, for medical reasons Also I didnt realise there was no desk into the room, which made it difficult to work, especially because I was travelling for work. I had to work from my bed or the common room, which is an issue due to lack of privacy. I am not sure if some rooms have desks, it just wasnt clear that mine wouldnt have one at the time I booked.

Nice hotel but needs to make a few rules so guests are respected

The room was clean and comfortable and the terrace was really nice but unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it.

We had very disrespectful hotel neighbors that were out on their terrace smoking marijuana and making a lot of noise . The smell was so strong we couldn't use our terrace at all and had to close the doors and go inside. We did not sleep well at night because of them .

Great location with a terrace full of flowers in the close center of Barcelona and close to a lot of great bistros and restaurants

Had a room close to the shared kitchen so there was a lot of noise in the morning from the coffe machine

Should be cheaper for what you actually get

Complimentary hot drinks and muffins in the morning is a lovely touch and once I was in my room, the room with the balcony was quite nice

One small face mirror in the room, a longer mirror would be so helpful for a trendy city centre hotel. The main hotel is shabby and there was a strong, bad smell throughout the hotel. Staff on the desk/phones could have been more helpful/friendly. Fine for an overnight stay but not really for a holiday.

Very good

A very pleasant atmosphere as soon as you enter the hotel. Staff also very helpful and friendly and that apply also for communication prior to arrival. Room was pleasant and very clean but the single room is a bit too small.

Not enough room to put luggage and little space for clothes. Sink direct in the bedroom but no shelf to put own toiletries item. TV only with spanish channel, not even a basic English news channel ( but this apply to a good number of hotels in Spain,it seems), but fortunately internet is quite good.

super dirty. we’re talking stains on pillowcases, hair that wasn’t mine in the drain and spotted a bug on the wall. not room cleaning or fresh towels between nights

quite long walking distance from station which we came from airport not using a metro,.

nice room, clean but no heating supply at my room, we need heater at 4 celsius.

I love the hotel because of its central location, reasonable prices and beautiful green terrace. Complimentary coffee was a nice surprise as well!

Dont give them your card details!

The location was great, the hotel was fun and clean

The staff kept on asking me to verify my card before my stay, and although the status was "confirmed", they insisted it wouldnt be until I gave them my card details over a site that my browser said was risky. I chose not to share my card details and when I arrived it was not mentioned. Very strange.

the staff was friendly. location was good too. near the center few minutes walk. room was clean

the sounds from the other rooms. u can hear the toilet flushing from other rooms at each time. no coffee kittle, no fridge and was no space to put my bag
