Best location in Miami, close to everything

Location was simply the best. Close to everything. The kitchen was very usefull, shower was great. Parking floor was excelent. My kids enjoyed Paraiso Park (three minutes away) and we had to stop by every morning before everything else. I recommend and would stay again.

The beds had something in their structure that made them very noisy, my baby couldn't sleep until I took it off. Also the sofa bed was noisy. Parking is so expensive, $30 per night, but we couldn't have done without it.

Kurz und gut

Die Betten haben zwar geknarrt, waren aber sehr bequem.

Lüftung und Klimaanlage sehr laut. Die Fenster zum Laubengang waren mit Folie angeklebt.

Even AirBnb can do better.

Nothing.

This is worst than an AirBnb. There's no staff on site and the whole thing feels impersonal and soulless. The pictures are very misleading considering the apartment is far from being pretty and new. You communicate with the staff through the app, which bugs all the time, and customer service can't help you anyway because there's no one there to help in-person. The place doesn't have any utensils for you to cook with and there are many junk fees (for example: they'd charge you $20 for a late check-in at 12pm instead of 11am, which is incredibly expensive). This whole experience felt like a late capitalism dystopia. I checked the reviews online about this company afterwards, and of course, they are terrible.

Bene ma non benissimo.

La posizione della struttura era ottima a 15 minuti di macchina da Miami beach e vicina ai luoghi di interesse come Little Havana, Wynwood… Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in armadietti dotati di un codice, molto comodi se si arriva in struttura prima dell’orario di check-in o si parte più tardi rispetto all’orario di check-out.

La casa di per se non è male dato che si sfrutta poco essendo a Miami però ci sono tante pecche a partire dalla pulizia. Bagno pieno di capelli e peli e polvere in giro. La casa mette a disposizione una lavastoviglie ma poco importa visto che non sono presenti i fuochi per cucinare. Visto i prezzi dei ristoranti a Miami una cena ogni tanto fatta a casa non guastava! Le camere non hanno la luce, o meglio hanno solo le due abat-jour ma non esiste una luce principale per cui poco illuminate di sera.

Communication en ligne avec le personnel très commerciale mais non suivi des promesses.

Une communication en ligne avec le personnel exécrable. Uniquement des réponses commerciales nous indiquant qu'ils allaient satisfaire à nos demandes sans que cela suivi d'effet. Par exemple, nous avions annoncé que nous étions 4. Et 20 jours avant notre arrivée, nous avions demandé à ce qu'il y ait bien 4 chaises dans la cuisine, on nous avait répondu oui, que le nécessaire serait fait pour rendre notre séjour confortable. Après plusieurs relances, nous avons été informés que ce n'était pas possible. Nous avons eu à chaque fois plusieurs interlocuteurs en ligne avec des réponses différentes à chaque fois.

Estancia en familia

Era un apartamento comodo para estar en familia. El acceso fue sencillo, no hay una recepcion sino que es acceso con clave, pero funciono sin novedad.

Que cobran por el parqueadero, la cocina no tiene estufa y por lo tanto es muy limitado para preparar un desayuno. El checkin es un poco tarde, a las 4pm, y si se quiere antes se debe pagar mas. El ascensor tiene un olor raro.

A localização, ter estacionamento, ter elevador.

O apartamento era para 06 pessoas ,sendo que duas dormiriam no sofá cama. O safo manchado, com O colchão desgastado e eu ao dormir senti a ferragem Nas costas, péssima experiência.

Banheiro Cama dos quartos Cozinha Imóvel bem conservado Local sossegado

Tinha toalha e roupa de cama apenas para 04 pessoas mesmo sendo reserva para 05. Sofá cama muito desconfortável, colchão com fundo no meio. Estacionamento muito caro, e não é possível deixar na rua pois na rua é pago por hora.

I really enjoyed staying here. Although the air conditioning went out they responded quickly and resolved the issue asap. I really enjoyed the space and will be returning.

Overall it was okay but we could find a better place

The location was perfect, the room itself was big and clean. The kitchen was well equipped as well

The keypad on the door was broken so we could not press the button for number 5 and our door code had the number 5 in it… we had to use the sonder app to get into the room all the time… I contacted the customer service about it and they said they would provide us with a keyfob but it never came..

We stayed for three nights. The had everything we needed. We really liked the place, we would definitely stay again.

Easy check in and out with the smart lock. The apartment comes with the parking garage which is huge plus. The apartment was clean, had to spacious rooms and a very well equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed. Overall very good value for the price.

Elevator during our stay was out of order for a day. And there is a construction right next to the building that could get a little bit noisy sometimes.

Only place near the job site that would take two people for 8 nights so not any other options.

Location was good for me. Easy enough to get to the room. Actually had a chance to use washer/dryer. The family of ducks living outside the front door was indeed cute.

The 6am wake up from the construction sites (yes two of them) next door. Elevator floor was scruffy and needed replacing. The hot/cold faucet head of the shower kept falling off when using it. Couldn't figure out what a couple of light switches would do. TV was simply a monitor, couldn't get anything on it without using my own smart phone. Staying there for 8 nights and never had the sheets changed? At least once would have been appreciated. Bedroom closet was huge - could have used that extra space in the bedroom instead of an unused empty closet.

Amazing place that’s close to everything, clean and quiet.

Location..close to a lot of attractions and places we went during our stay. Such as wynwood, Miami Beach, and of course midtown. Also, love the idea of not having a lobby, felt more comfortable and homey. Just a short walk away from a small park and sitting area to overlook the water.

Would have loved if a stove/oven was in the apartment, would make the space 10x better.

Broken furniture

It has a parking lot

The sleeping sofa was broken, and we realized that at 11 in the night when we were back to the apartment. As the place has no lobby or assistance, we had to contact assistance through email and that cost us a lot of time until we got a response meanwhile we couldn't sleep until they finally responded and send us to an apartment next door. Also the sink was dirty when we arrived to the apartment. No extra sheets for the sleeping sofa and the only one they left was for the mattress and it had a hole! The sleeping sofa in the other apartment wasn't broken but it was very uncomfortable. They should look after a better furniture. The apartment has big closets but no lights inside After all the inconveniences, they didn't even refund the night that we couldn't sleep properly

Overall very good apartment

I wish the elevator was working. We had lots of heavy bags and no one notified us regarding the broken elevator. As well not enougth parking to guests.

It was a pretty good experience.

It was very clean, big room and nice place. The room was exactly what we expected. There were lots of places close by in walking distance such as Wynnwood walls and many food places. The beach was only 20 minute drive away which was a huge plus.

There was a pungent smell on the ground floor but that disappeared as soon as you got to the elevator. The coffee machine and coffee were not to my liking but thats ok. There was alot of construction around so the view was not too great but other then that it was good.
