Beautiful, three bedroom, two and a half bath home with a theatre room, that plays movies from DVD or internet based applications. There is a state of the art workout room, with cable television to enjoy while working out. There is a King bed in master, as well as an invigorating custom spa shower head. Central heat and air throughout the home. There is cable television in all bedrooms. The home is Wi-Fi enabled. The backyard is a private oasis that includes a brick pizza oven, barbecue station, with gas and charcoal grills, hot tub, sauna, and seating area with outdoor fire pit. Great for entertaining. Full kitchen with all appliances and gas stove for making your favorite meals. Front loading washer and dryer to make your stay more comfort. Front sitting room with a gas fireplace for game night with the family. This property is conveniently located off Reed Market Rd, across from the Farewell Bend Park. Just a short walk to Old Mill, and the Deschutes walking trail. Our home is pet friendly.

Well appointed house in a great location. Hot tub, gorgeous back deck, movie room; this house had it all. Close to the river front and easy to get downtown or to the mountain to ski. We’ll definitely come back!

We only stayed for a few days. We loved the location and enjoyed visiting Bend Oregon. The host was quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns.

We had a wonderful stay, we were able to walk to the old mill district for coffee in the mornings and it was a quick drive to everywhere we needed to go! We really enjoyed the theater room, and outdoor deck! Angela was extremely responsive and has a wonderful home! Can't wait until we get to come back!

This was a house full of extras: pizza oven, hot tub, exercise room, movie theater-esque appeal. Great location with plenty of room, inside and out, to enjoy a great tike in central Oregon!

This spot was ina great location central to everything. Beds were extremely comfortable and house was overall perfect for our needs! Hot tub and back patio were awesome wish we would have had time for the pizza oven!

Perfect house for our family get away! Made pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, enjoyed warm soaks in the jacuzzi after spending days skiing and snowshoeing. Great location, close to everything.

Place was great and as listed. Was pleasantly surprised with size of place and rooms as photos made it appear smaller. Theater room was great, enjoyed the sauna. Wished we would have made time to use pizza oven. Would definitely recommend and return.

A very beautiful home, awesome theater, nice kitchen, and hot tub. It was very easy to find, right off the freeway and just down the street from the mall and some good restaurants. Everything we needed for a wonderful snowboarding trip to Mt. Batchelor.

This home is close to the Old Mill and right where we wanted to be. Very comfortable for our family of 4. It was cold this trip so we couldn’t enjoy the outside so much. Would love to return in the summer.

The owner was great at communication and the house was very clean and well stocked.
The only downside is that the street is quite loud but overall we would definitely stay here again!

Angela is good on communication with us and made our check in super smooth and convince. The house is exact like described with so full stocked kitchen for the guests while stay. We had so much fun while spent most of the night in the theater room and hot tub. Haven't get a chance can use piazza oven and outdoor fireplace due to lack of propane but those are easy to solved. I would recommend this property for whomever just want to be nearby downtown Bend.

This was my first time using Vrbo and I will definitely do it again. The whole process was simple and easy. The house had everything that was offered. It was definitely a fall week while we were there. We did not use the outdoor area very much but we used the TV area and table to enjoy alot of family visiting. I would suggest this house to anyone. Thanks for a great experience!

We rented this house over Labor Day weekend because we had a wedding to attend. Location is very convenient to highway 97 in one direction and then the Mill District in the other. There are grocery stores nearby, but not within walking distance. Amenities were great! Plenty of towels, including pool/beach towels for the hot tub. Although we didn't get a chance to try out the sauna or exercise equipment in the garage, they were there! Kitchen table easily fit 6 people, and kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you need. There is a full washer and dryer, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, and a small baby gate to use at the stairs. We enjoyed our stay and would definitively recommend this house.

A great stay. In Tuesday night and out Friday morning, Floated the river, hit an outdoor concert, and did a nice hike,

Great location near the old mill. Home theater was great for the kids. Backyard looked great but we didn’t really use it. I really liked the location, it was convenient to get to everywhere. We would stay here again.

Amazing stay in Bend!
The house was very clean and well-equipped. We LOVED being able to use the hot tub and pizza oven, and there was also a sauna that we didn't use. The home theater was also great. Location is fantastic and it is a short walk to the river. Would love to stay here again!

I had a 10 minute walk to my weekend run and avoided having to park, etc. The park nearby is beautiful and easy to walk to. Even shopping is a 10-minute walk! We'd stay again.

Great location
Loved being within walking distance from the amphitheater, downtown, shopping. It was also a quick drive to mountain biking trails and hiking trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had our kids and grandkids with us and we loved the house. Great location, awesome hot tub and the movie screen was a big hit at bed time. Will definitely be back next year

Great house for old mill district. Perfect location for getting your float on. Walking distance to old mill district, just a couple blocks away. We brought bikes to avoid car traffic. Short bike ride to downtown, about 1.5 miles away. House has AC which saved us in the record breaking heat that week, 100-114 degrees!! Propane bbq saved us so we didn’t heat up the house cooking. The movie theater is in the same area as dining room and kitchen and isn’t closed off. Would be better if there were curtains you could close in between dining room and movie room so you could have separate living spaces. Roomy master bedroom and bathroom. Other 2 bedrooms are small but decent sized. Nice having 2 1/2 baths. Only complaints are the the ice maker barely works and dishwasher doesn’t dry dishes. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The inside has 2 bedrooms at one end and one at the otherside of the house which served us well. It was perfect for our needs and cute inside. The owner responded quickly to my questions.

Everything was really great but we did find a few things that were a bit off. There were some used false eyelashes in the bathroom that I assume were from past stayers. The hot tub jets were not very powerful and we thought they may have been kinda broke at first, but that was still really enjoyable! When we took the pillow covers off to place them in the dirty laundry pile we noticed the pillows themselves were heavily stained. Other than that the property was very clean and very enjoyable! We loved the theater room and how close this house was to everything we wanted to do.

Beautiful home
Angela has a beautiful home in a great location close to the Old Mill District. The theater area is awesome and other than some issues with the projector we had a great time relaxing with some Netflix. This house has everything you need for a relaxed getaway.

Amazing home within minutes of everything in Bend!
This place is perfect for a stay in Bend. The location was great. It’s a 20 minute walk to the Old Mill area and a 5 minute car ride to downtown.
This place is comfortable and has everything you could need. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here.
I already miss the hot tub, sauna, movie room and bidet.
