The home features many amenities including multiple flat screen TV's, a pool table, air hockey table, two car garage, an entertainment room with a wet bar, and a large hot tub with ski area views! Right when stepping into the home, you are greeted with wood floors leading to a cozy and quiet living area complete with leather couches and a gas fireplace. Just off of the main living area, you will be dazzled by the granite and stainless covered kitchen, outfitted with every possible gadget and appliance you would need for warm and inviting home cooked meals. The kitchen opens up to the main den, complete with a nice sized flat screen and super comfy couches, making it easy to cook, eat, and watch the game at the same time. The main level has two bedroom, one with a pillowy queen bed, and the other bedroom has two sets of log twin over twin bunk beds. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay! We had plenty of room and everything we needed to cook meals. We live in Breckenridge but rented to get a change of scenery, a staycation. The view of the mountains was breathtaking and the kids had so much fun playing air hockey and pool. The hot tub being outside was magical to look at all the stars. This is really a special home.

Once every 3-5 year family gathering. This home was perfect for our age group and the basement game room was greatly appreciated. The back deck was perfect for star gazing and mountain enjoyment. Thanks to the Botti family for making it available through VRBO.

Our Ski trip in March saw lots of snow. That being said, the shuttle stops in the area were inconvenient to walk to because of all the snow. It was a 1.4 mile drive to the Gondola parking lot so getting to the slopes was easy. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall, the accommodations were clean and in good condition. The inside of the house had a number of "group" areas with seating but for our crowd of 10, we could not all fit comfortably in any one space. We enjoyed the air hockey and pool table. There is a gas grill but we did not use that. The garage has parking for two but large vehicles such as a full size truck probably would not fit.

This home accomodated our family of eight (Age 50+). Those closer to 50 took the two very nice bedrooms upstairs and left the two on the main floor for the 70+. The management company was very responsive to our needs. The home is just far enough from town to provide great view and close enough to walk if you're not from the low country.

This is the second year that we have rented this home for our annual family ski house. Having five full bathrooms and four parking spots in a four bedroom house makes this work for our family. Next year we plan on getting a house with even more bedrooms, but otherwise we would consider returning.I wish that we had had a back up propane tank in the garage both years since by the time we realized the propane was out, it was too late to fetch any while still feeding everyone in a timely manner. We loved the family time spent playing pool and soaking in the hot tub, though. We always enjoy the views of the ski slopes from the living room windows. You know you are in ski country when you can watch the snow cats grooming the slopes after dark. We have made many special family memories in this house, and if we have the right number of people in the future, we could be back at this home for a third time.

Toby's place was great. It was large enough for 3 families to spreadout and be comfortable. We apprciated all the nice touches and appliances. It was in a great location in Breckenridge and central to everything. Enjoyed the views and will be back.

We stayed with our family at this beautiful Breckenridge home. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving in the mountains. The home had a perfect kitchen for our meal. . Thanksgiving was at the Breckenridge house. We love the Jacuzzi and the view. Will definitely come back here again.

The house was great for four couples and a couple kids, plenty spacious. The stream and walking path that ran by the house were nice and provided relaxing ambient sounds. Kitchen was well stocked so we could cook our own meals there. Close drive to do anything in town. There were landscapers there during the stay that we hadn't been informed of, but this didn't have a large affect on our stay.

Hands down a great weekend and Toby made everything so easy from booking to checking in. House was gorgeous and spacious. The views for morning coffee were breathtaking. Bonus for all of us dog lovers there was a trail behind the house where people walked their dogs. Hot tub was absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend this house enough. If your looking for that getaway you must look here.

Home is family friendly however we had the unfortunate incidence of painters showing up so we lacked privacy which was a bit upsetting. I found out after the fact that management was not aware painters were to be there. We were enjoying family time on the deck and a painter started to lay down tarps and proceeded to paint the house and we had to move inside. But most upsetting was earlier I came out of the shower in the master bedroom and was beyond shocked to see a painter on the third floor deck and we had the door open as no AC in the house. I still feel violated and nightmares over this episode. We had been so looking forward to a relaxing family vacation.

This home fit our family very well as various local relatives came and went over the rental period, We just washed the sheets and remade the beds as people switched out. We were able to make a lot of family memories for people from their twenties to their eighties.
It was very handy to have a master suite on the main floor for my mom; she did not have to do a lot of stairs in this compact home. She could enjoy the fireplace in one of the main floor living areas and help with the jigsaw puzzle in the other main floor living room. And there were wonderful views out of the back of the house; bring your binoculars so you can see the skiers going down the slopes! And at night we could see the groomers' lights as they worked on the ski runs.
The hot tub and the pool table were big hits with the crowd. Parking worked for four cars, though it was a tight fit getting into the garage. This house had enough space, but not a lot more than that. It provided just enough at a just right price, making it very good value for the money.
The finishes all seemed high end. The owners have obviously cared for this home. And we quite enjoyed interacting with the management team.
Extra kitchen storage would have been nice, but we put canned and boxed goods in the front hall furniture and the laundry room. If needed, we could have put more food downstairs in the wet bar area. It all worked out fine.
We fully intend to come back to this lovely home on future ski house adventures.

Seriously in love with this stay. Everything was absolutely amazing. Very clean. Great experience, beautiful property
We absolutely loved the house and the view! There’s so much to do inside the house if you’re too tired to go back downtown. The location is very close to the gondola and the shops. The book provided for activities was greatly appreciated. Directions for recycling were confusing and the instructions for check-out were a bit aggressive so we had to call for clarification. We had to assume guests in the past must have been slobs. Overall, very impressed and would definitely recommend to our friends!

There was a two car garage and a driveway with plenty of space for multiple vehicles. There were plenty of rooms, bathrooms and beds for everyone without feeling crowded. The house has plenty of open space to gather and hang out. After hitting the slopes all day the hot tub felt amazing! The house is a couple minute walk to multiple free shuttle stops. This made getting to main street and the lifts a breeze. I highly recommend this house.

House by the River
The minute I saw this house and by the river, I’m hooked. Always love the sound of rushing water over the rocks. Very relaxing! A big plus is the Mountain View at the porch/deck. Amazing!! Combine this 2 , early morning and late afternoon with a glass of wine, Perfect!! A real place to wind down. Wedding out of town is too much to handle for everybody attending. Finding this property for our family with everything we needed is pure luck. Another luck is, it is close to the bride and groom’s rental house. We were so busy though that we did not get a chance to use the game room with pool table, air hockey and big TV. Not to mention the hot tub, it was very inviting but we just didn’t have time. The kitchen is fully stocked and bathrooms complete with clean towels. For sure if we have to visit Breckenridge again, this house will be it. Thank you.
