This location on East Carson Street near the 10th Street Bridge is: - 2 blocks from the trendy restaurants of the South Side - 3 blocks from the Three Rivers Heritage Trail (walking/biking along the river) - A 10 minute walk to downtown Pittsburgh - A 20 minute walk to PPG Paints Arena Please note that outdoor security cameras are being installed, one on each of the four sides of the building. With a wide angle view the entire perimeter of the building is covered. There are no cameras indoors, and the purpose of the outdoor cameras is for security only.

Overall we had a great experience. Space was perfect fit for 5 adults and 4 kids age 2-7. Parking was good, space layout worked well for us. Couple of things: property sleeps 9, but table was really sized for 6, and we could find only 8 chairs. We either ate in shifts, or someone held the toddler. We made do, but it was less than ideal. This was a family Thanksgiving convergence, so we wanted to cook and eat together. I'm used to VRBO kitchens varying widely in the equipment provided, but I was really surprised that there was no mixing bowl, and no rubber spatula. Also, I think we scrounged up 8 bowls but it seemed like only 2 or 3 were left in the original set. With all of this we made do, but it seems like we ought have enough chairs and bowls for each person, and that a mixing bowl and a rubber spatula shouldn't be too much to expect. I wish every VRBO would include a floor plan. It would make booking a lot easier - or less risk.

Good place to stay if you are going to a Steelers game. We took the ferry across the river to the game and that was a fun experience.

We came to town for a family birthday party. The place was perfect for our group. It was minutes away from my daughters home. There was plenty of room for all of us and the off street parking was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious accommodations which exceeded our expectations. The layout of the home provided privacy for everyone with sufficient space. Stacey was very responsive and a pleasure to work with throughout our stay. We definitely recommend this property as an excellent choice.

We stayed here with family for a college graduation. The location is great, we loved being able to walk to our favorite spots in Southside. The space was perfect for our family and the parking spots are a bonus in this area. We had a very positive experience and would definitely stay in this place again. Way better than any hotel experience we've had in Pittsburgh!

We had a great time in Pittsburgh because of this excellent housing. Stacey was very responsive and cleanliness was very good. Location is good. Overall it was was a very positive experience and we would stay in this place again without any hesitation.

A taste of City Life with a collegiate energy great for family fun! My sisters wedding at Phipps created a need for a larger home in the city for make up artist appts and quick access for a bride to get to Oakland. This location was perfect! Now some reviews suggest it is a poor location.... it is not and I am glad we rented in spite of them because the Holidy Inn is barely a block away. Please be advised it is across the street from a high schooll on a very busy street hence the college energy ....we had no trouble sleeping as the house is large and airy. The primary bathroom is pristine and the glass bowl sinks are hotel quality. Again the Holiday Inn is on 10th and often more expensive without the comforts of home! One note.... not for Grandma. The bedrooms are on 2nd and 3rd and the gorgeous wood steps with Bohemian copper pipe railing are the steepest i have seen in a while. Our host was so helpful we left a bottle of Champagne. We plan to stay next Summer. Thank u Stacy!

The best spot we've stayed in within Pittsburgh. Location is perfect, house was beautiful, easy access to the property, great communication with owner, etc. Flawless trip! Also, a huge shout out to the owner, because I left a lot of cash in one of the drawers. I brought it up to her, she found it and sent it to me within 24 hours. She was so easy to work with and I'm so gracious that she helped me out! Highly recommend! Thank you!!!

This house is really very nice and clean and was a good distance from the places we were going for a rehearsal dinner, wedding, and brunch. Unfortunately, we never felt safe to be outside at all . It was very loud with until about 3:00 am with cars racing, and motors revving. Very loud as this was just outside the house. We also experienced prostitution activities down the street at the gas station as well as hearing a round of gunshot very close as we were going into the house from our car. Not a safe place at all. Sad that this really nice accommodation is in such a bad location.
