Nestled in The Villages, this attractive house for $234 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Come stay in our home rental in Village of Hillsborough - 3 BR/2 Full Baths. Walking distance to the new Manatee Community Center with family pool, tennis courts and pool tables, etc. Conveniently located between Dunedin and Hillsborough Neighborhood Recreation Centers. Ten minute golf cart ride to Brownwood Town Center where you can enjoy great dining, shopping, and nightly entertainment. Very close to Evans Prairie and Bonifay Country Clubs. Beautifully decorated designer home Master bedroom suite with king size bed is separated from the guest bedroom suite and includes a walk-in closet Master bath includes double sinks, linen closet, and walk-in tiled shower with bench seat and 42" smart TV Queen size bed in guest room and den Sliding pocket door separates guest bedroom, den, and full bath from main living area Living area includes 58' smart ROKU HDTV and Blu-ray Player Den with desk, queen sleeper sofa, and full closet with 32" smart ROKU HDTV Fully stocked and equipped kitchen including toaster oven and coffee maker All linens and towels included Indoor washer and dryer • 2 Car Garage • Golf Clubs 3 sets - 2 mens 1 womens • 2 Bikes • Pool Towels and pool noodles • 4 camp chairs • Telephone • High speed internet • Comcast Preferred HD service • *Connect easily to your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon accounts using the smart tvs Golf Carts • I own a 2-person GAS cart and a 4-person GAS cart • The golf carts are available for my guests to use during their stay but are not considered part of the rental agreement and they should not be considered guaranteed with the rental of our home. That being said our carts are there and available almost 100% of the time. For example, one cart may be needed for servicing. Landlord will notify the Tenant a.s.a.p. when unscheduled service is needed. I scheduler regular service when I have no guests. • Signed Golf Cart Waiver is required to use golf carts • Tenant may choose not to use the golf carts and will notify the landlord intentions prior to check-in • Golf cart emergency service available. Phone number can be found on the dash of the golf cart • The gas cart will be gassed up and with at least ¾ tank gas • When used, the tenant is responsible to gas up the cart prior to check out a few days before check-out when used heavily. - Rates include use of gas grill, utilities, water, trash, lawn service, internet access and xfinity TV. - $50 Fee (for up to 2 Renters) for Temporary ID Cards to enjoy all the amenities of The Villages. - No Pets - No Smoking

This property was exactly what we wanted.The house was very clean,organized and everything we needed was there.The location was wonderful,close to the rec centers,and family pool .The owners returned our calls immediately, and kept communication open.This was a cozy and very welcoming home. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house is an excellent value for the money. The location is very near Brownwood for entertainment and dining. Hillsboro and Dunedin pools are nearby. The property is immaculate. The owners are very informative to where we had to ask NO questions. The use of 2 golf carts is AWESOME!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to stay with them again. We could not have asked for a more perfect place!

The Trail House has everything required for an extended stay in The Villages. The kitchen has all required utensils and there are more than adequate linens, blankets and towels available. The house is very clean and was very comfortable to live. We found the location perfect for trips to several near by golf courses and numerous trips to either Brownwood or Sumter Landing. Wes is a great host and maintains very frequent two way communication. We will return.

This is a great home, great location, and a great host. We had the best time. Very nice home with everything we needed and many things we did not know we needed but enjoyed. So close to Brownwood and walking distance to a rec center. The host answered all our questions and was very helpful. We can’t wait to stay again!

When we walked through the door of your home, we experienced an immediate warm and welcoming feeling. The home is well maintained and clean. We would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for an opportunity to experience staying in the Villages. Great Vacation Home
My family of 12 rented this wonderful house and a second house nearby as a well deserved vacation after our granddaughter's lovely wedding. This house was immaculate, well equipped, and comfortable. The master suite was huge and away from the other bedrooms. The location was great and we enjoyed exploring the new area of Brownwood. The four seat golf cart was a plus, and our 18 month old loved all the rides. Golfing was great despite the hot weather. There were plenty of nearby pools for cooling down. Best of all, the owners were so accommodating and stayed in touch. We definitely recommend this property to everyone and hope to be able to return later in the fall.

Perfect home, great location!
The photos on VRBO did not do justice to this home. The owner, Wesley, was prompt and welcoming in his e-mails to us. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay there on our next visit to the Villages. Brownwood Town Square is fantastic. Toojay's and McAllister's are two of our favorite places to eat. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this home a 20! Thanks again, Wesley and Jessica!

Everything We Needed
Thank you for sharing your new home with us.
Our mothers truly loved it and having the golf cart to run around in was extra special.
Only suggestions I would make would be a few extra garbage sacks and maybe directions to move Den's TV into one of the other bedrooms. It wasn't hard to do, just a few directions would save a phone call to not bother you guys.
Will definitely recommend your home to anyone wanting to visit The Villages.
P.S my mom said thanks for having tea bags as most places only have coffee and she was thrilled.

Great family spring break
We had a wonderful vacation and great weather. Our parents live in The Villages and we visit every spring. We have 4 children and this house was perfect for us. The location of the family recreation center within walking distance was awesome. The kitchen is fully equipped and the open floor plan is great for entertaining. We celebrated Easter with aunts and grandparents and had plenty of room. Then morning walks around the neighborhood and golf course were beautiful and a perfect start to our days. We loved driving the gof cart to the Brownsville village for dancing in the evenings. And the craft fair on the weekend there was one of the biggest I have seen. We celebrated our 1 year anniversary during our visit and enjoyed the local italian restaurant in this village. We took some day trips to Daytona beach, the Crystal River to swim with Manatees, and Disney World. All within 1.5 or less driving distance. This house is very nicely decorated and Wes is so easy to deal With and friendly. We will definitely return to this lovely vacation rental in the future.
