Nestled in The Villages, this lovely house for $197 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Located in the Village of Largo, Bridgeport designer model. 2,200 sq ft three bedroom 2 1/2 bathrooms. Upon walking in you are greeted by double stain glass doors, that lead into a wide entry which welcomes you to a spacious living room with wood flooring. Front door equipped with double sliding screens for welcome cross breeze from rear French doors. To the right you will find 2 bedrooms with adjacent Jack and Jill bathroom. Separate part of home. One bedroom has a queen size bed, other has a full size bed. The living room has a 75”flat screen tv with cable and access to Amazon Prime and Netflix for your enjoyment. The leather sectional sofa is equipped with a recliner on both ends of the couch for a relaxing evening of watching TV. From the living room you will find French doors leading to enclosed lanai with Sliders and Screens for relaxing in the winter or summer months. Small patio outside with propane BQ. From the living room you will find double doors that welcome you into a spacious Elegant Master bedroom with flat screen TV, King size sleep number bed to set individual comfort levels for good night sleep. Adjacent you will find a large bathroom with double sinks and roman shower. No steps into the shower also has built in bench in shower. Vanity equipped with makeup area with chair. Inside the bathroom you will find a large walk in closet that would be any woman's dream with built in cabinets and shoe storage. My favorite spot of the house is the extremely large kitchen with so many cabinets, island in the middle and a large snack bar for entertaining. The kitchen is any cooks dream equipped with everything you would ever need. Appliances are upgraded stainless steel dish washer and gas stove and stainless refrigerator. In the kitchen is a nook, a desk for your laptop with cabinets & Wi Fi to connect you with the outside world. From the kitchen you will find laundry room with new appliances and laundry soap. Also a 1/2 bath is off the living room. The house is spacious and newly decorated.. Don' forget their is a 2018 electric golf cart, two seater included. So you can explore all of the many activities and entertainment the Villages has to offer. Golf cart access road entry is one block away. The pool is only 3 min by golf cart and Becall rec center for tennis, pickleball, golf. There is a Doggie park 1 mile away for your pal. We did not forget about your doggie pals, we have a doggie bed and a dog crate if you wish to use. **Guest passes come with the unit. They provide access to almost all The Villages amenities. A rental ID is available for $50.00 (for 2 people) which allows renters to reserve tee times in advance and golf for free on all executive courses (Minimal trail fees apply if riding instead of walking ) Also if you want to attend water aerobics classes.. Highly recommend purchasing during winter season if you are a Avid golfer. Golf clubs are available male and female for you to enjoy. Nightly live entertainment and dinning at all 3 Squares. 2.0 Miles to Lake Sumter Landing 5 miles to Spanish Springs Sq. 5.6 Brownwood Sq. 2.5 miles to Colony Shopping Center. Restaurants, Walmart Neighborhood store, Publix, etc. 1/2 mile to Bacall rec Center and Pool 2 miles to Seabreeze Rec Center and Sports Pool 2 miles Lake Miona Rec Center 1.4 Canal Rec Center

The home was just as described with all the comforts of home and everything we needed for a great week in The Villages for Christmas. The golf cart was a plus. The home is in an excellent location that was close to everything. Charlotte is an excellent host and responds quickly to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Most enjoyable 2 week stay. Perfect location for my family of 5. Can't say enough - beautiful home fully equipped. Most comfortable beds. Lots of linens, kitchen appliances, TVs, etc. Hottest outdoor August temperatures but the air conditioning always kept the home cool and comfortable. Down in the low 70's. Host available for any questions. Will return to this home.

The property was centrally located and convenient to Sumpter Landing. The house has ample dishes, gas stove, and up to date refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was large and worked well. It was great having a gas grill, extra golf clubs. The owner was wonderful and was helpful in every way.p

Terrific home in a centralized location of The Villages. Golf cart included which was so fun to drive around and see the sights. We were visiting friends who live in the Villages, so we were constantly busy with golf and all the wonderful restaurants in the area.

If your looking for a great place to stay, look no further. This house is in the perfect location Close to both Sumpter Landing and Brownwood, a short golf cart ride to both. The house was large and comfortable, the golf cart was a plus, we did rent another golf cart but only because we prefer gas. Charlotte was awesome to deal with she makes the process so easy. Everything was very nice. Really enjoyed the golf car, the neighborhood swimming pool. Easy access to Entertainment Squares and Great Restaurants. The Hostess was available to answer questions. Can’t wait to come back.

We rented this home for our family visiting from overseas. They were delighted to find many special touches including cosy bathrobes and wine and glasses set up to greet them after a long flight. All of the rooms were spacious and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped for family meals. The master bedroom was luxurious, with a comfortable lounge chair to help combat jet lag!
The home is located in the heart of The Villages, and the golf cart made for easy access to entertainment, golf and shopping.

The kitchen had been well stocked with basic cookware and dishware as well as several additional specialty items such as a crock pot and a Keurig. Some basic pantry items were also made available to us, very thoughtful! We often made meals at home on the stove top and on the gas grill.
The owner was very responsive to inquires that we made about the property. I don't believe it is mentioned in the description but the home is very near an access point to the golf cart path. Those of us who golfed were able schedule tee times easily at the Bogart and Bacall courses and the electric golf cart provided with the home was put to frequent use. We rented a second golf cart for the non-golfers, although the pool was within reasonable walking distance.

Pleasing Stay
My wife and i have been snow birds in The Villages for 13 years. We were thrilled with the quality of the property. The property was very well supplied including many unexpected extras such as hair driers, slow cookers, Keurig coffee maker with plenty of refills. It was easy to work with the property manager in that she was very responsive. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was very clean, decorated, and comfortable. From day one we felt at home. We were very close to Sumter Landing and not that far away from the new sections to the south in Fenney. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the neighbors were friendly and quiet.

Hot house, weak or low ac and hot water not hot?? OK first let me say this ,we were able to check in early which was nice and when we got there the house was 80° adjust the thermostat down to 72 and contacted landlady to see what we could do apparently, she had monitors or controls thermostat from her phone and after complaining about the house being warm a few times she said that you have to give it time to cool down ,which we gave it four days or so to cool down and the thermostat was set at 72 never reached 72 in the house sweating and we were told all kinds of reasons why that was not happening regardless, the house never really got as cool as it should’ve. Combine that with the hot water not being hot the entire place is “marginalized” on top of that we were told that the landlord monitors ac thermostat remotely so you get temp they give u. I must say this is the warmest house ever husband has Graves’ disease no Good never cool down we had shortened our stay, by day and a half we couldn’t take it anymore on top of that we went out in the Linai patio there was a 3’ snake inside that made things interesting the house,has it’s points that need to be addressed air conditioning .nosy neighbors and landlord, 3 missing doorstops backyard pic in ad different ? deteriorated rear patio entry steps house wasn’t as described or look like the pictures. We had other people staying with us they couldn’t stay more than a day because of the air conditioner not working as it should’ve and also there is the neighbors!!!!!! one nice neighbor and the rest are actually quite outspoken rude about the previous renters didn’t leave a good impression on them and they seem to take it out on the people renting currently just be aware of that they’re watching you and everything you’re doing Also received a text asking us to turn the lights off at night?someone watches the house no I don’t need nobody nannying me I paid for the place for the week and a half but I didn’t know there was rules about lights no ac snakes seems like nothing worked out the way it should’ve previous people before us left us a giant gift of dog do bag in the garbage can in the garage we open the garage smelled like death had to clean the entire house at least twice upon arrival it is what it is a hot house with no ac or hot water crooked pictures covering things odd carpets folded up by walls ?couch ripped up taped broken lamps missin curtain rods etc
