About this condo rental
Situated in Moab, this lovely condo for $462 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This second floor condominium is located in downtown Moab. Modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, private patio with a Weber gas grill, and hot tub access. Master King bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Second queen bedroom has private access to the bathroom. Open floor plan living room includes a queen sofa bed and private patio access. Condo includes 2 designated parking spaces and has its own ground level locked storage for bikes/other gear. If you are interested in booking more than one unit of the building or all 5 units of the building, please send a booking inquiry, and Kali will be happy to assist you! We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay. 57 Robber's Roost offers five fully equipped, well-appointed condominiums, in the center of Moab. We are located just one half-block off Center and Main Streets. 57 Robber's Roost offers the convenience of being within a minute’s walk to the center of town with the privacy and amenities that you have at home. Private covered parking, your own secure storage for adventure equipment, bicycle wash and hot tub all of which make it easy to start and end your adventure day. The fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas will allow you to prepare a gourmet meal and relax in comfort. Your own private deck with gas grill will complement the interior amenities inside. If you decide to dine out, need a bicycle repair, health food store, shopping, guidebooks for the area or a beverage they are all within a minute or two walk from your front door. The Roost is your home in Moab. Guests have private access to the entire unit 4 condo as well as the locked bike storage for unit 4. The bike wash and hot tub are shared with the other 4 units in the building. The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance, but guests will likely want to have their own transportation to go anywhere not located right downtown. Moab Area Transit is also an option.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we checked into this condo. It was immaculate, everything was super clean and comfortable. Everything worked well and it was as described on the property description. It's right in the middle of town, walking distance to everything fun. Arches and Canyonlands were great day trips. There was nothing we would have changed about our stay here.

Place was immaculate and in a great location in downtown Moab! We visited Arches and Canyonlands over Christmas break and the kitchen had everything we needed for Christmas dinner! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Moab!

Property was a nice size, very clean, spacious bathrooms, well equipped and made for a very pleasant stay. The location allowed for easy walking to many shops and restaurants. Thank you and would recommend for anyone visiting Moab.

The location is great. I’ve stayed in other places in Moab and I would say this is the best one yet. I will definitely stay here again. The place was within walking distance to anything you’d want to go to like the shops and restaurants. Very clean and overall would highly recommend. We loved it!!

Super cute condo, nestled in Moab’s beautiful downtown area. Easy access to restaurants & shops. Minutes from Arches National Park and short drive to Canyonlands National Park. Super clean and comfy. Hot tub was a bonus after a long day of hiking.

Loved the condo...the owners thought of every possible guest need and provided it for us! The location was perfect: less than a block to downtown...and all its shopping and restaurants...and a few feet from the best doughnut shop around! Highly recommend this condo!!!

It is as the pictures depict, clean and well maintained with higher end appliances and details. We had two parking spots and an outside storage closet made available to us if we needed it for bikes, etc. We made use of the washer and dryer while there and the kitchen had all necessary pots, pans etc that one would need. It was well organized and labeled as well. The beds and linens were soft and comfortable. Loved the location in downtown Moab as we were able to walk to any restaurant. The beautiful views of the mountains just topped it off. Excellent place to stay!

This property is exactly as it appears in this listing. The location is within walking distance to downtown Moab which has many dining options as well as shopping. The facility is clean and the bathrooms were stocked with soap, shampoo, and lotion (high end brands which was a great touch). I also appreciated that we had pool towels for the hot tub and many bath towels for showers. The location was about 10-15 miles from arches NP which was also great for us! You could easily go to the park for a hike in the am and return to the condo for rest then go back to the park for sunset. My only complain that the property is adjacent to another dwelling whose residents have office furniture and other “junk” sprawled around their yard. This property overlooks that and since we were on the second floor all the views outside our windows and patio were of this property. Also the entrance to the property wasn’t marked and since we arrived after dark it was tricky to find.
