Second time back!
We've stayed here before, and we will be back. The location is amazing, and the unit itself is in great shape! The staff was amazing at helping answer several questions and a small maintenance issue quickly (thanks Stef!). You will not be disappointed staying here!

Counter top wasting needs repair. Sink in upstairs bath needs help drains real slow. Should provide details as to the access (first floor or if its on the second floor and steps are involved) getting older and steps are harder on the old body.

Unit 19 is a great place to be!
Great location in a condo with friends in other units. We suggest that the BEARS that open unlocked CAR DOORS be mentioned in the check-in instructions. We have been coming to San Sierra for 20 years and haven't had this experience until this summer!

Great condo
Perfect location, clean with easy access. We have rented this condo several times now for our annual fishing trip. Just one set of stairs to the condo from the parking lot. Very clean and comfortable. Cable and wi-fi. You can walk to the village to the restaurants and Starbuck's.

About $428 per day over a non-holiday weekend. Very functional. Living room flatscreen is small. Probably 24". Bedroom TV is 17" max. It is .6 miles to the village. Feels like 5 miles when your carrying skies, poles and walking in ski boots. Especially uphill on the way back.

not fancy but sleeps a lot of people

Awesome Place for Stay
Every thing was exceptionally planned and well maintained.

Everything was fantastic!, especially all the firewood that was provided! It is bigger than it looks in the pictures with plenty of beds. Other than the hot tub under renovation, our stay was great! We were offered the use of the Snowcreek Athletic Club, which was nice, but not very close...

Everything worked, condo was clean, and was walking distance blues and brews festival. I would stay again.

Acceptable in a Pinch
First, the property mgmt. company was great! The property, however, was very underwhelming. We knew from the pictures that the condo was a bit dated. However, we were a surprised at how old everything looked in person. The bedroom furniture looked like something that came out of a motel auction from the 70s. Also, the carpet had some old stains. Overall, this is inexpensive, close to the village, and can sleep up to 10 people if you double up. As for our family, I would only rent it if it were completely updated with clean flooring, bedding, and furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms were okay, but still 1970s style. I'm more comfortable with couches, chairs, carpeting, and bedding that isn't more than four decades old.

Spring break snowy getaway
Great location! The facility could use some cosmetic updating however everything working. It would have been nice to have had separate towels for jacuzzi. There were barely enough shower towels. Nice array of kitchen supplies for cooking. Walking distance to the village. I liked the jacuzzi area, spacious and covered, hooks everywhere to hang things. I would stay here again.

Had a great time. This condo is clean and spacious with close access to the village and gondola. We would definitely rent again.

6 beds!
had a group of 5 adults that fit comfortably in this place. A short walk from the village, plenty of beds, and a nice wood fireplace. I would stay here again for sure

It was a very good location and was exactly what we expected. 5 minute walk to the gondola and village. The spa was closed which was a let down but besides that everything was pretty good.

Overall, it was an okay place to stay, but we will not stay here again. Condo was somewhat clean. Lots of out-dated and breaking appliances, including the toilets. It's a small thing, but not a sharp knife in the kitchen. Spices dated before 2010. I don't think one of the showers was cleaned recently (shower gel on the wall). Parking was easy, which was nice. No clear instructions on where the jacuzzi and washer/dryer were, so had to call the complex manager. Quiet location, which was nice for a family vacation. Bus stops were convenient.

Overall it was good. Needs a little updating.
Heater in bathroom needs work. I did call maintenance about
Midnight and they called back about 1am
At that time I had figured to flip the bracket off
Witch put my mind at ease but it wasn’t fixed
Before we left. I was surprised it an upstairs
Condo don’t remember it saying so in the add.
Disspite it all we had a great time. Will book with
You again as we have for many years now.

Overall, we had a good experience. It was initially very cold, and we had to run the heaters and the fireplace to heat up the unit. However, it became cozy and warm very quickly - too warm, even! Some cabinets were left open when we arrived, and some of the light switches didn't appear to actually be connected to anything, but it was a great space for the 5 of us. Easy access to The Village and public transit.

Place was very nice and clean, a bit dated but plenty of sleeping area and nice living room. About 5 minutes walking distance to the village for a great price!

Price was ok. Location was the best part. Could have been cleaner. Property is a bit run down.

Pro:-Clean, has all the amenities. -Check in/out process very easy.-RoomyCon:-Water heater runs out of hot water after 4 people taking showers in a row. (kind of expected i guess).-Only 2 parking spots. -A bit of a walk to shuttle. I would stay here again. Great location. The 3 cons are just minor annoyances.

Stayed here first weekend in June for a fishing trip. Place was clean and comfortable for 5 adults. Walkable to Village restaurants. Great stay, would come again.

Stayed here with two other couples. Would have preferred three bedrooms but couldn't find anything else with 3 queen beds that was walking distance to the Village at a decent price. The condo is older but everything was clean and worked.

Great Stay!
The property management was very helpful and allowed us to keep our car at the property on our checkout day and drop the keys off later in the day in order for us to get one last day of skiing. It was nice that the firewood was stocked! The location is very convenient and not a bad 10min. walk to the gondola. We walked our ski/snowboard equipment without trouble everyday. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay!

The property was in a great location, shuttle stop 81 was right across the street. Easy drop off to the Village Gondola, and easy exit when you're leaving Canyon Lodge. Clean and pristine. Had a problem with the garbage disposal, but called the office and they handled it quite quickly. Would stay here again.

This condo couldn't have been in a more ideal location. The bus stop for the slopes is literally 50 feet away and The Village is a 5 minute walk. Great condition and very clean. I would stay here again hands down.

Great Condo, 5min walk to village
This condo is awesome for the price. Spacious, clean, great fire. Downstairs master with ensuite, up the stairs to loft with two Queen beds, through to second bedroom with a queen and two singles and shared bathroom. We will stay again. Value for money.

Good Basic Condo
Unfortunately, the condo we originally rented was sold and we were told 3 days before our arrival that we no longer had a place to stay. Fortunately, the company found a couple others for us to choose from, however we paid more money for a place that wasn't as nice as our first one. This condo was fine for the six of us and we were comfortable there. Things to note... you have to walk through the loft area to get to the second bedroom upstairs. The décor and the furniture is dated/used and there were some stains on the carpet so overall it wasn't quite as nice as the pics, but certainly ok.

Unit was in decent condition, but very dated. We had 2 families which worked out fine since we weren't in the unit very much. Our 4 boyse used the bunk room upstairs. Kitchen was adequate, but a bit small. Could use some updated bedding, comforters, etc. The fireplace was nice to have in the evenings. For the price it was a good deal.

We really enjoyed our trip....especially catching so many fish. The condo was very comfortable. We are actually going back to the same one in a few weeks. We will be there during the music festival. Do you know if it's free? If not, do you know where we can get some discounted tickets?

We were in town for a birthday celebration, and our friends were staying at San Sierra, so this location was perfect!
We had everything we needed, and it was great that there were some staples in the cupboard for our use!
