The large and spacious open floor plan is ideal for family meetings and just to hang out without leaving anyone behind. Gather around the gas fireplace to plan your next adventures, or simply relax and watch a fun movie or show on the flatscreen TV by the fireplace. Whenever hunger strikes and you're just too tired to go out and dine, the fully-equipped kitchen has your back. No matter your level of expertise, cooking will be a breeze. The breakfast bar with four stools adds even more dining space. Be sure to take a few minutes to enjoy your private deck and fresh mountain air–there's no better medicine for stress than jaw-dropping views and fresh air. The convenience of having an on-site washer/dryer combo isn't something you'll find simply anywhere. Pack light and leave enough space for souvenirs. The main bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a jetted tub and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms also have king beds with attached bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom and then there are two twin beds in the fifth bedroom and an additional full bathroom. Please note, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping space. If you decide to book this family-friendly retreat, you'll have access to the resort's shared outdoor hot tub and pool. During ski season, on-call shuttle services take guests to skiing, shopping, dining, and other area activities. This house had everything you needed in a skiing vacation home / winter destination. Shuttle stop was super easy to figure out, and all of the information for checking in and checking out was super clear. As for the house itself, it was spacious, clean, and just super nice all around. Would 1,000% stay here again

It was spacious and wonderfully located, and it was a great to house three separate families comfortably, The pool was very close by, which often isn’t the case, so that is an incredible benefit for families. We had a very nice stay!

Great family stay very roomy and relaxed. Great proximity to the hot tub and shuttle to the mountain was convenient. Could use better cook wear and a few replacement light bulbs. Very clean.

Well laid out with plenty of room for our 12 family members but needs attention to minor details like drawer knobs loose and shower control levers and sink handles being so loose that they fall off! Everything else was wonderful!!

This house is beautiful. Kitchen well stocked with variety of spices, salt, pepper making cooking easy away from home. Right across from pool which was excellent with kids. All beds comfy and lots of pillows to find good night rest.
2 items need addressed. 1, for Sumner guests beware no air conditioner. Nights fine with windows open. Miserable during day and early evening main floor and master suite.
2. Both couches are sleepers and need cushions replaced badly.

Loved the layout of the kitchen and well stocked for most anything....plates, cups, glasses, utensils and cookware. Also loved that the pool and hot tub were right across and heated. We were there for a wedding and had 8 adults. We had a separate bedroom/bathroom for 3 couples, and 2 single family members also had his/her own bed and bath. Five beds and five full baths was so great for getting ready for all the wedding festivities. And one bed/bath was on the main level with the kitchen and living area, which was great for my 84 year old mom. So perfect for our family. Wifi worked well.

The shuttle service provided by the property was great for going to town, grocery stores, etc. The check in process was smooth and during our stay the management was available to us for any of our needs. Upon check in we had an issue with the cleaning staff at the house which was resolved with no problem. I only mention this because despite having an issue the management was very quick to respond and went out of their way to remedy the situation and to accommodate us for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend staying at this property. It was not only a clean comfortable home in a great location the management staff was excellent.

The house was large and well situated for our party of 8 adults. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a few meals in and it was a great location to the mountain. The shuttle service provided by the property was great for going to town, grocery stores, etc. The check in process was smooth and during our stay the management was available to us for any of our needs. Upon check in we had an issue with the cleaning staff at the house which was resolved with no problem. I only mention this because despite having an issue the management was very quick to respond and went out of their way to remedy the situation and to accommodate us for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend staying at this property. It was not only a clean comfortable home in a great location the management staff was excellent.

Unfortunatley, the internet did not work while we were there which presented a challenge for those of us that had to work. This problem seems to be ongoing with the property so if Internet is not required, this is a great place to stay. Luckily there is a business center close by that we were able to use for work that had very fast internet.

We were there for a soccer tournament and I couldn’t get any updates from the team manager or coach- couldn’t look to see where restaurants were or order food, or reserve activities on the mountain - make the internet WAY faster or even just useable and this place is a perfect gem!

Great Place, No Internet
Overall this property was perfect for our family. The living space was large, the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need and the bedrooms were spacious. Unfortunatley, the internet did not work while we were there which presented a challenge for those of us that had to work. Solid layout, great location, poorly maintained.
Always love Steamboat. The area is awesome and the unit looked good and was pretty comfortable...BUT...the wireless internet was non-functional. We couldn’t ever connect...even after rebooting the router several times. We called for support and nobody called back. Super frustrating. Then, about a day into the trip, we realized that all kids and adults were getting black feet from walking on the floors in the unit. Clearly, the floors in the place were filthy and weren’t being properly cleaned. So even though we had a great time and the place was a good fit for our group, we were disappointed.

This 5 bedroom 5 bathroom condo was the perfect space for our family ski trip. We cooked several meals in the kitchen which was well stocked with cookware and basics. The hot tub right across the street was conveniently located and the robes provided by the condo made the cold trip to the hot tub more bearable! Shuttle service provided easy access to the skiing at Steamboat. Plenty of good restaurants in town as well as Safeway grocery store. Living space was perfect for watching TV or playing board games. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

This 5 bedroom 5 bathroom condo was the perfect space for our family ski trip. We cooked several meals in the kitchen which was well stocked with cookware and basics. The hot tub right across the street was conveniently located and the robes provided by the condo made the cold trip to the hot tub more bearable! Shuttle service provided easy access to the skiing at Steamboat. Plenty of good restaurants in town as well as Safeway grocery store. Living space was perfect for watching TV or playing board games. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

We did encounter some communication and follow-through glitches as well as finding the townhome lacking in cleanliness. Our main issue stemmed with requesting pack-n-plays, bedding, and highchairs (or boosters) for our 2 two year olds. Customer service was very nice and agreed to have our requested items in the unit when we arrived. However, none of these items were in the unit. It took multiple calls and pleading before staff provided one pack-n-play and another more "direct" call before another was provided. We never did receive the toddler chairs. Staff provided what we felt as an inadequate apology. I'm sure this doesn't happen often but it did put a little strain on the beginning of our family reunion.

This is a town home operated by Wyndham which would normally give me pause to rent as a weekend cabin getaway. However, our stay was amazing! The unit was very well stocked with everything we could need, the front desk provided additional coffee when requested, and most importantly there is a shuttle that is FREE with the unit that will take you anywhere within Steamboat city limits from 9am to 11pm. With a group of 11, this saved us on a number of cabs/ubers and was certainly the best perk I've had in my years of skiing in ski towns. Typically we are using cabs or a rental car to get around but this shuttle service was incredible. Other than that, the stay was exactly as you would expect with no surprises (which is great!).

It was great!
Three generations stayed. Plenty of room, everyone seemed to have their own space. Nice accommodations, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen. We cooked every meal in. Pool and hot tub were right across the driveway. We all had a really nice time.
