Just steps away from the Santiago Recreation Complex with two golf courses, a community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a short ride to Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs the location is perfect. 2021 Yamaha QuieTech golf cart is included!

Property was well located for access to both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter town centers. Comfortable and quiet home, stocked with all amenities. Golf cart ran well. Home located close to a beautiful golf course and two blocks from a Community Center. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would return again to same property.

We stayed for 4 nights while visiting to do a Celebration of Life for my father, 89, who recently passed away and had lived in The Villages 2002-2022. We had my mother with a walker, a caregiver, and my husband and me. The place had everything we needed to make the trip work and is especially nice having the safer walk-in 2nd shower with a bench for my older mom! My parents used to live near Spanish Springs, so for us we were in a convenient area to their old friends and church. Lake Sumter Landing was an easy drive away. We were visiting so many people that we didn't need to cook dinners while there. The layout was nice. The place was very clean and well stocked. The only thing I might add is a few more bath towels available. There aren't any floor rugs, which was safe for my mother, but also does make sound carry quite a bit in the place. The patio has a wonderful peaceful feel with no homes behind the house so it's secluded. Personally I would have loved to have the bushes on the left cut lower so that you can see further of the big backyard since it's so private, instead of them being so tall to block the view out from the patio. A great easy stay, especially given the reason why we were in town.

The property is lovely in a great neighborhood. Great location to check out two of the squares. One downside is the pool is really not a pool but a large jacuzzi. So you can not swim. It would have been nice if a cheap set of golf clubs were provided since it’s advertised as being on the green. I tried to rent at the closest course who told me there were no rentals. Beds and furniture quite comfortable. Owner was responsive to the few problems encountered.

The house was beautiful and extremely clean, organized and lots of room. All the amenities you need. The Splash pool and lanai were a game changer, peaceful , relaxing and you can sit and relax without bugs. Golf cart was awesome and we were able to get around to Spanish Springs and Sumter Landings. Great location, great food and great people. Definitely will return next year! Love being able to wash clothes and hang dry outside. Highly recommend!!

Kristina was super responsive and ensured we were set up for easy entry and exit and a week of relaxation. The entire house was labeled with an extremely detailed orientation book and all items needed for a week were available. Loved the golf cart and makeup towels! Too cold to pool it but the cul-de-sac property that backed up to the Polo Grounds made it quiet and allowed us to keep open the sliding glass doors so we were living “outdoors” in the winter. Appreciated the huge TV, YouTube TV, and monitor/keyboard. Pickleball, golf and pool only a 2 minute golf cart ride away. Would definitely recommend to a couple or small family.

The property was exactly what we expected from the add. It had all the amenities you needed. Things were labeled well and there was a sheet of instructions on how to use the TV etc. Very helpful. It was located close to everything we wanted to do. Having a golf cart was so nice. I would highly recommend it,

Best vacation in The Villages!

This house is a dream! It was clean, neat, and Kristina thought of everything you can possibly need to have a great vacation! The neighbors were so friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. You can walk to the recreation center and pool or use the great little pool at the house. Kristina was the best host! We will definitely be looking to stay here again. Thank you!

Being in the “Villages “ was like no other property we have ever stayed at. There was a feeling of safety n cleanliness in the entire area. People were friendly n prices at restaurants were reasonable! We can’t wait to come back nex year!
