Love the location, across from the beach…walk to Pier Park. Balcony on the back overlooking the pond is nice and quiet. Apartment had everything we needed, was clean and the bed was comfy.

Sofa bed sheets were very dirty and you can tell they were not change in a very long time. I wish i can upload the pictures i took. Reported this same day and it was take care until next day. Very disappointed.

If you stand on your tiptoes you can see a 1/2-inch glimpse of the ocean from the porch outside the room. Its across the street from the ocean with a lake in the back thats covered in lilipads and has a sign about alligators. The room is nice. It has what you need for a stay of any length. The pool is clean.

The room was only 100$ a night but I got charged 283 for one night and non of that was refunded I even cleaned the room before I left like it was my own house washed all the towels and everything this isn’t the hotels room this room is owned by a individual couple very nice room but now 283 a night nice will not be staying there again

We enjoyed the condo. We were disappointment that the description had beach view , and we were across the street on the lake side. It was still a pretty view. Very clean, plenty of room for our family. A very easy .4 mile walk to pier park, very quiet at night and parking was easy!

Beautifully remodeled. Can see the door from the pool, great for kids coming and going to pool. My teen loves to fish, I could stand in the kitchen or at washer and dryer and be able to watch him out the back patio.

We stayed here with our 9 and 11 year old son. Pros: Clean Close to beach Budget friendly Nice and comfortable Air conditioning was so good Cons Sliding glass door heavy and off track hard to open and close No wifi. Code given didn’t work and additional information given didn’t work. No communication from Vacasa. I would stay here again. It’s a nice condo and looks Exactly as pictured.

We stay for the Jazz Festival. Love the location..! The bathroom smelled like piss. Please have the cleaning crew use some bleach on the floor. It was really bad. The coffee maker was pot-less. We had to use a spoon to hold the drip plunger to drain. Sort of funny bit a pain in the ass for five days. We washed all silverware prior to use. Did not appear to have been done. Thermostat battery flashing low..........Other than that, we loved it.

Very reasonable rate but property was run down and much of the furniture was in bad condition. There was also smoke smell in a non smoking rental.

This was a perfect place to stay for my family of 4! Everything worked perfect, the condo was clean. It was perfect walking distance to the beach! Literally a skip, hop and jump across the street! All in all we have no complaints and would stay again in the future!

This home is good for a couple or a family with 2 kids 5-12ish- I give that age range because the sleeper sofa was uncomfortable for our 14 year old. The sleep sofa seems to need a little attention at the top where your head goes - it will not lay flat, only tilted up or falls dow. We rigged it by laying the couch cushions under it to hold it up but it still angles down. In general the condo has everything you need- plenty of towels with A roll of paper towels, sample size dish liquid with 2 samples of dishwasher powder and laundry powder, plenty of toilet paper. A dish drainer/dryer would be handy. However only one trash bag for the trash cans- easily fixed because I was prepared and brought extra. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. A few rugs around the bed to wipe off floor grit would be nice. Please know these things are only tips as this didn’t hinder our stay at all we would come back for sure.
