Situated in The Villages, this lovely house for $227 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to "Stay Awhile"! You won't want to leave! Our home is located in The Village of Lynnhaven which is centrally located to pools, golf, and shopping. Lake Sumter Landing and Southern Trace Shopping Plaza are 2 miles away by car or golf cart. We provide 2 gas golf carts for your enjoyment - a 2 seater and a 4 seater. Both golf carts are Yamaha Quiet Tech and both have adjustable bucket seats! This immaculate home has no carpeting, high ceilings, stainless appliances, gas range, 2 car garage, laundry room, reclining sofa, 2 reclining chairs, and beautiful furnishings. The master bedroom has a king bed, double sink vanity, tiled shower and walk in closet. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a sleeper sofa and can be used as a den or office equipped with a desk and wireless printer. The glass lanai has sliding windows and a separate AC system. The 2 gas golf carts are included in the rental, as well as 2 Resident ID cards (and guest passes for additional guests) and a gas BBQ grill. We also provide 3 sets of golf clubs, yoga mat, hand weights, 4 folding chairs, pool towels, coolers, and lots of extras for guest use. There is a 3 month minimum for January - March bookings.

Army reunion from the Viet Nam era. Attention to detail was clear and in order. Every concern and expectation was met, spot on! The home owners know exactly what folks need and enjoy. Although only a few of our military unit were there to golf, this home made it easy for 'social' golf buddies to enjoy 'The Villages'.

Stephanie and Pete have thought of everything. The home has all the amenities our family wanted. The kitchen has all of the equipment to make gourmet meals. The beds are comfortable with spacious bathrooms.

Our 3 month visit to “Stay Awhile” was the most enjoyable of our 10 years renting at The Villages. The attractive home is well appointed and well equipped. The private back porch is fully enclosed but easily converts into an open-air facility that quickly becomes the most popular space in the home. In bad weather that distinction might fall to the attractive study. There are 4 TV’s . . . and not one, but TWO gas golf carts making it easy to take advantage of the home’s excellent location with Palmer Legends and Sumter Landing in easy reach. Stay Awhile!

We were so excited upon opening the door at “Stay Awhile!”. The home was beautiful and spotless. Having access to the golf carts made the trip! We never drove our car after arriving. Cooking was enjoyable in the wonderfully appointed kitchen. The hosts were very pleasant and prompt in answering any questions..We hope to be back soon!

Had everything we needed for our stay. Updated beautiful home with top of the line appliances and beautiful furniture. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a place to stay while in the villages to rent this house! Having 2 golf carts was also a huge plus. Not one thing was forgotten in this rental. We will definitely be back next year!!

This home was very clean and had everything we needed! The golf carts were so handy to get everywhere. Two of our grown children worked remote from the location and the WiFi worked perfectly for them! All communication with the property owner was incredibly prompt and helpful.
