Alpine Haven at Sawmill Creek Beautifully remodeled mountain modern ski in/shuttle out 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8-corner unit with views of the mountains and town, perfect for families. All new carpet, Luxury vinyl plank flooring, refinished charcoal kitchen cabinets with quartz counters, and gorgeous new Bathroom! This is the BEST location in Breckenridge. Park your vehicle in the covered garage and don't get back into it until you leave. One block walk to historic Breckenridge downtown for shopping and dining. Hop on the free shuttle/bus, only a few steps from the condo, to get to your favorite peak to ski or walk 5 minutes to the Gondola or Snowflake Lift. Ski down Four O' Clock run at the end of the day and end up at the condo. Beautifully decorated with a mountain modern theme and custom log beds to enhance your mountain experience. In the summer months, leave your window open and let the natural stream sound lull you to sleep in the master bedroom. Create family memories while sitting in front of the stone gas fireplace, watching your favorite shows or movies on our new smart TV's, playing a board game, or having a glass of wine watching the skiers come down Four O'Clock at the end of the day. Sawmill Creek amenities include 2 indoor community hot tubs, shared gas grills, space for 1 vehicle, and an elevator. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary supplies to cook and a dining table that seats 6. Complimentary WiFi, W/D, 3- large Flatscreen smart TV's, DVD's, and board games in the Living Room. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle with overflow parking available for a fee at the Airport Rd. lot (breckpark.com). Notes: PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AND DISINFECTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH COVID CDC PROTOCOLS CONTACTLESS CHECK IN WITH THE SMART LOCK THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY!!! no smoking allowed inside unit, on balcony, or outside on property Property Management is on-site and there is $300 fine per HOA/ Property Management for any type of smoking, this is strictly enforced and they do not give warnings It is highly recommended to protect your trip by purchasing travel protection. Cancellations and refunds will follow the VRBO cancellation policy. I am unable to offer last minute full refunds. If you are concerned please purchase travel insurance to protect your vacation. No pets allowed No parties Our cleaning crews have limited time between guests to complete cleaning and inspections; check in is at 4:00 PM. There is no Air Conditioning, due to the mild high alpine climate. If driving, make sure to check CDOT for road conditions and traffic. Always allow yourself plenty of time to get to DIA during peak season as traffic can get heavy. We are not liable for personal property left. This condo is excellent, has been updated & has everything you need to be super comfortable. Could not be a better, more convenient location. The owners provide excellent details & communication. Kitchen has all you need, including many staples (spices, cooking oil, coffee). Condo is extremely clean & has comfy blankets & great TVs for lounging together & spending family time; lots of towels in the bathrooms & toiletries, even a hair dryer. The owners communicate clearly in advance & provide helpful information about favorite local restaurants, equipment rentals, getting to/from the slopes, etc. The ability to walk right across the street to rent equipment, catch the free bus right at the condo property each morning to go up for skiing, & ski down the Four O'Clock run at the end of your day literally to the steps of your condo is simply marvelous. Really helps reduce the stress, fatigue & physical wear & tear that otherwise comes with several days of rigorous skiing. Condo is within walking distance of Main Street, all the fun shopping, so many great restaurants, etc. Couldn't ask for a better location & setup. Owners are great, let us know the condo was clean & ready for an earlier check in time, extremely responsive to any questions or needs. Covered parking space is also a plus for cold weather & snow. (One heads up: you can hear the folks in the unit above walk around, so just plan for that if you are light sleepers.) This is an excellent property--fantastic experience!!!

Our family of four stayed at this co do for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and the toys, games, books were so great to to have for the kids. They loved it! The beds were comfortable and the dining area was perfect for family dinners. Can’t say enough about this place. We hope to be back soon!

Very comfortable and clean condo. A king bed would have been better, but we made due with a queen. Nice big kitchen countertop to use your laptop and a soft couch to watch your Netflix movies. Perfect location to restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

Great location for walking to town. The condo was clean and very quiet. We enjoyed the hot tubs. We come to Breck every summer and were sad the gondola and all associated activities were closed during our trip… that was the only negative and obviously no fault of the condo ownership. We’ll be more careful next summer when choosing dates, but we’ll choose to stay here again.

Perfect location. Amazing check in and door lock mechanism. Loved size and layout and the sleek dining table. Only negative is that a lot of the glasses and pots and pans were still dirty and had to be rewashed. Look forward to seeing more updates made to this property.

The property was exactly as pictured and described in the write up. It had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. BTW, we loved the switch on fireplace. It was also easy to communicate with the owners and have all of our questions answered before we arrived. There were just two of us, but the condo could easily accommodate up to six adults. The location had easy access to both the ski area and Main Street, which was perfect for us. I would definitely look to rent this property again.

We had a wonderful stay. Our home away from home was so close to everything. Even our beginner skiers could hope on the bottom of the 4'Oclock run to practice while we cheered them on from the window of the living room. Perfect setting and very cozy. Had a great stay!

The only complaint I have, & not the fault of the condo owner, is that for our entire stay the hot tubs were out of service! We were very much looking forward to using them, & one of the reasons we chose this property. It would have been nice to find this out ahead of time rather than as we pulled in as it didn’t look to be a short out of service project. Other than that, this condo was absolutely perfect! From the location and views, to the floorplan and comfort, it was a full 5-star!! Diana was great! Awesome bonus to have an outdoor ski closet so we didn’t have to haul them inside! Would absolutely stay here again!! Thanks Diana!

This place was amazing for our group of 4 but could definitely accommodate more people. Everything is as advertised - clean, comfy, fully stocked, and it is very close to everything you would want to explore in Breckenridge! Hope to book this place next time we are out west!

The property was very nice, great location to all the shops, restaurants. Most everything you could want within walking distance. The condo was cute and clean. Only complaint, the master bedroom bed was atrocious! Needs to be replaced, a large crater in the middle, could not even sleep in the bed with my husband. This made our stay less enjoyable. Thank goodness, we were not full and there were extra bunk beds available. Very disappointed with this.

This place is absolutely perfect for adults with kids… I loved that it was already stocked with some toys, dvds, puzzles, etc. the bunk beds were a huge attraction for the kids as well. It’s very easy access to the square we’re the sand pit is and close to toms baby park. It’s off the main strip so it’s much more quiet. It would be great honestly for anyone wanting to rent it, just was a perk with the kids. The owner was very easy to contact as well!

This property, while on the older side, is in a GREAT location for all the things. We walked to Main Street daily, had Christy Sports across the street for rentals, free shuttle directly in front of the condos, and skied right up to the property at the end of the day on the slopes via the 4' o clock run. The owner was incredibly communicative and the staff at the condo were all friendly. This unit in particular, could use a bit of a refresh (secondary bath in particular), but we loved being on the end with the windows and had plenty of space to move around and get comfortable. We had a great week!

Great little condo, clean, cozy and fantastically located! Diana was an excellent host with very prompt responses. Just a quick jaunt to Main Street for dining and shopping. Steps away from the free shuttle to the lifts. We’ll definitely stay here again!
