About this house rental
We completely renovated this bright & airy space from top to bottom with a touch of rustic-modern; near Old Colorado City, the new hot spot destination of Colorado Springs that is located close to just about everything you’d want to do. Just browse through the photos and you’ll see why we are so proud of this space, loaded with all the bells & whistles sure to assist in making your stay memorable, relaxed and stress free. We're also proud to boast we now have central A.C.!!! Entering the home you will first notice the restored, original hard wood flooring which covers most of the home. The charming living/dining combo offers a rustic-modern feel with plenty of room for small or larger families. The large, bright kitchen has a nice pantry and loads of cabinet storage, butcher block counters, accent tile and all stainless steel appliances. The side door opens onto a nice deck, fenced in yard and grill (just look in the pantry for charcoal & lighter fluid). The hallway leads to a HUGE, private master suite. Vaulted ceilings, private master bath with jetted tub and two walk-in closets. The master has a fireplace and the back door also leads to the side deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have TVs, DVD players, closet and extra blankets. The 2nd bedroom provides a full size bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full). There are loads of fun artwork and curious shelving accessories everywhere you look. We have TVs in all the bedrooms for those days you want to stay in or catch the big game. There are also DVD players and movies in the living room on each end of the fireplace. It's just a short drive, sometimes walk, to many of the main attractions in Colorado Springs such as Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Broadmoor Hotel, Manitou Springs, Red Rock Canyon Park is across the street, Pikes National Forest, Pikes Peak summit & great views of it, Cave of the Winds, the incline and lots more! Within walking distance from the town home is hiking & biking trails, Garden of the Gods is right behind you and Red Rock Canyon is in front across Hwy 24. There are restaurants all around you in either Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Ivy Wild or downtown. You are right in the middle of it all! Downtown is only a few miles away with museums, shops, more restaurants & breweries, US Olympic Center and more. Nearest Commercial Airport: Colorado Springs Airport, 7770 Milton E Proby Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80916 (~11.4 miles away) & Denver International Airport, 8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249 (~86.2 miles away). Penrose and UC Health Memorial Hospital are both just right downtown with quick access from Hwy 24 and just about 10 minutes away.

Lovely classic house with fenced yard. Our adult son's bedroom was at one end and ours at the other, so very private. Great location close to Manitou Springs, dog park, hiking, and restaurants.

Fantastic remodeled historic home with all the modern luxuries. Wonderful views from the front porch of pikes peak, incline, garden of gods. This property was perfect for our family of six traveling through the area with our 2 dogs. Owners were communicative and very hospitable. Don’t hesitate- stay here!!

Great location. The house is beautiful and well equipped. The owner had nice details like frozen glasses in the freezer. It snowed and a gentleman came to put salt and blew the snow even from our car. Very dog friendly. This is a place to recommend . Thank you

The property is exactly how listed. Close to Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Older home that has been completely renovated and very tastefully decorated. Fully equipped and very clean. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor and a laundry downstairs. Very close to grocery store. Great restaurants and shops right down the block on Colorado Avenue. We had a wonderful time. Even had a nice fire in the fire pit one night. The view of the mountains from the front porch cannot be beat!

Our family stayed at this beautiful property on our recent vacation. Everything was very clean and the hosts thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable. Communication was very good and we appreciated all the recommendations for local restaurants and points of interest. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with a friend for a quick mom’s weekend. The home was really well stocked, beautiful decor, great beds, plenty of bathrooms. There were big closets, so you could have small kids sleep in there. It would be great for a family. The front yard is fenced in and large enough to run around. The view is great from the front porch as well. Went hiking in red rocks canyon which was a 4 min drive. Beautiful hike, many easy all the way to hard trail options. Close to grocery stores, excellent restaurants, and Starbucks is within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in CO springs. Thanks for a relaxing weekend!

The property is close to Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. The house is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and very clean. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor and a laundry downstairs. There is a nice front yard with great views of the mountains. The supermarket and drug store are two blocks away. We enjoyed the lovely stores and restaurants a few blocks away on Colorado Avenue.

We really enjoyed this house, it was very clean and nicely decorated. The only negative was that the property owner was hard to get ahold of and the A/C stopped working one night so we had a very hot night.

We had a great week here. The bungalow was cute and had many staples. Altho the neighbors seemed a tad sketchy it was so close to everything we wanted. Red rock canyon across road, 5 miles to Broadmoor, garden of gods up the road, great pubdog restaurant, manitou springs 4 miles etc. the only negative was the master bed. LOVED the porch and front fenced yard.

Once we arrived, we did experience a hick up in retrieving our key code due to lack of internet service but once I reached out to Eli, he was right on it and provided us with the key code for entry; once we settled in, we found that the house was very clean, comfortable and all the amenities that we expected. The location was perfect for our daily outings and walkable to the downtown area; we will definitely return!

The property was exactly what we were looking for. The kids loved the s'more makings that created us when we arrived and especially cooking them on the outdoor fire pit and devouring them. The home was exactly as pictured and the owners were very kind when I had a silly request.

The kids had fun relaxing on the swinging porch seat and the hanging chair in the living room.

Nice home that just happens to be in a great location. We walked most everyday to dine and shop. Views of Pikes Peak and mountains were an added treat to a nice outdoor area.

The property was very cute & had a lot of charm. There were also many nice touches. One favorite was the s’mores kit, which the kids really loved. We enjoyed the location. The yard & front porch were great for our needs. The view from the porch was nice. The house is relatively small, but the space worked well for us (2 families traveling together). It was well stocked & had everything we needed for our stay. Check in & check out were very straight forward & easy. The only concern we had was that the beds could be a bit more comfortable. Overall, we had a good stay.

I’m really glad we found this property on vrbo. Was the perfect meeting spot for two couples. The location was great and I loved that it was pet friendly. Close to many of Colorado Springs things. Including one of the best dog parks I have ever been to called Bear creek. Take your family and pack your pets for a good time here. Had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

The house is cozy and comfortable with an amazing view.
There is a Starbucks across the street and the store is about a block away.
There are smart TVs, towels, Q tips, shampoo and more.
The washer and dryer with laundry soap provided is a major plus too.

Great location close to OCC and Manitou! we stayed in this property for a month while working remote. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we were able to keep our dogs happy with the close Red Rock and Bear Creek dog parks. The stairs down to the laundry room are a little steep and the dryer didn't do an amazing job. Luckily the dry climate made it very easy to hang dry our clothes.

The house had a good vibe, with interesting decorations. Nice front porch and fire pit area. We loved the kitchen. Super close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Our only con for the property was the use of shams and no pillowcases, not quite enough pillows.

This was our favorite VRBO by far! The views of the mountains and Pikes Peak from the front of the home, and even the dining room, are unparalleled! The home itself has ample space, the cutest finishes and was stocked with coffee, s’mores, and anything you would need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The yard space is lovely, with a covered patio and multiple sitting areas to enjoy the mountain views. The neighborhood is extremely convenient, with shopping, restaurants and necessities in the immediate area and many local attractions within a short drive. The host was communicative and had great suggestions for things to do in the area. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The view out the front was stunning! House was laid out very nicely! Everything was clean and well explained. We had a minor bobble with check in but it was resolved very quickly. Would highly recommend staying here!

We loved our girls trip to Colorado Springs. Our VRBO was un the perfect location between Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The only thing we had trouble with was getting the TV to work, but there were plenty of other things to do during our stay. Overall great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Colorado Springs! We had a bit of an issue with the keypad on the front door died and we could not get back in but the property manager came and let us in and fixed the batteries - she even dropped off a bottle of wine and some candy apples later as an apology! The beds were comfortable and the house is decorated so cute! It is one of the most well stocked VRBOs I've stayed at too - bathrooms and kitchen had pretty much everything you could want. It was a good location too - close to everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed our stay.

House was clean and a lot of attention to detail with decor. Had everything we needed, even a mountain view. We were only here for 1 night but great central location to everything Colorado Springs has to offer. Only negative would be that it is pet friendly, so you do smell a little pet odor. I have pets so wasn't a big deal but I could see where it may bother people that do not live with pets. We would rent again, it really was the perfect house for my group of 5. Great front yard hang out area! Beds were comfortable, but most importantly, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean!

My husband and two sisters stayed at this sweet house for four nights and we all loved it! We started and ended our days on the front patio with the mountains and Pike’s Peak in view! The house was super clean and was stocked with everything we needed…coffee, soaps and shampoos, plenty of towels, all kitchen needs for cooking and serving, and treats!! We used the washer and dryer and they worked well. The beds were comfortable. The location is super convenient to any activities in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice older home that has been restored and remodeled. Very impressed with how nicely furnished it was, with lots of nice touches, plenty of useful supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The owner is very responsive and gave lots of helpful suggestions on activities and restaurants. It is very conveniently located. We enjoyed staying here very much and would be very happy for the opportunity to stay here again.

Family Wedding
We were in town for my son's wedding. Everything about the property was 5 stars. Only issue was getting the arrival instructions which was cleared up once we got a hold of the property manager.
