Modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, private patio with a Weber gas grill, and hot tub access. Master King bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Second queen bedroom has private access to the bathroom. Open floor plan living room includes a queen sofa bed and private patio access. Condo includes 2 designated parking spaces and has its own ground level locked storage for bikes/other gear. We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay. 57 Robber's Roost offers five fully equipped, well-appointed condominiums, in the center of Moab. We are located just one half-block off Center and Main Streets. 57 Robber's Roost offers the convenience of being within a minute’s walk to the center of town with the privacy and amenities that you have at home. Private covered parking, your own secure storage for adventure equipment, bicycle wash and hot tub all of which make it easy to start and end your adventure day. The fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas will allow you to prepare a gourmet meal and relax in comfort. Your own private deck with gas grill will complement the interior amenities inside. If you decide to dine out, need a bicycle repair, health food store, shopping, guidebooks for the area or a beverage they are all within a minute or two walk from your front door. The Roost is your home in Moab. Guests have private access to the entire unit 4 condo as well as the locked bike storage for unit 4. The bike wash and hot tub are shared with the other 4 units in the building. The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance, but guests will likely want to have their own transportation to go anywhere not located right downtown. Moab Area Transit is also an option.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we checked into this condo. It was immaculate, everything was super clean and comfortable. Everything worked well and it was as described on the property description. It's right in the middle of town, walking distance to everything fun. Arches and Canyonlands were great day trips. There was nothing we would have changed about our stay here.

Place was immaculate and in a great location in downtown Moab! We visited Arches and Canyonlands over Christmas break and the kitchen had everything we needed for Christmas dinner! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Moab!

Property was a nice size, very clean, spacious bathrooms, well equipped and made for a very pleasant stay. The location allowed for easy walking to many shops and restaurants. Thank you and would recommend for anyone visiting Moab.

The location is great. I’ve stayed in other places in Moab and I would say this is the best one yet. I will definitely stay here again. The place was within walking distance to anything you’d want to go to like the shops and restaurants. Very clean and overall would highly recommend. We loved it!!

Super cute condo, nestled in Moab’s beautiful downtown area. Easy access to restaurants & shops. Minutes from Arches National Park and short drive to Canyonlands National Park. Super clean and comfy. Hot tub was a bonus after a long day of hiking.
