Summary: ***Recently Remodeled In October 2023*** Located on the quiet end of historic Duval Street, this spacious, newly renovated loft-style condo is perfect for your tropical group getaway to Key West. Duval Delight is within walking distance of many Key West attractions, including the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory. Additionally, there are numerous coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and stores just a few steps away. The Space: Recently renovated & ready to rent, Duval Delight is an open concept, loft-style apartment. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: Upstairs Loft-style: Two queen size beds with full bathroom and small sundeck. Downstairs in the living area: Two queen size pullout couches and a half bathroom With one and a half bathrooms, this unit is fully equipped including air conditioning, a full kitchen, and a private stackable washer and dryer. We provide free Wifi in the unit as well as two cable TV's. The outdoor deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Key West. Guest Access: Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to check-in to enter the unit. The Neighborhood: On the 1100 block of Duval, Duval Delight is centralized to everything Key West. In the heart of Duval street you can find many of locals favorite's such as: Martins, 915, 801 Bourbon Street Pub, Moondog Cafe & The Hemingway House Looking for a night out? Find Willy T's, Fogarty's and Fat Tuesday’s at the other end of Duval. Staying right in the heart of where everything takes place does come with noise of Duval street, but nonetheless is an easy and convenient location to experience all that Key West has to offer! Getting Around: Parking Information: This unit includes one private parking spot. The parking spot is located directly behind the building marked with your unit number. We can provide you with recommendations for parking additional vehicles upon request! There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Other Things to Note: - Private stackable washer/dryer - Stair access only - Pets are welcome! Our requirements are as follows: •40lb maximum per pet •$15/night per pet •2 pet maximum Please let us know if you plan on bringing your pet.

A few friends and I stayed here for a few days and had the best time. The space was clean and very spacious. We cooked dinner a few nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great! We parked in the included spot and walked everywhere while we were here easily! Highly recommend!!

This property is advertised having 2 queen pullout couches. It does have them but they extremely uncomfortable and need to be updated. The couches in general were very uncomfortable. Otherwise I thought the property was great.

I booked this unit for my family of 6 for 2 nights. I have 4 kids ranging from 11 month - 7 years old. My wife and I entered the unit and noticed immediately that it was filthy. We proceeded to clean the entire floor with 409 (hands and knees) bc it was black, full of food particles and everything in between. I came across a cockroach the stairs in the process.... Their are 2 beds located upstairs with (what appeared to be bodily fluids + Hair and everything in between) on them. The shower was largely covered in black mold growth and general slime buildup. The bathroom floor was beyond nasty whereby you could see a pathway where the dirt was piled up near the baseboards and were people would stand in front of the sink for example. The AC vents were showing what looked like mold growth and dirt. The AC unit is full of red slime and bacteria growth in the pan. We cleaned all the surfaces and were generally concerned but we tried to make the best of this for our kids sake. The next morning, my 2 oldest children were coughing and the wife and I were feeling sick. At this point, we had enough and vacated the unit a day early and headed back home. The trip was a bust and money was essentially was thrown down the drain. If you value your health, stay away from this place. FYI: I have photos of everything, I am going to see how to attach them to this review.

Everything was above and beyond with this property. Description was very accurate and it was in an incredible spot on Duval street. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping was all within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. It would be helpful to know a second code is needed to get into outdoor entrance. Luckily another door on opposite side was unlocked. Upstairs code worked great.

Both nights roaches were running around the floor and getting into our clothes and food. It was really disgusting and disappointing because otherwise the place would have been perfect and couldn’t beat the location.

Location, location, location! Property is on upper Duval street which allowed for us to park our car upon arrival (convenient spot behind property made it easy to load/unload) and walk or take hop on/off trolley to get around. Check in/check out process was a breeze. Only negative is that the property needs some maintenance- the furniture was very worn (one had a hole in it) and not very comfortable (beds and couch) - time to be replaced. Woodwork and floors could have used better cleaning. But, like I said, we spent very little time in the rental and most time out exploring.
