Located in a fantastic North Tybee, a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood that has a private boardwalk to the pristine beach about 20 yards from the home. This lovely and spacious, at almost 2300 square feet, family-friendly space will welcome you home after a fun day of toes in the sand, good vibes, and happy times! The front porch entryway gives way to a living area with large windows facing the ocean with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The open dining and kitchen area is the perfect spot for creating delicious meals, and entertaining guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large breakfast bar with seating for 4, and the family-style dining table has seating for 6, perfect for gathering for family meals and game nights. The main level also has 2 guest bedrooms, Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King bed, and Bedroom 2 has a Day Bed with a twin trundle. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower downstairs in the hall between the bedrooms. Upstairs boasts a great balcony with beautiful ocean views. Bedroom 3, (Upstairs Primary bedroom) includes access to the balcony, and a large bedroom with a separate sitting area with a sleeper sofa, to enjoy the pristine view. The bedroom has a King size bed and a TV. The attached bathroom is open and spacious and includes a separate walk-in shower and a large jetted tub. The two additional guest bedrooms (Bedrooms 4 and 5 ) are furnished with a Queen size bed, with a beautiful view of the ocean, and the second has 2 Twin Beds. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. There is a full-size laundry room with a washer and dryer. This beautiful home is located in Seashore Colony on Tybee Island that meanders past the historic Officer's Row, which dates back to the early 1900s, named for where ranking officers and their families lived. This "row" of two-story homes raised above ground level on brick and granite piers, providing a view of the weekly military parade that went past. Also located a block away, accessed by a private path is North Beach, home to the Tybee Island Lighthouse, and popular North Beach Grill. Also located nearby is Tybee's Jaycee Park with walking and bike paths along with a playground and various sports fields. Enjoy outdoor entertaining with a charcoal grill and corn hole boards for hours of fun. Take a stroll to the beach for hours of sun, sand, and surf. We took a trip to Tybee, 5 days, 4 moms and 8 kids. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a property management company in years. Considering the condition of the home, unresolved repair issues, and the rude customer service, this home is very overpriced. The house is spacious, and the living room is nice. It is very convenient to the beach. The baths and kitchen are in sincere need of updating. The kitchen appliances and cabinets are old, and the tubs and vanities are dated. Carpeting, some flooring, and some paint needs updating. For the price of the rental, we expected a much more updated home. We brought 3 vehicles. Instructions were to park one vehicle in the garage and one each in each driveway. One side of the garage is furnished; the other side is for parking. When we arrived Sat, neither garage door would open. I called the management emergency line. They took note, but no one came out. We had to park 2 of our vehicles back to back in a tiny driveway with one hanging dangerously out into the road. I got a text Sunday asking if the garage door had been fixed. I responded that no one had come out and didn’t get any more communication. On Monday, the dishwasher flooded everywhere. I called management about it. I left a repair note about the dishwasher and also noted we didn’t have sheets for the pull out couches or air mattresses so the home could sleep 12 people, as advertised. Management said the sheets should have been provided and that some would be sent over. We got them Tuesday, our last day. Monday a tech came to look at the dishwasher and said it would be repaired Tues. It was not. Also on Tues, I called management and spoke to a manager about all the issues. She told me new garage doors had been ordered; this had never been communicated to me. She said previous people had been fine pulling the garage cord from the inside. Because of the condition, repair, and safety issues , I asked for a discount. She said that was impossible and, worse, had the nerve to say that she didn’t know if “I was complaining at every rental I stayed in.” That is was a clear attempt to deflect from their lack of attention to our issues. She offered restaurant gift cards, which we could not use as we were packing up to leave early in the morning and had no plans to eat out. On our last day they dropped off a few paper products, apparently to compensate for us having to wash dishes for 12 people for 3 days. Unhelpful.

As the property name says, it's literally seconds to the sea. Beautiful views of the ocean from inside the home, too. Very quiet neighborhood and great north beach location. Excellent value. Tybee Vacation Rentals staff was extraordinarily responsive to the few requests we had.

Overall this was exceptional! Would definitely seek out this house again! A few thoughts to share with the owner - Master bath shower door could use some work to close all the way; a house this nice deserves a decent propane grill; and not sure the dryer was working fully as it took many cycles to dry clothes. Everything else was wonderful!!

Our family loved the beach house location! It was right across the walkway to the beach. We saw beautiful sunrises and skies from the top balcony. The views from downstairs were spectacular. We had 3 families and the layout worked perfect! The kitchen was well appointed with pots, pans and dishes. The furniture was beachy and comfortable. I highly recommend 3 Driftwood! Having a washer and dryer is such a bonus. The outdoor shower was perfect as well! We loved this vacation!!!

Could not check in til 4:30. House was full of flies. Refrigerator leaked and did not make much ice. 5 bedrooms was misleading as one was probably a den. Location was great! Would be nice to have ceiling fans on the porches.

Property was Across from beach with wonderful views and great porches for relaxing. The hone is large and has a great floorplan. It needs alittle updating and a few repairs that I turned into management. The mgmt was very positive and Im sure they will correct the things on list. We rented golf carts which made it fun to run the island. We also enjoyed riding bikes around the island that were provided by the homeowner. I would definitely stay there again.
