Situated in The Villages, this attractive house for $227 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Ruhe Haüs – peaceful house – was built in 2013 and is located in the Village of Collier, within walking distance of many amenities including Brownwood Square, Eisenhower Rec Center, three pools and four golf courses. Note: If Ruhe Haus is not available, check out it's sister properties: Mutterhaus in the Village of Amelia (HA 7147364), Friedlich Haus in the Village of Collier (2558608) and Glucklich Haus in the Village of Dunedin (2964582). The 2019 Yamaha 4-seat, gas golf car included with the rental - a value of over $200 per week - will get you there even faster. The cart includes USB ports for phone charging and the back seat drops down to a flat surface for easy transport of groceries when not storing golf clubs. Also included are two Resident Lifestyle passes - a savings of $50 - and the ability to pick up additional guest passes. Well-decorated and carefully maintained, the home has luxury vinyl flooring/tile and lovely, cordless window shutters throughout. Ruhe Haus includes stainless steel appliances; a kitchen equipped with both a Keurig and multi-cup coffee makers, blender, mixer, baking supplies, and an ample supply of high quality dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, and cookware; BBQ grill; wi-fi; cable; Smart TVs with voice remote in the living room and master bedroom. Beach towels are also included. An infant portable crib, highchair and swing are available on a first come, first serve basis on request. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in, tile, shower in the master bath, and two walk-in closets. The guest room is a queen-size bed, located off the hallway and which can be closed off from the living area with a sliding door. The third bedroom has a sofa couch that pulls out to a double bed, with all bed linens and pillows tucked away in the closet. A desk with printer is also located in the third bedroom. In addition to the living and dining area (sits 6), the home has a relaxing, enclosed sun room with a 4-seat game table and a screened porch. Please view the video for a complete perspective on this property. Rentals are 7-days or longer with some exceptions. For long term rental of 30 days or more, the renter must be at least 55 years of age. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $150 cleaning fee. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors, and all pet owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. For your and your canine companion’s enjoyment, there are several dog parks in The Villages. NOTE: Absolutely no RVs, trailers, Dually trucks, or boats can be parked at this property. Maximum of three cars. Also, this house is regularly rented to guests with pets. Please keep that in mind if you have severe allergies.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood close to Brownwood and the Eisenhower Rec Center. We found the home very clean and well maintained. The well appointed kitchen even has an instant pot along with everything else we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and nice. The shower had good pressure. The golf car ran perfectly. We very much enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at many VRBO’s over the years, but this one definitely ranks Excellent!

Location is perfect to everything to explore The Villages. Joni is a wonderful host and has such a beautiful home to stay in. We highly recommend. It is fully stocked with everything you need. The golf car provided is such a plus and we had so much fun! Master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Clean and so comfortable.

We had a really nice stay. The house is clean and well kept. There were puzzles and games, which came in handy, as it was unexpectedly chilly while we were there. The golf cart was really fun and made it easy to pop into Brownwood or go to the grocery store. We had no problems-everything was as depicted in the listing. We would definitely stay again!

This property has it all - clean and fully furnished, games, golf cart, and lifestyle passes. It’s located only a short distance to Brownwood town square and a handful of recreation centers. We only used the king bed and that was very comfortable. Check in was very simple. I would definitely stay here again.

My buddy and I are both divorced with kids... he has a 15 yo and I have a 15 & 16 yo... we spent Christmas at the Villages... we were allowed to set up a Christmas tree and we really enjoyed living the golf-cart life for a couple of weeks... hanging at the pools, visiting the town squares and going out to eat. Everyone loved it.

Joni was great to communicate with - although we only had to communicate with her prior to arrival because everything was perfect at the house. This property did not disappoint. Very clean very well stocked with linens and towels. The home is very comfortable for four adults. I do like the location to the different town squares that makes it very convenient. One of the biggest pros is the four person golf cart so you don’t have to take that extra car. We are kind of pro to the Brownwood town Square we like that end of The Villages. I would recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to The Villages. Thank you Joni for being a wonderful host.

This house is just as described. Perfectly appointed for a relaxing, lovely stay. It has every amenity you might need and is in great condition. The golf cart is an extra bonus and the location is excellent. Hop in the cart for a short drive over to Eisenhower rec center, which has a fantastic pool along with Pickleball and tennis courts. Truly a five-star experience.

This property is by far the nicest home we have stayed in. It was very clean! Everything about the check in was very easy.All of the furniture was very stylish and in perfect shape.There was a golf cart in the garage that ran great.We used it each day to run up to the restaurants and shopping.We have stayed in a lot of VRBO units and found this one the very best. We usually dont do a review but this time we felt we should share this wonderful experience..
