Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance. Home Truths This is an open-concept space. There is a partial wall between the bedroom and living area. Some spaces on every floor require stairs to enter. There is also one step to enter the building, before reaching the elevator. There's no cable. We've provided a Chromecast for streaming. Please note, this Sonder is located in a lively neighborhood with restaurants and nightclubs on surrounding streets. Due to the late night hours of these businesses, you may experience city noise. I never leave reviews but I feel like I have to warn people ab out this one. The room looked nothing like the images. It was not a one-bedroom which is what I specifically needed. There were low walls partitioning off the bed area but not full walls so I had to sit in the dark and silence each night after my son went to bed to keep from waking him. Also it was supposed to be a queen bed and it was a double. I had a question about check in and they were impossible to contact. When I checked in the heat was broken, the lights in the bathroom were broken, the hair dryer was broken, some of the outlets were broken, the TV was missing the receiver so it was useless and they wanted to charge me when I asked for an extra blanket (in Montreal in winter with no heat). They did come eventually the next day and fixed most of those things, but they did not offer any kind of refund for lying about the room they sold me. Sonder is the worst. They will nickel and dime you for everything and it's russian roulette with what room they give you because they just give you whatever they have when you get there, it's nothing related to room you see online. I will never stay with them again.

We came into town from the states to see a jazz performer at Place des Arts. This spot perfectly accommodated our needs in terms of cleanliness, central location and special touches (like free coffee!). Finishings were top notch!

The unit we stayed in was beautiful and located in a great part of the city. We enjoyed our elegant urban stay but because the drapery rod was not properly fastened to the wall, when my husband tried to close the drapes, the rod fell off the wall and hit him in the head! I called the contact number and they were very responsive and will hopefully have it fixed before the next guests arrive.

Loved the location of this Sonder. Close to great breakfasts, lunch, dinner and walking locations to Old MontreAl, Old Port, and downtown. Room was well stocked and very clean. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway.

Perfect Location
It seems like we were in walking distance of everything and when we needed it the Victoria Square Metro was a half-block away.

Great location & stay!
The room was nice and clean. The location is fantastic, as it is close to a few different Metro stations and Old Montreal.
The one item to note is that the pictures shown are a standard unit, as I believe Sonder owns several units. Ours still had nice modern finishes but was what is shown in the pictures.

The unit smelled like a locker room and while opening a window helped, the street below the window was noisy all night long. If I closed the window then the smell became overwhelming. I left early and moved to a hotel.

The room was very clean and in a great location. We felt very safe as 2 young girls traveling alone. The bed is definitely not a king, it might be a queen. It's pretty hard and squeaky. Other than that we loved the place. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Lots to do. The only negative was the noise level. There is a bar below the apartment and the music was so loud it kept us up. Also, the people coming from the bar were drunk, making noise and/or arguing. Be prepared for that.

Modern apartment that is very nice. Property management was excellent. Only thing I was moved before I arrive from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor. They were identical but the 2nd floor was above two restaurants and the smells from the kitchen were there. If you like the smell of bacon.... your good. lol Still enjoyed my stay there.

Great location and East check in and check out. The Sonder App was great and easy to use. Received quick replies. Was not as loud as previous reviews suggested given the pandemic and restaurants close earlier. Would recommend.

Make sure bed linens fit. 3) A cupboard door in the bathroom had come off its hinges. Make sure premises are in good repair. Many thanks.

Parking was a little confusing but one phone call got us a link to a nearby garage that worked just fine......maybe that information could be included on the email?
Our room was lovely....the full kitchen and laundry was a bonus
We had so much fun exploring Old Montreal 2 days was not enough time. We hope to return soon I would stay here again!

Great property, easy check-in process. The bed was large and very comfortable. The neighborhood we really liked, and it’s location was perfect for us. The windows needed cleaning - badly!

Pick a different Sonder property
Great stay as the apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. It was also in an awesome location. The Sonder folks were very responsive and accommodating. One negative that needs to mentioned... Although there was a brief mention of the apartment being in a lively neighborhood, there were actually 2 nightclubs just a few doors away from our place. The music was extremely loud, sounds of partygoers talking/arguing/drinking, and even cars revving/firing their engines could be heard quite clearly. The noise ran from about 11 p.m. to 2 or 2:30 a.m., Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night of our stay. So if you are a light sleeper or are bothered by excessive noise, don't choose this place.

Great place and location. Need better supplies for longer staying guests. Needs cable.
Great location. The apartment although small was well appointed. Very comfortable. New appliances. Comfortable bed and if you keep the windows closed the noise coming from the bar close by is not a problem. The only problem was that we were not given enough supplies for a ten day stay. The response by the owners for extra towels was friendly and fast. But you want to keep the place clean for your own comfort so the lack of cleaning cloths and some all purpose cleaner was a problem. No tv. We were told our computer was not compatible with the connection provided. Fortunately we can live without TV but the lack of cable is a drawback. All in all we would certainly go back and recommend this place.

Sophisticated, clean, modern, very quiet, cool, comfortable, everything worked!
The apartment was located in a fabulous Old Montreal neighborhood, right in the middle of everything, easy access to Bixi Bikes, Metro, Congress, restaurants, Old Montreal sights, etc. etc. The apartment is newly renovated, designed sharp, clean, quiet, works perfectly for a couple. We were there on the high 90's degree days and we were cool as cucumbers in there.
